Morning Girlies!:)

Sorry I wasn't really around y'day. Busy day. Then last night when I got home from dinner I was so tired. I checked my email and read most of the posts but wasn't coherant enough to post myself so at that point so I hit the bed. Unfortunately it was a short night for me. I slept like a rock until about 2:45. Once I woke up, that was all she wrote so here I am. x( I guess it's okay though as I wanted to work out before work this morning so goodness knows I'll have the time now!:7

My plan is to do chest and back and kickbox from the new series. I am also planning on some abs...probably aba or 6 minute.

Well, off to get some more java and then I'll come back for personals!:+

Good morning, cheetah babes! :) :) :)

Linda :: I guess it’ll be safer to get all your packages delivered to work then! Did you preview both discs last night?

Wendi :: I hope you get your notice today!! *lol* ~ I actually don’t mind the choreo challenge anymore. I know it’ll likely take me a long time, but I’ll get it – eventually! *lol* about Stepford. That is not the first time I’ve heard that.

Wendy :: can’t wait to hear what you think of C&B and kickbox!! Sorry about the too-early wakeup, but I do like it when someone else is up at the crack of dawn with me to start the thread!!!...Anyway, maybe you can get in a nap today?

I have a circuit (either an HSC or LIC premix) *tentatively* planned for tonight. I couldn’t bring myself to do it this AM, but I do have plans immediately after school (a working dinner) to finish this high-priority grading project for school. I’m not sure what time I’ll get home. If it’s late or I’m too pooped, I will simply double up another day. No problem.

Hope you all have a GREAT day!

good morning cha-cha-cheetahs...

wendy- girl, you are up early. wow! have fun playing with your new vids. owwwwwww, i am so envious:D

cathy- yesterday was a rest day albeit a very hectic, running around, extremely busy rest day, lol. enjoy your circuit today!

christine- oh well, at least we know they are comin'!

kristi- the HM training is coming along fine i suppose. i am getting a little anxious, yet still very excited. how are ds and dd doing?

well today i am going to do an itrain either a 45 min one or a 30 min all sprints, depends on what time i get going and get to the gym;-). I also have s&h legs and shoulders on tap for later on today.

have a great and wonderful day to all of my running buddies:)

K, I'm back. :)

Lorie: You are CRAZY girl!:p All of this double BBC stuff is nuts! I think you and Shelly are made from the same mold!:7 LOL I am not so sure about rockin' the ol' HM as I still can't be sure I'll be doin' it at all. x( Thanks for the vote of confidence though!:)

Carole: How are you feeling today? I hope you are not getting CRUDDY. I am having the darndest time shaking mine. It's really starting to tick me off!x( B&G plus a run sounds like a great combo! ENJOY!

Jackie: You pulled out some oldies but goodies y'day I see. :)

Christine: I hope your "loose" joints tighten back up soon! I have a screwdriver here if you'd like to borrow it! ;) I can't wait to hear what you think of Higher Intensity Step! It's a short work out of which I spent waaay too much time with a big question mark hangin' over my head! LOL

Judy: Whoa, a tennis match after Grace!? You are one tough chic! You go girl! }(

Kristi: Perhaps you can split your work outs up so that you can get it all in but not take away from Chelsea or DH's time. :) I can understand cardio being noisy but do you think you could sneak in your weight training in the morning w/o disturbing the little ones? Then you could do cardio at lunch or at night-maybe you can alternate so that you can keep everyone happy!:) I am a big believer in a happy mom makes a happy family so PLEASE don't give up your work outs because they don't fit into everyone else's schedule. Do what you can to be fair but make sure you get 'em in! You have to make time for YOU girl!:)

Linda: OMG, I am soooo sorry about the DVD's! I can't even imagine how upset you must be!;( ;( ;( So is Madison "in the dog house" now? ROTFLMAO!:p

Cathy: I am excited to try BC but have to figure out the space issue and be ready to deal with the contstant changes between the step and weights. I have a hallway right outside my work out room door which I could utilize for the drills where you don't have to worry about staying "in time" with Cathe.

Wendi: So did you get your preorder notice yet??? }(

K, it's 5:30...time to eat a little something and throw on the exercise duds!!!

Be back later!:7

Happy Hump Day Cheetahs-

Well The UPS truck is scheduled to arrive tomorrow. And the plan forthis week was to do S&H, but I may wait until tomorrow and do start right in with the new series. A short (SLOW!) run and short yoga will be the plan now.

