Shelly – I hate that when it happens! Glad you popped in to say hi anyway! Sounds like a nice dinner after all!!
Sunny – lets plan it! Cheap all the way around (except airfare) and it will be fun! I love the NC beaches!
Judy – I dated a guy who was born on Halloween – you’re not married to a Mike are you? (Just joking – the guy I know lives in Boston). Sounds like a nice birthday present (we runners certainly understand the need for gadgets, don’t we?!) and a wonderful cake! Those curls just don’t feel right with my arm just hanging there. I could not get a good enough range of motion to really feel it (and my “girls” we’re in the way!).
Wendy – I’m the exact same way! I can do GS Legs and go very heavy (except for those darned slow lunges!) and I don’t feel it the next day. Leaner Legs – nada. But if I do B&G or L&G (or P90X L&B) I’m crying the next day. The only heavy weight workout that gives me DOMS is PLB – I think it’s because it simply SOOO many reps under such high weight. It’s the ONLY time I do a leg press with 50 pounds!
Linda – yeah, I’m glad no one saw me, too – and same with the sprained ankle. Crazy! I’m glad you go your reordered discs! Did they charge you for them? I’m so happy Jimmy is not a chewer. He’s very content with pig hooves – and only chews up napkins or paper towels if we leave them in his reach (*knocks on wood*). Great workouts!
Cathy – I’m so happy to hear that your internet is back up – we missed you! Did you find a modification for your costume? I didn’t want to switch B&T with SCC because I didn’t want leg work two days in a row. Oh well – did it this way this week. We’ll see what mood I’m in next week! Hope things are going well at school. And I will absolutely NOT stay out of mischief – that would be no fun! :+
