Good Morning Cheetahs!

I'm up even earlier then y'day because today I want to try heading to the gym for an uber early morning run on the TM. I did not go to bed nearly as early as intended so I'll be wiped out by the time I'm done with work! It's okay though because since I'm getting the work out done early there will be plenty of time for a nap!;):D

Let me get this posted and then I'll come back with personals!

Wendi: Glad the prayers for mom worked. May not be a perfect situation with her job, like you said, but atleast they were able to work something out that she can live with. I'm very relieved for her. :) Any word on what your father is going to do?

Judy: So what work out did you choose and how did it go? How was yoga class? I need to get back to the new Centergy class this month. It was tough but awesome!

Carole: Wine tasting and angel food cake sounds good to me! I think I will have a glass of wine in Vegas and toast to the Cheetahs. :)

Dallas: I felt pretty good y'day, thanks! Just tired. It seems I've been able to downgrade this thing. I still have the phlegm ball and the cough but no more feeling lousy with it. YAY! Way cool that you will run Chicago with TNT. :)

Posh: Thanks for the info on TNT. Love having folks who've run with them around. It continues to ensure that I am making the right decision. :) Enjoy your weekend in Napa with DD!!!

Christine: Sorry you had to cut your work out short y'day but atleast you now know where all of those missing items were. LOL about not being able to find the tool to change the tire when it was in it's proper place the entire time. I'd do something like that for sure!:p

Okay ladies...my time here is up! Gotta throw on my clothes and get outta here or I won't have enough time! I have to be back HOME before 6:45 so DH can leave for work! I'll finish personals then!

BBIAB!

Good morning chicas!

Okay, so I know I promised personals last night but by the time I got home (later than expected...no rain, darn it:mad:), got some cooking done for the rest of the week, laundry, phone call with mom, etc it was just way too late and I was just plain tuckered. My apologies!

So here's what I decided for this am's workout....I'm going to combine PP UB (2 sets) with C&W step only and do them as a circuit. I'll have to repeat one of the step segments to make it jive. I'm also going to sub in the ab work from C&W in place of the PP abs. Should be fun:D.

I figure my little mish mosh should take around 70-75 minutes so I should have time for personals afterward. Well, to quote C&W..."Let's get this party started!" BBIAB!

Hi Girls!

I'm back and I survived! I did more then survive actually. I kicked some serious boo-tay!:p:D
I ran 3 miles of intervals with Grace and it was a freakin' AWESOME run! I think I am likin' this early morning thing! ;)

Back to personals....:)

Jackie: Nice work out y'day. I'm sure your boss would love to hear that you chose work over an extended work out. :) That's dedication to your job for sure and something I would probably never do. :p:D

Karen: Love the Halloween pics. The Addams family costumes are AWESOME! No wonder you won a contest with them. Thanks for the update on your mom. Keep us posted on what comes of when the oncologist and urolgist talk.

Cathy: Oh I was donnin' those boogies shoes this morning girl!:D Now if I can only get to a boogie class I'll be all set. ;) I never got around to havin' that beer last night. Maybe tonight.

Dallas: How do you foam roll for half an hour!?! YIKES, I would never have the patience or the pain tolerance (LOL) for that. More power to ya girl!

Wendi: Enjoy your work out. Sounds like fun!

Looks like that catches me up for now.

Never got back here last night. I have no idea why either. LOL I got dressed y'day and was about to walk out the door after dinner to go to the gym for a run when I changed my mom and put on my pj's. I was tired and was trying to force it. I just didn't feel like pushing through it so I didn't. Having not gotten there last night helped to fuel my motivation to go this morning so I'm kinda glad things happened the way they did. :)

Gotta grab some food...my belly is starting to hurt from being empty. I only ate a small apple this morning before my work out....

BBIAB!

Howdy:D!

Okay, fun workout! Although next time I do it I'll have to heavy up on the weights. The cardio sections provided almost too much muscle recovery time so the weight segments were a bit too easy.

Thought I would have a break with the weather and we'd actually get some rain but I guess I'm not that lucky;). Let me see how much I can get in here....

Wendy - Woohoo, glad you had a rockin' run this morning. See, these early am workouts are da bomb, aren't they:p?! Okay, I've got to pick on ya for just a second cuz I just about spit my coffee out when I read it..."was about to walk out the door after dinner to go to the gym for a run when I changed my mom and put on my pj's." Heehee, thanks for the chuckle:p! Thanks for the kind words regarding my mom:). I have no idea what my father's plan will be and it will be tough to get an answer from him so, who knows:rolleyes:?