Wendy- I am sorry about the insomnia episode. Did you get the WO before work?

Cathy- I hope you meeting goes smoothly tonight.

Sunny- Even though I did not mind S&H CH & BA on Monday. I am going to wait and do the new DD's the rest of the week. When is your HM?

Linda- Yikes! Do the DVD's play OK? I am sorry about your dog getting into them!

Kristi- Hang in there! It can be tough with little kids and a full schedule. Wendy had some nice suggestions, perhaps you can work it out :)

TTFN,

I'm done! I got in 4 day split chest and back and kickbox! No time for abs but I'm not worried. I can squeeze 'em in later if I really want to. I am relieved that the work out is out of the way now as I am not going to have lots of time later!:)

Off to the showers!

Good morning ladies!

Well, not only did I wake up to my notification this am but it says it'll be here today....WOOHOO!!!! The timing could not have been better, either. I was supposed to do Imax 2 this morning but am short on time but I should have an early day at work (be home by 6:00) so I decided to push it back to after work. Now I can tear right into HIS and LIS instead...I can't wait!

Wendy - Ooh, sorry about the early am wake up and that your crud is still hanging around...you poor thing :-(.

Cathy - I hope you get that project done early enough to get your workout in. I think I hear HSC calling your name }(.

Sunny - It sounds like you have a fun workout day planned...enjoy!

Judy - Oh goodie about the UPS man paying you a visit tomorrow. Enjoy your leisurely run today.

I've got to get this arse in gear if I want to get into work on time. See ya all later!

Good morning cheetahpals! Three hours from now I start a 7 night stretch off:7 :7 :7 :7 :7 :7 I got notification for the shipping yeterday and should have my eager paws on those new workouts tomorrow.
Unfortunately, for me I'll only be able to do one (maybe two}( ) cuz I'll be traveling and resting on Friday. Oh well, they'll be waiting for me when I return on Sunday. I had a great workout yesterday with ME.... really gave it my all! Today will be a TM run... I haven't been using it much lately at all. I think Lorie has inspired me to do an iTread today... not sure which one yet. I'll also be doing some yoga later, hopefully I can endure a full hour!

Wendy- Sorry you've had a bout with insomnia. Hopefully you can get in a good workout and then an even better nap:) Re: the higher intensity step dvd... I'm pretty good at learning choreography but watching the previews had me intimidated! I'm impressed you gave it a good shot. This one will take lots of practice! Looking forward to your review of the kickbox dvd. BTW... You ABSOLUTELY CAN do this HM!!!!!! Your goal is only to finish and you are in fantastic shape... go for it, you will feel so accomplished!!!

Cathy- Yes, when new Cathe dvds come out is about the only time I wish I were living in New Jersey ;-) The kickbox workout sounds great!! Hope you have time for your circuit today.

SunnyD- Have a great iTrain day... I guess I'll be joining you!

Wendi- That's great that your rib injury has healed enough to allow you to lift heavy weights again. Getting DOMS yet?}( My goodness, you have an interesting varied background. From dancing to horse training! Actually started out as a music major myself.... about 1000 yrs ago!

Carole- I hope that crud is making a departure!!! Did you get in your 4 miler? The Excaliber should be fun to stay at!

Jackie- I guess I'm as ready as I'll ever be for the great stair climb event! I love climbing stairs whenever I can.... hate elevators;-) Although this race may cure me of that! Are you going on vacation soon? Going away anywhere?

Christine- I see that you've gotten back into some weight workouts again. Has it felt any harder after your hiatus with the HM training? Did you find a good screwdriver/wrench for your ankle/knee? :+

Judy- I have to admit, I always have a bit of dread with the ME biceps section. It is a killer. However I made out pretty well yesterday with a 30# BB:7 Hope you have no more hip problems today for your run!

Kristi- I really feel for you in your dilemma about how to fit in your workouts! I like Wendy's suggestion of possibly splitting your workouts. Half at lunch/Half at night. Also, in the am I would think you could do weight workouts at least without making very much noise. Just a thought. Wishing you the best as always!

Linda- OMG, I'm one who thought you were joking also about Madison attacking your dvds!!!! Is she a very young dog? My pit bull Spanky was terribly destructive to start with but she's thankfully grown out of it. How are they playing?

Time to get back to work now. I'll try to post later!

