GOOD MORNING!

Quick post this morning. Today is our mock election and I have everything ready. :) Yesterday was a 5 mile run and I will run today and get to school. Enjoy the day everyone! :)

Good morning ladies!

Sitting here debating whether or not I want to head out for a quick run this morning. Is awfully cold out this morning, there's a lot of debris out on the roads and they're still a bit slick from out wacky weather yesterday...thunder, rain, sleet, hail, snow, wind, you name, we got it:eek:!

I do want to catch up on personals first, though, since I never got back here last night:mad:. I ended up spending the entire wet, cold day at work doing busy work cuz you-know-who wouldn't let me leave:mad:. Eh, oh well, that's why they call it "work", right?

Gonna grab some fresh java and get my Cheetah fix:). BBIAS!

Cathy - Golly, it really never lets up for you on the work front, does it? I do need to follow your lead more often and just "roll with it", as Wendy put it, and not get so upset when the "schedule" gets wacky:confused:. Is all this extra work cuz of the woman out on maternity leave? I assume you didn't get that run in yesterday? Hope you're able to get something in today:). BTW, I *loved* the thread title yesterday cuz that's what I felt like alllllllllll day yesterday...an icicle:confused: and now I have the bootay DOMS to go with it;).

Gloria - Hope your mock election goes smoothly today. I actually find it kind of scary that many of the third graders don't know their addresses:eek:. Great 5 miler yesterday...hope you had a good one this morning, too. Happy to hear that you enjoyed the visit with the family:).

Judy - Glad you had a great run on Mon. TG you found those reviews about Buffalo. There *is* a half locally (Celebrate Life in Rock Hill, NY) March 3 but I really didn't want to wait that long. However, at this point, it looks like it may be my only option. I drove the course last year and I'd call it mogul-y...meaning the hills I train on around here make the little ones up there look like moguls;). It's about 20 min NW of me...is that a possibility for you?

Wendy - Glad you at least had a good time at Groove class:D. Oh, sorry to hear that Joey had a rough night but had to LOL about Cathy's comment regarding him thinking he had run a mary...very funny! How is he doing, BTW? Bronchitis clearing up? Hey, it's not too early to start the ski season:p...come on, we just had snow yesterday:rolleyes: lol. Have *gulp* fun with B&G and Centergy today;). Oh, BTW, when exactly is that 15K cuz I *think* I may consider it:).

Carole - Glad to hear that your mom has been laying off the cigs...good for her. Hope you had a good time workin' the ol' legs yesterday:). As I mentioned to Judy^^^ there is a half March 3 but I was hoping to find something sooner. Also, it might be tough to avoid PF that time of year for me as, like what happened last year at that time, it seems that walking in the snow really aggrevates it. Hopefully, that was just a one time issue.

Christine - Sorry about the sleep issues lately:(. I hope you got some good zzzzzzzzzzz's last night though. WOW, fantastic mish mosh you had there yesterday! I'll have to put that cassoulet on the menu for next week :9. So, how beooootiful did Mr. Jim looks yesterday after his appt:D? Enjoy the game tonight!

Shelly - I *may* just head down to Philly though to be the official Cheetah Cheering Squad so watch out;)! No, I hadn't signed up yet cuz the work schedule was soooooooo up in the air and I really didn't think I'd be ready between lack of training and that nasty infection:(. I should have just taken the chance...live and learn, right:eek:? Ooooh, I hope you had a great Viper workout...that's on my agenda for my pre-bowling night workout tomorrow *insert devil horns*. Ugh, uh, *orange*:eek::eek:??? Ohhhhh myyyyyy. And how many coats did it take to cover that lovely work of art?

Linda - Oh, lordy, only the half in Philly *lol*. This body ain't wired for a full;). I think the weather is looking perfect for you this weekend! I think the capris sound like they'll be just the ticket for ya. Sorry about the issues you're having with BB:(. Hopefully you'll have a surprise in the mail any day now...hopefully being delivered to work, not home, right;)?