Cathy - I couldn't help but be moved by what you wrote to Wendy yesterday about the effect that your mary training had on everyone around you:). Ah, yeah, I'll have to remember your cerveza home remedy;).

Gloria - Hiya! Hope you were able to get that TM run yesterday.

Judy - There's a Metro North station right here in Middletown...I think you have to connect through Hoboken, though. Or there is one from Grand Central to Beacon (about 20 minutes from me). So, what WO did you end up doing yesterday? Hope you enjoyed yoga!

Christine - Oh, so sad about Michael Crichton...*love* his work! What a shame. Had to LOL at ya yesterday...your tire episode sounds like something that I would do;). Uggh, poor DH having no luggage! He's got it now, though, right? Interesting reading on Prop 2...I did have a funny mental pic of oranges running around free-range style:p.

Carole - ITA about the music in Imax2!! You know, I probably would have pulled out the silly putty hammer on DH about the ladder comment. Sheesh, at least *you* took the initiative and got something done, right:rolleyes:? Fantastic workout yesterday!

Dallas - Sorry about the insomnia yesterday:(...hope you had a better night last night. Great job on B&G and then getting on the EXT...kudos!

Posh - Three day weekend??? Is there a holiday that I don't know about? Have a nice visit in Napa with DD! Oh, I completely forgot to ask you a follow up ? on Smokey. I don't know if you ever heard about the big Rhino/herpes outbreak in FL (some in CT, MD, and VA also) a couple of years ago. Symptoms manifested as more neuro than respiratory as a result of a mutation of the virus. Vaccination was relatively useless as this was a very virulent and resistant strain. Have the vets considered this by any chance? Some cases were extremely minor, some not so, so the severity of symptoms was from virtually non-existent to *bad*:(. I just happened to think about it the other day and thought I'd just put it out there *shrugs*.

Jackie - Great job with 4DS yesterday...love that leg workout!

Karen - Love your new avatar! Thanks for the pics...the Adams Family was fantastic!!!! So glad to hear that the docs are working toward a joint solution for your poor mother. I hope they can figure out something between them!

Linda - Love your new avatar, too! How are you feeling?

Shelly - Hope you were able to nip that virus in the you-know-what! Take it easy!

Gotta split for now. I hope to check back in here tonight before bowling. Have a great day ladies!

Good Morning Cheetahs!

Jackie – I put a lot of work into Jimmy as a puppy so he turned out okay as a dog. I wanted a good, well behaved dog. He is actually better off leash than he is on leash. My coworker went to Hawaii for her honeymoon – she had a blast. The photos were beautiful.

Cathy – What an amazing time we live in, isn’t it? I think IMax 2 is something you can plow through. I think the only tricky part really are the straddle taps and basically for those you are straddling the step and jumping up to tap the step with alternating feet. Watch it, then try it on a low step – once it clicks, it’s pretty easy (well, easy in the movement – it’s a killer on the lungs!).

Dallas – I’m lol’ing at “If you Give a Mouse a Cookie” – that pretty much sums up my morning yesterday. You’ll find what you’re missing when you’re not looking for it – like me with those things in my saddle bag. Amazing, isn’t it? Hope you got a good nights sleep last night.

Wendy – Great job on the workout! Love it when the run is right on! And I hope you have the energy to get through the day! It’s amazing what we do to ourselves, isn’t it? I don’t know why I simply didn’t look where it was supposed to be in the first place!

Wendi – your workout sounds like a fun one… Hmmm, I might have to do that one. Good job getting everything done! I love Michael Crichton, too. He’s so smart and makes you think in ways you wouldn’t normally. Lol about the free range oranges!! My mental image was of oranges banging against cage walls… Too funny.

I'm going to do a self created circuit workout today. Not sure which, although Wendi's PP/C&W (I'd sub Imax 2) sounds like a fun one. I might do that. We'll see. DH comes home today. I hope his luggage does too.

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy...Hope you had fun through "Build Me Up Buttercup"...:)...The ladder had rubber pads on the end and DH wanted to know if I made sure to put the rubber against the gutter....You can imagine what my answer was...

Wendy...Looks like we will have Angelfood and Carrot cake in Napa...you don't know what you are missin"...:)..Good job with your TM run at the Gym.