ShellyC

Good Morning Cheetahs!

I’m feeling much better today. My knee and ankle are back to almost normal, thankfully! I’m debating between a Spinervals and a 2 mile run today, along with CTX Shoulders and All Step Abs. I’m leaning towards the short run, just to get back into the rhythm and to get Jimmy some exercise. I’ll let you know what I do after I do it!

Linda – Oh Bad Dog Maddie! Bad Dog! You must have been so upset. I would have been! Jimmy, so far, has not attacked the mail. Tucker did a few times – one memorable time he chewed a court order from DH’s ex-wife – nothing else, just that. Glad they appear to be working fine, though! Cathe’s DVD’s must be as tough as she is!

Wendy – Ugh! Sorry you could not sleep! So, you tease us with letting us know you did the new Kick Box and Chest and Back workout, and did not tell us what you thought! :+ Does the new series have ab work?

Cathy – Enjoy your day! A working dinner never sounds like fun! BC is one of the workouts that intrigues me. I have the garage – so I can put the weights in front and my step behind and make it work that way. Although the real space hogs are a pain sometimes.

Sunny – you are SOO right! We can live vicariously through the others, and know exactly which one we will attack first!! Sounds like another great work out, oh busy one. :p

Judy – I’m with you on the short, slow run today. I’ll probably do yoga over lunch. It makes a difference, doesn’t it?

Wendi – YEAH! Nothing better than a great news first thing in the morning! I can’t wait to hear your reviews!

Shelly – oh, enjoy your week off! YEAH! The weights – it’s kind of funny because I’ve been easing back into the weight work, but yesterday’s power circuits, which were easy to do, have my inner thighs sore this morning. Makes sense – I’ve been running and spinning – haven’t used the abductors or adductors for that. It’s not too bad, but I was surprised.

Happy Hump Day everyone!

Linda and Christine- My Spanky was SO destructive the first 6 months or so we had her I swear she probably thought her name was "Nonobaddog"!! We got a collar for her that has the Harley symbol on it and says "Bad to the bone" It gets alot of laughs;-) :+

good morning, ladies!

wendy-so sorry about your insomnia. i have terrible insomnia and it just stinks! about your half-if you do decided to do it, i know you will ROCK!!! hopefully, you will be feeling better by the time it comes around.

linda-so sorry about madison's snack! i would be so upset. that is funny that your sis got married at the same place we are. i looked at different chapels and really liked the fact that this one was on the historic register. it looks so cute!!!

cathy-i hope your "working dinner" doesn't go too long and you have some free time tonight.

sunny-great minds think alike. i did iTread #13 sprints today. i like that one a lot.

judy-sounds like you are jumping right in with the new workouts. i am somewhat choreographically challenged and am a bit scared of the high intensity step!

wendi-so happy you are getting your workouts today. sounds like they are arriving just in time.

shelly-yay for you having seven nights off!!! i am honored that i inspired you to do an iTread today.

christine-i am glad your knee and ankle seem to be behaving. just in time for the new workouts!

today was iTread #13 30 minute sprints and barry shoulders and back (minus the cardio!). i have a bit of doms from barry chest and abs from yesterday. can you believe i still have a little doms in my legs from nadia?! darn that nadia!!! i am supposed to do that one again tomorrow. i might skip it and go for a run. tomorrow's my bday and they are having lunch (ordering mexican...not really a fave of mine) and cake at work so i might need to preemptively burn a lot of calories so i won't feel too guilty about partaking!!! }(

gotta run to a meeting. bbl!

Good morning cheetahs

Wendy...I am with Christine, I love a step choreography challenge! Sorry about your insomnia last night...So far I am keeping the crud away except for the runny nose and a very drained, tired feeling. So what did you think about the new weight work?

Cathy...I can't wait to try the weight work in the new DVD's. But the step choreography does sound tough. I think the kickbox will also be challenging.I think I got a bit of the crud, just not nearly as bad as DH. Enjoy your circuit workout tonight.

Sunny...have fun with your iTrain workout followed by S&H later.

Wendi...you could always come to Vegas with us!!!...:)...That is great you get the DVD's today!