Karen - Soooo happy to hear that the running gods were smiling on you and you had such a wonderful run yesterday! I think you guys may be in the all clear finally, yay! Heehee, feelin' the bootay (DM) and the lats and core (KB) from yesterday:D.

Howdy Jackie, Posh and Dallas!

Gonna peruse for a bit and then make my final decision. I would *love* to hold off on the run until a bit later today *IF*, big *IF* I can have an early(er) day today. Sheesh, that's asking a lot, huh LOL? BBIAB!

Good Morning

Cathy- Where are you? We can usually read you as one of our first here. Hope all is well today.

Wendi- That Celebrate Life Half may be a good choice. ( BTW the date is changed to March 9) I am also reconsidering the Leigh Valley Half on May 3.Both of these races are a 4+ hour drive. I just need a plan to keep the legs loose before the drive home. Decisions, decisions. Lets keep our fingers crossed that PF symptoms do not return this winter!

Gloria- Have fun with the mock election today. And enjoy that 5 miler.

Today is a Kettle Bell total body, probably a shorter one because Yoga starts an hour earlier than usual. I am OK with it because I have a hair appointment and a few 'to-dos' to wrap up before we leave tomorrow.

Ds15's contusion seems to be healing, TG (thanks for everyone's concern!) He practiced last night with no symptoms. Lets hope he avoids getting checked in the same spot!

Good Morning Peeps. :)

Gloria: Hope you had a good run this morning. So how did the mock election turn out? I'm sure everything went smoothly.

Wendi: I had actually forgotten about Cathy's marathon comment! How could I!? OMG, it was definately funny! Perhaps he was having sympathy pains for his mommy!:D Better late then never, right? :p Well the little guy is still coughing but it seems to be clearing up. He's got a few more days of meds to go. If he is still coughing at that point then I will be calling the doc. When I was driving to pick Joey up from school y'day I actually noticed it was snowing a bit here too. No surprise there. It was freakin' COLD outside! The 15k is in Middletown, NJ in monmouth county on November 30th. I can't remember what time it starts off-hand but I can look it up for ya if you are interested. :)

Judy: I understand your concerns about a long ride post half. I had those concerns about my full mary which why I am glad I finally decided on a very local race for my first. I'm sending healing vibes to your DS!!!

Well, gotta go get the little guy up.

BBIAB!

Judy - Thanks for the heads-up on the date. I think I had last year's date stuck in my head:rolleyes:. I wasn't sure how far Rock Hill was going to be for you. Of course, you *know* you're more than welcome to crash here at my place if need be:). I'll check out Leigh Valley too. Have fun with the KBs and good luck gettin' to that list today!

Wendy - Hmmmmmmm, that's Turkey Day weekend, right? *That* may pose a problem but let me look into it...Monmouth isn't too bad for me. Sorry it's been a slow recovery for the little guy...still sending {{{{VIBES}}}} his way!

Gotta split for now. Have a great day ladies and, hopefully, I'll have a run to report back with by this evening.

Good Morning Cheetahs!

Linda – Quota met, so I’m happy. I hope your aches and pains go away! You’ll be fine! Only a few more days eh? Is there a way to track? Yesterday’s workout was fun. :D

Karen – I think you’ll be fine *knocks on wood* Great job on the 5 mile run! I handle the renewal and customer service for a software company – that’s mostly what I do. :p Not in the cycling industry – we just have a CEO who likes to cycle.

Wendy – Good job on the run! Absolutely mute Jari! Yes, Jimmy is quite the handsome lad, and does smell really nice right now. Jim is a pretty clean dog actually, but he’s really nice now. Glad the class is done! I’ll bet it’s fun anyway. Sounds like a good plan for today.

Cathy – What? No tri’s on your agenda this year? *grins* Too funny. I hope the Phillies can play tonight and pull it off! No need to blush – you’re very pretty. I’ll bet all of the Cheetahs who have met you would agree! I don’t know how you manage to fit everything in!! Looking at your schedule makes me feel pressured! :D

Judy – Thanks for the site that rates the halfs! That’s great! Glad DS seems to be healing!!