Wendi..sounds like a fun mish mosh. I should have gotten the silly putty hammer out for sure! I think after all these years I am getting used to his procrastination and figure if I want something done, I will just do it. I often wish I had the extra $$$ to just hire someone...

Dallas...I am so happy you will be coming to Napa...:D. We will have a blast! When I had the hip pain only the side kicks in KB or running distance caused any pain. I could do the EXT for hours! I still do the hip e-cises from the Pain Free book 5-6 days a week.

Posh...I did not know Robertson had a slow cooker cookbook! I will have to check it out. I found most of my recipes online. I surely would not turn down any carrot cake either...:)

Christine...I bet the pics of Hawaii were great. I still hope to get DH there one day. I don't know if I have ever stayed up til 4AM! I have definitely done the sidetracking thing myself and missed out on a long workout. Sometimes you just gotta! WOW, you would bring both cakes?? You are a sweetie...:)...I hope your DH and his luggage get home safe and sound.

Jackie...No, didn't buy the shirt but I could have one made for DH...Crockpots are a good thing to have in the winter. Good job with 4DS Legs & Core.

Karen...Sounds like you are enjoying S&H. Good news your Mom's oncologist will confer with her Dr. Always nice to have them on the same page I bet.

Today is legwork and a 5-6 mile easy run. I was happy to get in 4 fast interval miles at an 8:47 pace yesterday!!

Have a great day...:)

Good morning, cheetahs! :)

Dallas—Hope you had a better night’s sleep last night. TV seems to have the opposite effect on me. J Oh my gosh—that is just heartbreaking about your friend’s DD. Has she begun chemo? What about your other friend with the little boy? How is he doing?

Hey Posh
pfft1.gif
PFFT!
*lol*
winking.gif

Christine—thanks for the heads up re: Imax2. Good to know! Here’s hoping DH’s luggage keeps up with him this time. Have fun with your self-created circuit.

Carole—*snorting* Oh yes, I can imagine your response. I did have fun through “Buttercup” ‘cause I could just imagine what you would have to say about it! *lol* Whoo, SMOKIN’ pace yesterday! Excellent!

Wendy—salsa in the morning? My, that is ambitious. I’ll have mine with chips, thank-you-very-much. *lol* Anyway, good for you gettin’ your early groove on.

Wendi—like your idea of pairing C&W step with another u/b weight workout to make a circuit. Glad you enjoyed the “party.”

Rain & wind today as anticipated, so I’ll hit the EXT once more, this time with an iClimb. New dude named Buddy.

Have a great one!

Fly by here..... I hope to get to personals later!

I ended up doing L&G yesterday a then Yoga. MY legs were FRIED and holding those warriors and lungs was torture! I just finished 4 miles on the TM with CC#4, my first time doing that one. It alternates hills with sprints!

I'm off for a day of minor pampering pedicure and nail fill. In between I am helping a girlfriend to down load some Cardio Coach workouts. I sent her a Cardo Coach gift Certificate for her brithday.

Have a good day Cheetahs!

Good morning cheetahs!:D Had alot of catch up chores and shopping to do yesterday after getting off work and napping so I never did make it here to post and chat:(. Got in a pretty decent 5 mile tempo run after waking and had to wait til the evening to do my second workout:(- pretty tired by then but made it thru most of All body Cardio.

I do have a cold virus hanging on and irritating me but that's all it is... an irritation:mad: Not slowing down this cheetah at all! I should kick it soon.
I'm starting a little late this morning. Got alot of office/bill paying chores out of the way first. I'll be doing a 6 mile run in a bit. It's rainy outside so being the typical foul weather pansy cheetah I am I'll opt to do an iTread indoors. I'm afraid I'm not the all weather iron cheetah like our SuperCarole;) Later today I'll delve into the 4DS series and do Chest&Back with some cardio.

I'll be back later today with personals. Have a great one y'all!

Karen- I do want to take the time to let you know that I agree completely about what your doc said re: your Mom's pain. I've never had stones myself and can't speak from personal experience but from what I've experienced taking care of patients with this, the pain is indeed quite severe and what your Mom is experiencing is not out of the norm. I also agree that all nonsurgical options should be exhausted completely before resorting to surgery. With your Mom's history any surgery has much higher risks to it.... not something to be undertaken unless it's necessary.
Just MHO... hope it helps.

Judy—enjoy the pampering.

