Morning, cheetahs

Lorie © I think it is likely the cardio elevating your calorie burn, not the time of day…IA about the high step w/outs being most suitable for the Bosu.
Lori © *lol* I did wake up around 1 am but was able to fall asleep again fairly quickly. Hey, I’m not kidding about needing my sleep. If I have a string of < 7 hour nights, it hits me HARD. If I had your work schedule, I would be a zombie! Hats off to you for doing all you do. Work, work out like a beast, and take care of a family! *lol* about the wings. How do you turn down WINGS?? (I think you can you see where my problem lies, eh?)
Carole © Oh boy, I had to go and post on that thread again. DOH!
Jackie © What a good idea to break up YogaX into three 30-min segments. Enjoy the gorgeous weather! We are back to winter here.
Christine © Glad you had fun at the post-conference festitivites…dancin’ in 3-inch heels, wedges or not--now THAT’S a workout!…Glad you are reaping the compliments for all your hard work…I did NOT know that about “fanny” - *lol*. It’s a word I detest for some reason, anyway. As in, the Fanny Lifter—ugh. Hmm, interesting thoughts about cardio before or after weights. Years ago, I always lifted post-run and liked it that way but within the past year, I switched to weights first before cardio. I think I will start wearing my HRM more often to track my patterns—but without getting obsessive. (Point duly noted, Shelly!)…So, is Jimmy back to his ol self? Hope so!…thanks for the review of K’bell Goddess. I do have to chuckle at the title. Sometimes I wonder what they are thinking…
Shelly © WTG finishing your taxes. I think I’m going to get myself that TurboTax. I don’t want to use H&R Block again. Had some trouble with it last year…Sorry you won’t be able to join your friend for the HM.
Sunny © Congrats on the great response to your butts & guts class! You’re really enjoying puttin’ a hurtin’ on people, aren’t you? :7 I think I missed the drills iTread. Will have to go check it out as I have two more downloads for this month. BTW, what happens if you don’t use them? Do you lose ‘em? Don’t be sorry at all re: CK/CM. I now know you well enough to know if *you* don’t like a workout, I probably won’t, either.
Dallas © Off by 100? Too funny. Sounds like a great w/out…My foster girl is back in school but not with the foster family…hopefully, she will get local placement. The most recent one was not a good one…very strait-laced, white-bred family trying to press the Bible on this kid…snooping through her things, etc. This weekend I’m on a mission to get her a locking diary – I hope they still make those. I remember my sister used to have one. Anyway, she has been bounced around so many times, poor thing…my heart is heavy for this kid …but I’ll tell you what, she is STRONG…well, you know, I’m sure you have seen it many times…I did the Classic X rotation…Yeah, I would sell CM…love Cathe, but it’s not for me.
Wendy © thanks for the X+ info you shared with Jackie…good to know. I haven’t done TB+ yet…The allergy tests stem from the migraine investigation, which is all the doings of the chiro. She knows I have sinus issues (somehow she can feel it when she touches my face—I have no idea how she does this) and recommended that I see an ENT in addition to the neuro. I did—he ordered the allergy tests and I just have been putting it off. I thought I *might* have some environmental allergens (only dust came up +), but I never thought I’d have food allergies -- oats, crab (sob!), tuna (which I don’t like), and codfish (which I’ve never tried). I don’t eat crab all that often, so it’s not a big deal, I will still enjoy it. But oats, I eat often – I *love* oatmeal and cereal and whole wheat bread and my Kashi GoLean waffles. Basically, I eat the stuff all day long. But I have to say, my head feels a whole lot better being off it for 36 hours. Once I add it back into my diet, I guess I’ll see if it truly is an allergen for me…So, what are the plans for tonight?
I believe I am caught up, and so now it is confession time:
I took ANOTHER rest day yesterday. I worked late and was zapped. Not happy about it but not dwelling on it. Today will be LL, 4DS B&B, and an EXT session. Later, I have my 90-minute massage scheduled.
I am supposed to have class this morning, but I decided it's better for me NOT to go. I've actually been dreading and stressing over it all week b/c I know it will just make me feel like the NB is impossible and I am too far behind. I think I'm better off hunkering down and doing as much as I can this weekend.