Gloria – Have fun with the mock election today! Wish the real one were over already.

Wendi – Sorry you didn’t get to go home early yesterday in that horrid weather! Jimmy looks fabulous! I’ll have to take a photo. Did you go for the run?

Oh I have DOMS in my biceps – of all places! I didn’t work my biceps. Go figure. Jimmy is back and looking very cute in his new “do”. Talk about an automatic diet! He looks as if he’s lost 10 pounds – he had THAT much fur left to shed! I’ll bet he feels so much better too. Last night was Diwali, and our friend dropped off some Pori (fried bread – but man it’s delicious), Aloo Gobi (cauliflower and potatoes), curried okra, raita (spiced yogurt with cucumber) and some sweets. Oh my – it was delicious. Bless her for doing that. Today will be parts of Have Mercy. Enjoy your day all!

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy...thanks, I didn't know of the pics on the profiles page...DUH! Sounds like things are hectic at school. I wish you good luck in plowing through the work load.

Gloria...have fun with the mock election.

Wendi..I am glad too the Mom has not smoked. I hope it continues. I hope the PF was a one time issue for you also. I hope you can find a half that works out. Be careful if you head out for a run...

Judy...I have had some long car rides after a full marathon, it really is not an issue. Glad DS's contusion is healing up well.

Wendy...I just never bother turning the music off in BBC, but I will today!! Rich has a nice body but I agree, a bit dorky!

Christine...Yes, I am enjoying the BBC's. I had some oblique DOMS yesterday from Joey's standing corework Monday. I might start turning off the music though. Yes Mom does seem much happier at Karen's. Karen says her dogs are gaining weight though as Mom shares her food with them!! Sorry about the insomnia, could it be the stress from work?...GS shoulders is one of my favorites. Good workout yesterday. I bet Jimmy is feeling fine in his new "do"! WOW, that food sounds yummy...Have fun with Have mercy.

Shelly...an orange ceiling?? Well, I guess we all like different colors!! Glad you got it painted over. I bet STS will get you back into the lifting mood again. I go through phases like that too. Although the weight loss has inspired my workouts a lot...:)

Linda...Yes, it was pretty much the same PLB that I did last week, but I did reverse lunges instead of deadlifts. I do hope my Mom continues to not smoke. The thing is my sister's DH has asthma so there is no smoking in their house. So is your marathon close to you?

Karen..good job with the 5 mile run. Glad to hear the calf is cooperating.

Today is BBC Arms & abs, and a 5.5 mile tempo run.

Have a great day...:)

Hi Ladies.

I'm back from dropping Joey off at school and I am totally stalling on starting B&G. I have to leave here just after 10 to make it to my Centergy class so I won't be able to complete the entire work out before I go. I hope I only have to leave the floor work for later....

Better get a move on...Oh I can feel the pain already!!!!:p

Good morning everyone! It is hard to believe it is Wednesday, already! Hope everyone is having a good morning and day!

Gloria – Enjoy the Mock Election! That sounds like a lot of fun! Good job on the 5 miler yesterday and enjoy the run today! Can’t wait to hear of the results of your election!

Wendi – I am sure you could do a marathon if you trained for it! But I couldn’t remember if you had mentioned wanting to run a full…or not  My mind is kind of overloaded lately. Hope your run goes well today!

Judy – Enjoy your KB workout and the yoga! I am glad DS15’s contusion is healing well!

Christine – I will try and find out if there is a way to track the runners. I kind of doubt it, though….since there are only around 1000 people (including the ones running the half and the relay). Awww! I’ll bet Jimmy looks adorable! Yummy! That food sounds delicious! Enjoy “Have Mercy”! Glad you reached your quota! (but I am sure you do that all the time, anyway :) )

Carole – Oh…I see! I must have missed that fact that he had asthma! Hopefully, your mom will continue to stay away from the cigs, then! My marathon is around 45 minutes to an hour from where I live. It is around 50 miles from me. So, that is not bad at all. Enjoy your BBC and your run!

