:::CHEETAHS:::THURSDAY:::

Evening ladies!

I don't really have time post right now but I had to give a shout out to Cathy!!! *LOVE* the T-shirt...almost choked on my asparagus :p. The sad part is that I have, on far too many occasions to remember, glanced down at my hand while bowling only to discover that it's covered in blood coming from something that I ripped open. That might actually happen tonight because I do have a minor blister that opened up today while riding. Eh well, it's a long way from my heart :p.

Sorry chickadees but I've got to jet. See you in the morning!

Wendi: I can see how that would turn you off to the sweets! That would do the trick for me too!

Shelly: Wow, that is really rude of your trainer. Good thing you know your business so well! I have nothing but confidence in you! Working in ICU, no wonder you work out so much. That must take a toll on the heart! I know for me that a good run will help me de-stress, come up with ideas and solve problems. It is the perfect medicine! ;-)

Marcia: Glad you got your workout in! I used to be a bartender. I actually thought it was fun because I like making things. My favorite drink to make was an old fashioned manhattan.

Carole: LOL about "pigpen!" I loved the Charlie Brown Christmas special when I was a kid! It has been hard to keep up the house by myself since DH has been so busy. Once summer school is over it will be better. I just can't concentrate with clutter every where! I am impressed that you are following a rotation. I have always wanted to do the rotation with the Cathe workouts she put out before 4DS, but failed. It became too frustrating with all the choreography.

Lorie: I hear you on reaching deep for the motivation! I have been so tired after summer school since I am still waking up at 4. I do enjoy the walking, but I need a little more to satisfy me. I am happy you got your workout in and your hip is on the mend! :)

Judy: Great about the senior pics! I really like the Itreads too!

Jackie: My car has been quite expensive this year too. I spent $1000 this last fall to get some things done. Actually, lots of things. Oil pan, rear wiper motor, driver's side mirror (yeah, I hit a car and it was torn off). Oh well I guess. At least this time it was only $65. I have told DH several times that I should go to mechanic school in the summer! LOL! :)

Wendy: Great run!

Kath: That is an amazing mom!

DH took me to pick up my car. It was nice to talk with him for once! We are on opposite schedules right now. I ended up running 4 miles and didn't even look at the time. Just happy that I actually did it! LOL! :) Have a great night ladies!