Shelly—no way some silly bug could hold YOU back! Have a great 6 miler & 4DS fun later.

Done with iClimb #33 (30 minutes) with Cathe's 10 lb. vest adding a little more of a challenge for a good sweat.

Good morning everyone! It is so pretty here! I wish I could get outside and run instead of being stuck inside this office!

Wendy – Great job on your run! It sounds like you had a great one! Enjoy your day! That is so nice that you will be running in memory of your Dad. I really wanted to put something on my shirt saying “To Run Five Miles” , in memory of my dad. That was his goal after his heart transplant. But….I didn’t get it done.

Wendi – Your Circuit sounds really good! Do you have a multi-disk player? If so, do you like it? Thanks regarding the avatar! I am actually feeling good, now! I am itching to run, though! ;) Thanks for asking!

Christine – I hope your DH and his luggage makes it home okay today! Enjoy your circuit today! Do you have a multi-disk player? I need to get one of those….it would make it so nice to be able to create those circuits that you guys do!

Carole, Shelly, Cathy, Posh – everyone- When can I start doing lower body work? Next week? Would it be okay to do floorwork this week…or no?

Carole – Great job on your run and pace yesterday! Enjoy your run and leg work today!

Cathy – Oh! A new iClimb dude? I have several iClimbs….but I think they are all Joseph! I Haven’t got any new iTrain’s since my subscription ran out. Let me know if you like it!

Judy – Great job on your workouts! I love CC #4! That was my first CC! That was a wonderful gift you gave your friend! Enjoy your pedicure and nail fill!

Shelly – Sorry the virus is still hanging around! Good job on your run and All Body Cardio on top of all of those chores! Enjoy your TM run today! I know they say cold, rain, etc. doesn’t affect a person in regards to virus’s or colds….but I think it is smart that you stay indoors!

Karen – I hope all is well with your mom today! I love your avatar! I also love the pics! The Adam’s Family costumes are adorable!

Yesterday, I never got to post. The network at work was up and down all day. And then my DD ended up in the hospital again. She had a severe gallbladder attack. She is home now and feeling better, but she gave us a scare. Her amylase level is up more than last time, but her ultrasounds all looked okay. They will do bloodwork again next week to make sure they don’t go up any more. If they do, they will go ahead and remove her gallbladder.

Yesterday I did a 40 minute EXT workout (iClimb) and some abs. Today, I did nothing, since I was at the hospital until late.

Do you guys think I could safely run tomorrow?

Hey to everyone! I hope everyone is having a good day!

I will be back later!

Linda

Hiya cheethpals! Back from a pretty nice TM run.. got in 6.1 miles in 52 minutes... feeling pretty charged today:D
Now to tackle a long list of household chores (personally I'd rather face a 20 mile run!)

Wendy-Very impressive to be up and at em so early and getting in a good run!! Count me as among those also who are impressed with your dedication to the memory of your Dad with your upcoming marathon goal!!!

Wendi- Fantastic news re: your Mom. Sounds at least for now that it's worked out really well for her and should be a major stress relief (for both of you) Nice mish mosh today and very impressive hilly run yesterday!

Christine- Having a fun circuit day yourself I see. glad you finally got the bike tire fixed... ready for a long ride again this weekend or are you planning on something with your DH since he's coming home?

Carole- woooohooooo fantastic pace there on those intervals! Not only is your endurance back but the speed as well! Your mileage goals for the weeks of your marathon (35-45) are pretty much what I have been doing so I feel encouraged that I was on the right track. I did go over 50 one week cuz of my crazy work schedule. Probably did wear my immune system down some, but I'm bouncin right back!

Cathy- Okay, I'll have to backtrack now and find out why your are giving Posh a PFFT smiley! Nice job with that iClimb today, especially adding that 10 lb vest!! I haven't purchased any new iTrains at all since they have raised their prices so much. I'm still mad at them!

Judy- That CC workout does sound like a good one! I've never tried any of the CC workouts. Since I'm boycotting the iTrains maybe I should give them a try.

Linda- So sorry to hear the news re: your daughter!! Glad it was only a short hospital stay that was required... that at least is encouraging. This is pretty nervewracking for you both I can imagine. Crossing my fingers and sending prayers your way! Re: resuming running.... I'd say you are the best judge of that and if you truly feel up to it I say go for it and take it easy.

tata for now~

Good morning ladies!