Cathy I am glad you are enjoying the running and staying conservative with it! Ouch! Hope your cousin’s SO’s soreness is gone! Hope that doesn’t happen to me! As busy as you have been with your work, I would venture to say that is definitely playing a role in your tiredness! I admire your tireless patience and positive attitude when things start piling up on you! I need some of your attitude! I know you aren’t complaining! I am glad you share with us and I don’t think I have ever “heard” you complain!

Wendy – No, I don’t have a coach for BB. I just go through them. I will definitely call them back if I don’t see anything in the next few days! Thanks!

This morning was nothing for me! Man – this tapering thing is really making me antsy! But, it does feel pretty good this morning!

I got another e-mail from the Marathon Director. The latest weather update for the marathon is 43 low.....63 high :) Sounds perfect!!! The weather on my iPhone says 42 low----67 high. I would rather have the "63" as opposed to the "67" ;0 I know ....not a big difference :)

Good morning Cheetahs!

Couldn't get on yesterday. Don't know why I'm having problems getting on here from work. Sometimes just don't feel like being on the computer when I get home.

Gloria - Good luck with the mock election. Will be interesting to know how it goes. Good job with the 5 miles! Have a good one today!

Wendi - Nasty weather you've been having! Yuk!!! Did you get a run in?

Judy - Enjoy yoga and getting your hair done. Great to hear DS is getting better.

Christine - What did you do that could have caused bicep DOMS? Bet Jimmy is looking quite handsome. That meals sounds soooooooo delicious. Have fun with Have Mercy.

Carole - That's progress if your mom hasn't smoked yet. Maybe she'll give it up completely. Does she ever say whether she feels better or different not smoking? You get to work out with Barry today right? Enjoy and have a good run.

Wendy - Did you make it through B&G? Hope you had a good Centergy class. Sounds like you've adjusted pretty well to Joey being in school.

I did half of 4DS Total Body weight premix. I got in legs and back today. Since I did chest Monday, I did ab work when I got to those parts. I'll probably finish up the other half on Friday.

Need to get to work now. Enjoy your day!

Jackie- Sometimes I do not feel like getting n the computer either.:) Nice 4DS you have going.

Carole- Thank you for letting me know the ride home may not be that awful. I was thinking a significant walk before the drive might be helpful. DH actually sent me an article from NY Times today talking about half marathons! I'll share it here:

http://www.nytimes.com/2008/07/24/fashion/24fitness.html?emc=eta1

Christine- That food sounds yummy! Those are some thoughtful friends you have:)

Linda- I have you in my thoughts daily as you prepare for the big day!

Dallas & Karen- I hope all is well for you busy Moms today!

Hiya cheetahs! Another very windy cold day here. Don't really mind the cold very much but I hate the wind!!! So being the pansy cheetah I am I opted for a 5 mile interval TM run this morning:p Got my orange ceiling nicely covered up now. DH got up all sorts of extra shelving in our bedroom closets yesterday so today will be sorting, organizing, cleaning:D It will feel so nice. Still have so much stuff in boxes cuz it's had to wait until we can paint, put up shelving, etc. This house is sadly lacking in upstairs closet space but we're working on that. ..... SLOWLY:(

Christine- That was a very innovative and fun sounding mishmosh workout of yours yesterday. Now dealing with mysterious bicep DOMS? Interesting! You had my mouth watering from your dinner description!

Linda- Sounds like you are well prepared for any weather possibilities. I ran the Phoenix marathon with very UNUSUALLY cold circumstances at the time. Beginning temps were in the mid 20s and it warmed up to barely over 50 when I finished. I bought one of those disposable warm up suits but it was uncomfortable to run in so I discarded it and I ran in shorts/short sleeve top and was very cold and uncomfortable from that instead! Anyway, given the latest temp range forcast I'd say you'll be quite comfortable!!!!
Philadelphia will probably be around 35-55. I'll be wearing tights and a long sleeve top likely.

Karen- very happy to hear that you are feeling well and escaped getting struck with another bug. Nice run yesterday! The wind has been pretty vicious lately hasn't it? Last night it was blowing so strong it sounded like a freight train outside!

