Hello ladies! I’m back from lunch. I just took Chelsea and Sadie for a short walk It is so beautiful outside I had to get out for a few minutes. Tonight I plan to do total body weight training, not sure which workout though, maybe PUB/LB premix. Last night I did get in a short 3 miler on the treadmill, a nice stretch, and PS Legs abs. Then I took a shower and went to bed. What a waste of time that was. I must have been exhausted because I caught myself 4 times sleep walking. I only do that when I am really tired. On top of that I got up once to let Sadie out, once to comfort Annamarie when she fell out of bed, and once when DS wet the bed at 4 a.m. I was seriously considering staying awake at 4 a.m., but thought against it since I could use the 1 ½ hours left to try to get a little sleep before my alarm went off at 5:30.
Wendy – Wow it was an early morning for you! I hope you are able to get a nap today. Thanks for the suggestions. You are completely right, a happy mom makes a happy family! You are right that I need to fit these in.

In the meantime, I’ve been toying with some ideas about my time management during my lunch hour.
Linda – I’m so sorry to hear you had to reorder your DVD. I would be so upset. Bad dog Madison, but I bet she is so cute you can’t stay mad at her for very long.
SunnyD – I’m so glad your HM training is going well. Those nerves will help you race day. I’m sure you will do great. DS & DD are doing great. Xander is loving school and playing soccer. He scored his first goal last week.

Annamarie is trying to express her feelings in words now. I love this age! How are your 2 boys?
Judy – I’d dive right into the new workouts too! Enjoy your run and yoga.
Wendi – Congrats on getting your DVD today! What a nice surprise especially since you didn’t get your notification until this morning.
Shelly – Enjoy your 7 nights off. Any big plans while you are off?
Christine – That is too funny Tucker chewing a court order from DH’s ex.

Did you choose the short run? Unfortunately I can’t go into work earlier. My boss already thinks me coming in ½ hour early is enough. However, I’m playing around with some ideas and seeing what I can come up with.
Lorie – Happy Early Birthday!! Any big plans for your birthday?
Carole – I hope you get plenty of rest so the “crud” will go away. The past couple days I have had a sore throat and been very congested, but then again so have my kids. I think ours is due to the weather. That was so nice of you to say I do well keeping my family happy. Thanks, that means a lot! Enjoy your workouts today!
Jackie – Great workout today!!
Cathy – My migraines begin with my vision blurring and my fingers on my right side going numb. When this happens I take a couple Tylenol, or whatever pain reliever is handy, and try to take a nap. It stops the pain and then all I have to deal with is the residual effects. If I don’t do these steps then the whole right side of my body goes numb, even my tongue. When that happens I can’t think coherently, and definitely can’t speak. I’m lucky because I don’t get migraines very often, maybe 1-2 times a year, or during the whole first trimester when I was pregnant both times. I started getting them when I was 5 years old. However, I feel lucky because my dad would have them for 2-3 days at a time and he would have to stay in a dark room the whole time. How about your migraines? What are your symptoms?