Shelly...enjoy your iTread workout. I did get in 4 miles but I was very tired. I am hoping for more energy today. Funny Spanky story...and the collar is great...:)

Christine...glad to hear your legs and achilles are feeling better. My ankles get tweaked a bit on long trail runs, my nephew (Chiro) is good about adjusting them and they normally feel better then. It sure can be frustrating when coworkers come to work sick. I get a bit upset when my clients come in sick...:(...about the only symptom of the crud I have is sneezing and a runny nose, other than that I am just real drained and tired. Very cute video you posted on the OF!

Judy...so far, yes as I posted to Christine I just have been sneezing with a runny nose. But as I am tired it was a tough run yesterday, I do hope for a bit more energy today! Good job listening to your body, Grace can be tough! How cool you get the new DVD's tomorrow. Enjoy your slow run and Yoga.

Lorie...BBC S&B is my favorite. I am just the opposite, I LOVE mexican food...

Kristi...I don't feel like I have much of a cold, just tired. But it does seem men get it a lot worse...:)..it is tough to find time to workout with a schedule like yours. I think you do really well to keep everyone in your family happy...

Linda...OMG, I cannot believe Madison did that!! Especially after you made the comment...So, the DVD's are playing ok? Probably a good thing to have the next set of DVD's delivered to work. It was a hard workout yesterday as I was tired, but I managed...Good job on your 5 miles and SS.

I am planning on CTX upper body and a 4 mile run.

Have a great day...:)

Good morning Cheetahs!

Lorie - Sounds like you're ready to get back to those long runs. BBC still kicking your hiney. I feel the ab work every time I do it. Think you will be ready to devour that Mexican and cake tomorrow.

Christine - I think stretching has a lot to do with how well we recover whether it be yoga, pilates or just a good ol' stretch. Glad you feel like yoga helped you. Glad you're feeling better today.

Judy - I do like L&G. It's one of the shorter workouts and I don't think it really goes for overkill. I do have a little DOMS in my glutes but nothing serious. Glad you're enjoying the iTreads. Grace is a speedster.

Kristi - Think you're doing great to be able to fit a workout in at lunch. I have to get mine done in the morning or it won't get done. Just don't feel like it when I get home from work. Hope you find a time that works better for you.

Wendy - How nice that you got to try your workouts already. I'm sure there will be a big learning curve for me. I should have mine tomorrow. Might preview them but that's about it. Are you feeling better? Sorry you couldn't sleep.

Linda - Sorry to hear Madison got to your workouts before you. Hope you can use them until you get replacements.

Cathy - Thanks for the review of BootCamp and Kickbox. Yep, think that will be my favorite. Hope you get that workout in this evening.

Wendi - Thanks for sharing your dance background. Sounds like you would have been great. Sorry your back ended the career. I love step too but alas, my knee does not sometimes.

Sunny - Have you checked out the new iTread for this month. May try the Tag Team out next week.

Shelly - Yay for 7 days off!! What will you do with yourself? Enjoy your run and yoga today! Laughing at your stair run curing you of staying away from elevators. :) You may be happpy to see one after the race. I try to take the stairs instead of the elevator where possible. I leave next Thursday (Oct. 26th) for NY. I return on Nov. 1. Then, I leave for Tobago on Nov. 6th and return on Nov. 13. I have a half marathon in between all of that.

Carole - Feeling better today? Glad you were able to get your run in yesterday. Hope you have energy for your run and upper body workout.

I used iTread #9 60 minutes for my tempo run this morning. Thought it worked pretty well. Got in 5.1 miles in 48 minutes. Used 1/2 of ARX to warm up and stretched with about 15 minutes of Stretch X. Nice little workout.

Enjoy your day!

Jackie

Hello ladies! I’m back from lunch. I just took Chelsea and Sadie for a short walk It is so beautiful outside I had to get out for a few minutes. Tonight I plan to do total body weight training, not sure which workout though, maybe PUB/LB premix. Last night I did get in a short 3 miler on the treadmill, a nice stretch, and PS Legs abs. Then I took a shower and went to bed. What a waste of time that was. I must have been exhausted because I caught myself 4 times sleep walking. I only do that when I am really tired. On top of that I got up once to let Sadie out, once to comfort Annamarie when she fell out of bed, and once when DS wet the bed at 4 a.m. I was seriously considering staying awake at 4 a.m., but thought against it since I could use the 1 ½ hours left to try to get a little sleep before my alarm went off at 5:30.

Wendy – Wow it was an early morning for you! I hope you are able to get a nap today. Thanks for the suggestions. You are completely right, a happy mom makes a happy family! You are right that I need to fit these in. :) In the meantime, I’ve been toying with some ideas about my time management during my lunch hour.