Wendy- I've made it a point to remember to take up the shades when I'm off to make sure I don't oversleep!! They are very nice for me tho when I sleep during the day. Okay, just WHAT is a groove class anyway???

Cathy- Sounds a bit frustrating that w/ all the interruptions at work you can't catch up a tad. Too bad there isn't a nice tucked away office somewhere you can escape to now and then. It would probably be a real boon to teachers everywhere if there were such a thing!

Judy- Thanks for posting the HM review website. I tried a search for a similar site for full marathons but apparently it expired. Well, this is useful anyway and I'll keep it in mind. Glad to hear that your DS's injury seems to be all healed!

Gloria- Good luck on your mock election today. Will be curious to hear who won!!! Great job on the run too.

Wendi- I do feel very sorry for those folks who have to be outdoors with their jobs these days!! Crossing my fingers that you can get off early today. Did you get much snow? None here... just cold rain and lots of WIND! Sorry again that the Philly race closed on you. Well, there will be lots of other opportunities upcoming I'm sure where we can get together for a race. Believe it or not, the orange covered up nicely with just a base primer coat and then one coat of ceiling paint.

Carole- Now that you're at your weight goal and have been keeping up with the weights you must be looking so chiseled lately!! (color me green!) LOL Actually, with all my increased running I've dropped weight myself lately and am at the bottom of my acceptable range now. Eating like the proverbial pig too! I think STS will be coming at a good time for me and should stoke up my motivation for lifting. May have to wait on the legs tho til after my marathon. Have fun with BBC Arms/Abs today... I think that one is the toughest of the series!

Jackie- Sorry you're having some computer access problems there! I rarely feel like getting on the computer late in the afternoon or at night... I much prefer a workout followed by chilling and relaxing with a good book. Nice job with the 4DS!

That about catches me up for now cheetahs! Take care and have a great day! Later I'll be doing some kind of fun cardio... maybe Seasuns The Next Step.

Hiya

Hello Cheetahs,

Started my personals night before last, but got too tired and last night ran outta time. Sometimes I just have too much to get done before I can play on here, plus I’m trying to be diligent with my workouts etc., and I only have so much time to do that too. Anyway, trying to catch up with ya’ll today. Thanks everyone for the good wishes for DS and the football team.

Shelly – Yeah, it can get busy round’ these parts. Organizing and painting is what I have on my plan for my 2 week break we get at Christmas…

Jackie – wow, 4Ds chest work and the full body weights – I get “DOMish” just thinking bout’ the 4D’s..lol. Highly possible the team will make it to play-offs – they usually do. I like your idea of a 2-day work week..hmmm..wonder if that could work for peeps employed in the education area?!?! LOL

Carole – Chyeah, I’m still on for Napa! It’s gonna be our b-day celebrations as well, cuz your b-day is pretty close to race day too, ya know. Hey, have ya’ll signed up officially for Napa yet? Wonder when it fills??? So, who won Monday? you or Dh?...lol. Hey, cool about your mom; glad she is happy and doing well – that rocks! Like the tip on the reverse lunges instead of deadlifts in PLB.

Wendy – Yes, I still like the other eating program – a book actually. Really I’m just using *most* of the guidelines of Gillian McKeith’s “You are What You Eat” because it helps with maintaining clean eating principles, minimizes my asthma issues, and aids in lbs lost. As for the Cathe Nutrition program, I initially signed up for the 30-day period back when, but did not continue as I was one of the few peeps having major errors and issues getting in, so I figured I’d sign back up after the techies got the bugs worked out. Sooo, now that I have signed back up with the nutrition program, I can log my food and more accurate track of my portions and actual nutrition whilst incorporating some of the Gillian McKeith ways… whew, sorry for such a long explanation…lol