Karen - Do hope the shot helps your mom with the pain.

Wendy - Should have told your BMF that you were disinfected with Lysol wipes. Girl, you need to learn to salsa. ;) Great job on the run with Grace. Yeah, wonder if boss will recommend a raise for my dedication to my job. :D He'd better take advantage of when I do show up earlier 'cause it ain't gonna happen too often. :p

Cathy - Wish Obama's GM had held on a couple of more days too. At least she got to vote. My sis in Chicago was in the area but didn't want to go to Grant Park. Said it was too many people. I still have not hear the entire speech. Haven't bought any new iTrain workouts. Might need to give Buddy a try. Great job of adding the vest to your EXT workout. That sounds like torture to me.

Dallas - Wouldn't that be just too cool to beam us up Scottie? :D ITA that carrot cake is healthy for you and it's good. :D

Wendi - Sorry rain didn't help you out yesterday. Quite a mish mosh you conjured up there. Glad you enjoyed it. Have fun bowling that perfect game tonight.

Christine - Hawaii - such a beautiful and serene place. Enjoy your circuit. Hope the luggage makes it home with DH today.

Carole - I have to call my DB when I want something done around the house. If he can't do it, then I have to hire someone. I've learned to do a lot of things myself. Great run yesterday! Enjoy your leg work and run today.

Judy - Good job with the 4 miles! Enjoy your day of pampering.

Shelly - Good job with the workouts and fighting a cold. You are a super cheetah! Glad you enjoyed your run and 4DS C&B! Hope you can shake that stinky old cold.

Linda - We've had some beautiful days here too. But, think it's all coming to an end soon. Sorry to hear about DD gall bladder attack. Glad all is well now.

I did a 5.1 mile pace run and 4DS Shoulders and Yoga Relax. Have some LB DOMS from the leg workout yesterday.

Enjoy your day!

Hi Ladies!

I have to be quick. I'm taking my DS5 to a friend's house shortly. Social butterfly. :) I had to get up even earlier because I had that massage/chiro appt super early. She worked that area good. She said it was the sartorius muscle. Well, that would explain why my knee was achey too. Also, my adductors were tight. Like Carole said, maybe I should lay off kbox for awhile. Did you know the sartorius is the longest muscle in the body? I remember that from my ACE studies...which I need to get back to.

Anyhoo...

Shelly ~ you sound rearing to go! Glad the bug didn't get you down.

Linda ~ how are your legs feeling? So sorry about your DD. I'll keep her in my prayers.

Cathy ~ That's a great idea re: the vest and the EXT!! :D Thanks! Nice workout. I'll be utilizing it for a few more days until this pain goes away. Yes, my friend's daughter is doing chemo. She has been since Sept. :( Our other friend's son finished chemo just last week!!! He's doing wonderfully!! Thanks for asking. :)My mil has one more, possible two more! We're getting there. :)There's a discrepancy between the two docs if she needs to have the surgery. Not sure when we'll find that out.

Judy ~ Enjoy your pampering. :)

Carole ~ See above...after seeing that massage therapist I was already thinking to back off kbox. I'll try a shorter run in a few days. At least, it's nothing serious. :) Nice job on the intervals! :)I'll wait to book the flight, but what hotels do you recommend? re: doing the EXT for hours...but don't your feet fall asleep?? I was wondering if you still use the maintenance e-cises?

Christine ~ Yep, that book reminds me of my life...everyday! LOL! I sure hope I find it soon..it's my new ATM card. Let us know what type of circuit you create. Hope your DH's luggage come home too!

Wendi ~ The TV makes the EXT not too bad. ;) Nice circuit you did.

Wendy ~ Yeah, but you feel so good afterwards re: the foam roller. ;) Oh good, glad the cold isn't getting worse. Hate that run down feeling. That's how I felt last week w/the GI thing. WTG on your intervals w/Grace! I love getting cardio out of the way first thing. It felt hard last night, but at least I got it done. :)

well, must hit the road...TTFN :) Hi to the rest of the Cheetahs.

Cathy...I have not gotten any new iClimbs so I don't know Buddy! Way to go with the 10# vest! I think my reponse to DH was similar to STFU...:D...I did feel like I was smoking on the intervals yesterday "Oh, what a feeling"...:)

Shelly...What?...Crazy cheetah won't run in the rain??? Perhaps you need to be blond...:D. Enjoy your 6 miles and 4DS workout. Glad the virus is not holding you back much. I agree about running 20 rather than doing household chores!! You don't know how happy I am to finally get some speed back. Getting under a 9:00 pace for intervals was sure a goal for me. I think you are trained quite well for this marathon. Going over 50 miles one week is not a problem and will probably help your endurance for the marathon.