Linda – I’m so sorry to hear you had to reorder your DVD. I would be so upset. Bad dog Madison, but I bet she is so cute you can’t stay mad at her for very long.

SunnyD – I’m so glad your HM training is going well. Those nerves will help you race day. I’m sure you will do great. DS & DD are doing great. Xander is loving school and playing soccer. He scored his first goal last week. :) Annamarie is trying to express her feelings in words now. I love this age! How are your 2 boys?

Judy – I’d dive right into the new workouts too! Enjoy your run and yoga.

Wendi – Congrats on getting your DVD today! What a nice surprise especially since you didn’t get your notification until this morning.

Shelly – Enjoy your 7 nights off. Any big plans while you are off?

Christine – That is too funny Tucker chewing a court order from DH’s ex. :) Did you choose the short run? Unfortunately I can’t go into work earlier. My boss already thinks me coming in ½ hour early is enough. However, I’m playing around with some ideas and seeing what I can come up with.

Lorie – Happy Early Birthday!! Any big plans for your birthday?

Carole – I hope you get plenty of rest so the “crud” will go away. The past couple days I have had a sore throat and been very congested, but then again so have my kids. I think ours is due to the weather. That was so nice of you to say I do well keeping my family happy. Thanks, that means a lot! Enjoy your workouts today!

Jackie – Great workout today!!

Cathy – My migraines begin with my vision blurring and my fingers on my right side going numb. When this happens I take a couple Tylenol, or whatever pain reliever is handy, and try to take a nap. It stops the pain and then all I have to deal with is the residual effects. If I don’t do these steps then the whole right side of my body goes numb, even my tongue. When that happens I can’t think coherently, and definitely can’t speak. I’m lucky because I don’t get migraines very often, maybe 1-2 times a year, or during the whole first trimester when I was pregnant both times. I started getting them when I was 5 years old. However, I feel lucky because my dad would have them for 2-3 days at a time and he would have to stay in a dark room the whole time. How about your migraines? What are your symptoms?

Hey everyone! Well, the only thing I can find with my DVD's is that Lower Intensity Step doesn't work. If I try any of the premixes with that one, or try to use that one "as is" with the warmup...it does nothing. But...if I go to "Chapters" and start with combo 1, it will play. But if anything includes the warmup, it won't work.

Kristi - You are sooo right! I looked at her last night and of course, as mad as I was...I melted. She has the sweetest brown eyes and she looked so pitiful :-( Enjoy your workout! Good job last night!

Judy - Enjoy your run and yoga. I like your plan of starting with the new series tomorrow instead of the S&H today!

Jackie - I love that iTread! That is one of the last ones that I purchased. It is one of my favorites. Wow! You're faster than me!!!!

Carole - That is why I am sooo mad at myself! I kept picturing her doing it. But since my UPS man usually comes at 12:30 I thought I would just come home at noon. Hmph! Big, big mistake! Most everything still plays. Just not Lower Int. Step one. Maybe I Jinxed myself by 1/2 kidding about it! :-( Enjoy your run and CTX!!

Lorie - Happy bday! Good job on your workout! Yes, it is a very pretty little church!

Shelly - That is so funny about Spanky! I would like to find something like that for Madison! How long before he straightened up? You lucky thing!!! Madison is almost a year old. Actually...I was kind of kidding. But...at the same time I was worried that she would do that! Enjoy your 7 days off! BUt..I guess I have a week off too! Woohoo! Vacation!

Christine - Oh my gosh! Lol...Well...Tucker knew what to tear up ;-) Just kidding...I shouldn't say that :+ Hopefully, Jimmy won't do that to you! :) He seems like a good little boy! :7 I am glad your knee and ankle are feeling better!

Wendi - That is great! Enjoy your new workouts! They are awesome!

Wendy - LOL.....she is "out of the doghouse" for now, but she was definitely "in" yesterday! Good one girl Sorry you couln't sleep! I am glad you enjoyed your workout!

Sunny - Enjoy your workout! When is your 1/2?

Cathy - Enjoy whichever workout you decide on, if you get a chance to do them! I previewed pretty much everything last night. I am bummed that LIS won't work all the way through. I really can't wait til my new ones get here!