Wendi – Sorry about Philly! Dang it. Um, yes, Smokey, thanks for asking, as a matter of fact I just got off the phone late yesterday with the vet – again. It seems the ol’ boy had a bit of decline in his walking ability after we stopped the bute (Phenylbutazone) so I called last week and our vet was in Hawaii so the subbing vet told us to start giving again. Regular vet returned today and told me thinks it could be lingering effects of virus (she thinks that is what he had) or some minor “damage” to the spinal column from effects of said virus, or blah, blah. Anyhoo, she’s emailing some neuro dudes etc. at UC Davis to consult and in the meantime said to give the bute a rest again and see how he does. So, I am praying hard that it was just lingering effects of a virus and he totally just heals up! I cannot afford, I’m afraid, to haul him down to Davis (very far from me) for a sedation and spinal tap….so, I’m really banking he’s gonna totally recover. Actually, aside from the slower walking issues without the bute, Smokey’s spirits are normal, happy knickering self and he’s eating with vigor like he normally does. Ok, again, sorry for such a long explanation…lol

Linda – LOL thanks, but no way am I that organized! I TRY to be. This is why I took so much time up this weekend - trying to get organized to prevent too many flying by the seat of my pants episodes! LOL Yay, getting excited for your big day! Can’t go wrong with those temps –sweet! Chuckling here at your “antsey-ness”..know how that is…

Gloria – Glad to hear the family visit went well. Good luck with the mock election today! Are you having snowy conditions up north yet?

Judy- LOL re: the cabernet addition to the sauce and DH having a fit. Well? have you heard of “what he doesn’t know won’t hurt him?”…lol…just kidding, but all you have to do is pour yourself a glass of the good stuff as if you’re actually going to sip it but *accidently* pour it into the sauce! Wellah! I don’t use much in there. Hope DS doesn’t get hit in the same spot and if I don’t “see” you, have a wonderful trip and good luck in Chicago!

Karen – Good thing you’ve managed to avoid another bug! Nice you were able to get in an easy 5 miler.

Christine – Whew! good job making your quota and I bet Jim dog is a real handsome fella today. Yeah, Violet is a clean dog as well but the groomers just do a great (quick) job with baths, BRUSHING lol, and nail clipping that I can’t pass up the $17 deal. Your Indian meal sounds nice; cool of your friend to do that! Shhh…re: the kettlebells! LOL just kidding but man, them suckers are hard to resist!

Cathy – I know you must be up to your eyeballs in work – Rock on, Teach, I bet you’re in get er’ done mode. LOL. Um, yes, I do have a time goal for Napa, thanks for asking. Over my running years, my pace has been all over the place, from a 9:30 average per mile on a super hilly 5 miler and 11 min mile marathon, to a 10 min per mile 5K and 13:30 per mile marathon. IMO, training and race day weather conditions are big influences on race day pace; not just body size. I ran my best marathon with 25 extra pounds I didn’t need on my body, but I trained well for the run and the weather was in the 50’s the entire time (I don’t like the heat much). Anyway, Napa has a time limit of 6 hours, so obviously I will aim to break that but I’m thinking at this point I’d like to do at least a 5:30 ish but after this 6 week period of *shaping* up for intense training that starts beginning of Dec, and continued weight loss, I hope to say I will aim for a 5:00 to 5:20 finish and go from there. We’ll see. whew, another long explanation…lol. You and me are gonna FLY in Chicago though,…lol….;)

Ok, my time is up! Have to get to the workout! Hi to all that follow!

Have a good day ya’ll

POSH :)

Shelly - It is really cold and windy here, too! I dn't blame you for opting for an interval TM run! Sounds good to me! :) LOL...glad you got your orange ceiling covered! That is great that your DH put up the extra shelves! I would love to take mine down and put up more in different places! I am glad you told me about the disposable suits being uncomfortable. We started to order them, but didn't. The Phoenix marathon really sounded cold! So, do you think capri tights and a long sleeved shirt/gloves will be okay for me. Of course, I will take the gloves off and use them for a towel, later on ;)

Jackie - We have been having internet/network problems at work all week. I definitely understand how it is hard to post when you can't get on during the day! Seems like when you get home it is so hard to get back on a computer (especially when your work during the day is on the computer!) That is what happens to me a lot! Good job on your workout and total body 4DS premix! I have never even noticed that one! I will have to check that one out! I have done the Upper one...but not the total body!