Linda...I actually would hold off any lower body work this week. You could run tomorrow, just take it slow and easy. So sorry about DD being in the hospital again. Glad she is home and feeling better.

Jackie...I have learned to do a lot myself. Just never thought I would have to. The run yesterday really felt good. Good job with the 5.1 miler, 4DS shoulders and yoga.

Dallas...glad you got the massage. I would say if you do any KB to just sub front kicks for any side ones. I only do KB once a week. I did not know the sartorious was the longest muscle in the body...wow. The longest I have used the EXT for really is 60 min, and my feet were fine. I would check with Christine about hotels in Napa, or how many her condo holds!! No, I do not use the maintenance e-cises but I do use the hip e-cises.

I had a nice easy 6 mile run and used my iPod for the 1st time. It was a bit cloudy this morning but now the sun is out.

Carole – Oh, you haven’t been to Hawaii?! You HAVE to go – you’ll love it. Sometimes you can get really good deals for the off season. Yeah, the sidetracking thing – I’m good at it. I’ll probably just order the cakes in Napa and pick them up when I get there. :D

Cathy – Enjoy your iClimb today! IMax 2 is really one of my favorites from Cathe. I just don’t like those daggone Genie hops!

Judy – Enjoy your pampering!

Shelly – hope you’re feeling better!!! Enjoy your iTread! I’m not sure what I’m doing the weekend. As I’m not training for a race, I don’t mind doing a longish ride every other weekend. I may just take a nice long hike with DH – if he’s feeling up for it. He has hep C – mild case or was – his right side is paining him and I have to admit I’m nervous about it.

Jackie – How is Yoga relax? I just got a new yoga video – yoga conditioning for Athletes – but I haven’t done it yet. We’ll see.

Dallas – You lost your new ATM card? Oh that is so something I would do! I hope you find it soon, too! Enjoy your running around.

Linda – Oh your poor DD! I’m glad she’s feeling better! I’ll keep her in my prayers! Thank you – re: DH and luggage. No, I don’t have a multidisc player – I just switch them out. I have a DVD player that will resume from where you stop it, so that makes it easier. Gives me time to stretch and to get my HR down. :p

Well, I had a fun little workout. Okay, not so little. I did IMax 2 and Power Hour. Because Power has 8 different sections (Squats, Chest, Back, Lunges, Shoulders, Bi’s, Tri’s and abs) I was able to do 8 of the IMax 2 sections – and get ride of my least favorite 2 – 3 and 8 – yes I did 9! :p It was a fun, fun workout. One I’ll have to do again – clocked in about 90 minutes. Then I came in to unannounced sales training. 2.5 hours worth when I have a 3 hour meeting tomorrow and the shortest month with the highest quota. GREAT planning. No wonder we had to do so many layoffs.

ha ha...I forgot to eat lunch and post my workout. I stopped back home before I head back out. I did iCycle sprints, forgot the number too . Seriuosly!??! Anyway, it was 30 min., then did PUB up only premix and Amy's Hot Body stretch plus some other stretches. She sure hits the ITB good in that stretch. :)

Christine ~ I have to say, everytime I spin I think of you and how you love to cycle. It's an awesome workout, but oh so hard!!! hated every minute of it. j/k. :p;) Yeah, I remember setting that card...somewhere. lol I didn't activate it yet. Wow! That was some workout you did. I like it! :) You sure have a crazy schedule today/month. Carole told me to ask you about hotels. :)

Carole ~ I remember you saying that you did that for kbox. That's a great idea. :) Thanks! Buddy is a nut!! lol I have an iCycle he did. Just plain crazy! ;) How did you like using your iPod for your 6 miles? I think I'll start those hip ecises...I think that was one of the longer ecise plans?

Well, better get outta here!

Hi Cheetahs!

Gotta grab a shower and get ready to head over to mom's for dinner. Just wanted to pop in to report that I decided to get a jump on tmrw's work outs by doing MM upper body only premix this afternoon!

I got a nice little nap in after work and it re-engergized so I'm feelin' pretty good!

BBL tonight or in the morning!:)