This morning I did the step portion of Higher Int Step, the Step of Lower Int. Step (minus the warmup) and then the lower body weights of the kickbox. They are all great! I am really going to like these a lot!

Well, Hi to anyone I may have missed and hope everyone has a wonderful night!

Linda

Good evening ladies!

So I get home a little later than I want (around 5:45) and am all excited about finding my package at the front door...but there is no package...wth ;(. So I figure I'll do the back-up plan of Imax 2, which I *LOVE*. But then that evil voice inside said "you're tired, you rode a lot of horses today, it's late, etc" so I opt to just make dinner and skip the workout...bad, bad, bad I know! So I finish making this warm gingered slaw that I saw Rachael Ray make (hey, no comments from the peanut gallery :p and it's absolutely delicious), walk out to my living room and, lo and behold, there's my package inside the front door :7! So, of course, I put the slaw back in the kitchen, put my workout clothes on and jump to action because NOW I suddenly have all the energy in the world lol. I did HIS first and then added on LIS (without the warm-up)...all I can say is fun fun fun!!! The choreo in HIS is definitely a little trickier than LIS, mostly because you have your back to the screen a lot. Both can be easily modified both up or down in intensity to suit your needs. I can't wait to curl up in bed and preview the rest tonight. Surely I need help :p.

Anyway, I'm going to eat my dinner and then I'll be back for personals.

Quick post - I ended up doing the Spinervals - just to be safe. I'll definitely run tomorrow!

I'm getting my DVD's October 24th - and I have already set my rotation around them! Very excited!

I ran across this on one of my pet forums, and thought I would share it with you ladies. It has to be the funniest dog story I have ever read. I need to sneak out the back way from my office - I cried my mascara off I was laughing so hard.

Dogs in Elk. funniest dog story ever (I must agree that it's certainly up there!): http://www.webtree.ca/tree/keeper/dogs_in_elk.htm

Incredible as it may seem, this is a true series of emails. The dogs are Basenjis, a primitive breed, and Gus Pong, a New Guinea Singing Dog, even more primitive.

Warning: no eating or drinking while reading!

Wendi - Glad you had a fun workout. Isn't it funny when the mind tells us how we are too tired, but then all of sudden we get a sudden burst of energy.

Well, it is time for me to follow Wendi's cue. I'm off to change into my workout clothes and get started on my workout for the day. It is going to be PUB/PLB total body premix. I just put the kids to bed and the house is finally quiet for the night. Mommy time!!! The only good thing about DH being gone is I don't feel guilty trying to do my workout after the kids are in bed. However, I'll be very glad when he comes home.

Okay, I'm back after my rather yummy dinner :9.

Shelly - Oh I think you and I should take our show on the road! Did you sing, play an instrument, inquiring minds want to know :D. So, what are you going to do with all that time to yourself? Surprisingly, no DOMS...yet. I'm sure the new series will take care of that though }(.

Christine - OMG, thanks for the "no food or drink" warning :p! That story was too funny...talk about painting an interesting mental picture! Although, I thought Tucker's story was actually the funnier of the two :+. Enjoy your run tomorrow.

Lorie - Okay, you're scared of HIS and you've got me terrified of BBC if you STILL have DOMS! Don't ever feel guilty about partaking of one's bday celebration...bday cake is completely void of calories, didn't you know that :+? Enjoy every bite! I have to second Carole's feelings...I *love* Mexican!!!!

Carole - Don't I *wish* I could go!!! Between finances and my work schedule it would be impossible ;(. I can't wait to hear all about it from all the gals!

Jackie - Great run today! Wow, that is a busy schedule you have coming up. May I ask where in NY you're headed...the city or elswhere?

Kristi - I give you so much credit for being able to juggle everything that you do...I don't think I'd be up to it. I'm so sorry you had such a crummy night last night. It's incredible that you are up for the workout you have planned! My symptoms are a bit similar to yours. I see shooting stars and I feel like I'm looking through a weird web-like thingy. Then my right side starts to go like yours...fingers first, then arm and so on. They never found meds to stop it. I would sleep in a dark room for days (and on occasion, weeks) on end. It was the only thing I could do. Thank goodness I seem to have outgrown them. I sympathize with you gals :-(.

Linda - Enjoy your vacay! Have you got anything fun planned? Looks like we both had the same idea for our cardio today :D. I didn't have time for any weights tonight, but maybe tomorrow...

Hasta manana!