Posh - I absolutely understand what you mean about how hard it is to juggle work, workouts, familily, life and posting! Sometimes, I start mine first thing in the morning at work, but don't get it finished until almost time to go home! Oh well. There is just not enough time in a day! Well....you sure seem organized to me!! :)

Better get some work done! :)

Hey Cheetah Peeps. :)

Well parts A & B of said work out are done. I finished B&G standing work at 9:45 which was absolutely perfect timing. I had just enough time to get my stuff together and head off to Centergy class before I had the chance to decided I didn't feel like going. LOL I got back a little bit ago and ate some lunch. I'm now sipping my java. When it's gone it's on to part C...B&G floor work and abs though I may change the abs since we did a goodly amount of ab work in class (it hurt too!). We did not hit the obliques in class though so thanks to Carole mentioning it, I am going to shoot for doing Eye Candy Joey's standing oblique work from BBC. And no, I'm not doing it JUST so I can stare at him. I honestly like it and want to do it! Seriously!;):D

Posh: Good idea to combine Cathe's nutrtion program with McKeith’s principles. Enjoy! :) My eating has been way less then stellar lately. I was so very good for so long and for the past month I guess I've been horrible. I'll do okay for a few day and then take a nose-dive. I just can't get myself back into it. I keep putting junk in my mouth and the scale and mirror are BOTH showing it. :( I read about your time goal for Napa. You go girl! The marathon I will be doing has a 6 hour time limit as well I believe so my goal is to beat 6 hours!:p

Shelly: I know what you mean about lacking closet space. I've spent the last 5 years in a house with a poor excuse for closet space. We have 2 closets upstairs that are used as dumping grounds for crap because they have no shelves or rods in them. I've bugged DH countless times to do something but it hasn't happened yet. He even went out one day and bought the supplies to put a rod in one of the closets. That had to be a year ago atleast...*sigh*... So anyway, congrats on getting that funky orange ceiling covered up. I'm sure that's a relief! :D Group Groove is a cardio class that is based on dancing. It's comprised of several mini dance routines in all different styles from hip-hop to latino to club to urban, etc. Fun stuff but I am awful at it! LOL

Jackie: Good job with 4DS. Yeah, I've adjusted to Joey being in school. I would like to be a bit more productive with errands and housework on my days off since I don't have to worry about him. I'm workin' on improving that though. I'll tell ya the best parts are being able to go to the gym with out having to constantly take him with me. It's so much easier without a child in tow! My job is soooo much less stressful too since I don't have to worry about what he's doing. Food shopping with out him is nice too...when I get around to it. Can you tell where my priorities lay? LOL

Linda: Sounds like great weather for your marathon! :) If you want a BB coach to make problem solving easier then go to www.teambeachbody.com and sign up under "play the game". They will automatically assign you a coach. From then on when you order, do it from there so you can get your coach's help if you have a problem. Just a thought. Take it or leave it. :)

Carole: To me they all look good in the BBC series! Don't forget to turn off the music today!:D Enjoy your tempo run today. I was thinking of wrapping my nails. I've done it several times in the past and have used different types but I truly know nothing about them. What type would you recommend as far as being the least harsh but still durable and worth the money? TIA! :)

Christine: Yummy! I like indian food. I've probably told you before that my best friend is from Pakistan so we go out for or take in Indian dinners on occasion. Good stuff! Jimmy sounds like a heavy shedder. My golden sheds pretty good but nothing compared to DH's cousin's dogs. Well, there is only one shedder in the house these days but he used to have an Akita and still has a Husky! The fur comes out in big clumps! YIKES! Since the Akita passed they got a little Yorkie named Jake. Cutest thing and he LOVES Joey! LOL No shedding but still alot of work!

Wendi: Yup, it's the Sunday of T-Day weekend. If you can make it that would be great. I ran this race last year and it's a nice course that goes between trails and road. It was a cold one though but I know you are used to that so it will be no problem for you. :)

All caught up and digested enough to finish up my work out!

BBL though. :D
