^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lederr

Cathlete
good morning all! i was awoken by barking dogs (mine, unfortunately) and am waiting to fall back asleep. thought i'd get this thread started in the meantime.

on to personals!

jackie-i was able to do nrolw and sjp step/hi/lo premix without much pain, so hopefully the hip is on the mend. so, you liked iTread 20 tri reverse. what was it like?

wendy-i sure did get the tix! we ended up getting floor seats third section back row a, seats 1 & 2. not bad, i'd say!!!

kath-i think it will be a good show. i have their new cd. it was released in england about a week ago. it's pretty nice. i have to brush up on their older cd's but the concert isn't until november so i think i have a bit of time. ;)

wt-i totally agree that it can really show my age when i realize that my students or younger teachers have NO IDEA about some of the references i make. i am going to go into old age kicking and screaming and wearing purple!!! glad you chose the vino. we will have to partake when you come up to visit for the august rt!!!

gloria-during the year, i wake up around 0430. i like that quiet morning time to wake up slowly, down some caffiene, check out the forums. then, i have plenty of time to get in my workout and love that it is done before i go to work!

last night, i felt like i was getting a bit of a cold. i don't know if i did too much yesterday or what. i have the direct tv guy coming to install my FREE tivo from 0800-1200 today. i hope he comes early. i got it free (with a year's free service) because it was just noticed that for the past THREE years, i have been getting charged for an extra receiver that was never disabled when they had to replace it with one that worked properly. apparently, the technician forgot to disable it so i was being charged for three receivers instead of two! worked out well because my tivo unit is in my bedroom and i really don't ever watch live tv, so when i want to watch tivo, i have to go up to the bedroom. i hate that, so i have been looking for one for the living room. bonus that i got it free!!!

i may do a light workout today. maybe some yoga. tomorrow is a swim day. can't wait!

well, hopefully, i won't be back for a while as i hope to fall back to sleep!

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Morning, cheetahs! :) :) :)

I have no reason to be up this early, but the internal clock speaks. I have to work next week, anyway, so it's better to stay on schedule. Today will be a run, for sure. Yay! No schedule, no place to rush off to--I love it!

Gloria...You could do a Cathe rotation and just sub for the high-choreo workouts or the ones you don't have. Glad you enjoyed some time to hang out with DH.

WT...*lol* about going kicking and screaming. I was really happy on graduation night when two younger teachers thought I was their age (mid-20s). :7 YEAH! No vino for me--usually gives me a headache. I'm all about the cervesa...Nice deal on the free Tivo!!!

Wendi...yikes! *lol* You are one hardcore bowler! :) The shirt is a Dexter reference. Yeah, I need to get a life! *lol*

Have a kick-butt Friday, everyone! BBL...

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Good Friday Morninnnnnnnng :) :)

Lorie: Working out and going back to bed? Now I so couldn't do that :) Have you been to many concerts?

Cathy: Amazing how our internal clock knows what time it is. At least you have no schedule to follow and can do what you want :) I missed what you will be doing for the summer..summer school?

I think I'm doing 5miles today. With the rain we have been getting --I'm taking advantage of mornings with no rain drops :) I may be able to start the run early as that I don't need to take DS to work. He bought a car last night --YAY him :) It's amazing how the price of smaller cars are going up because there is such a demand for them now. Oh and I have to work shoulders--my favorite body part to work :) And need to do some core work as well. That was a paragraph filled with rambled thoughts :)

Any plans for the weekend girls?

Oldest DD will be coming home Saturday to stay the night. She is taking the border patrol test. *FINGERS CROSSED* on that. She likes her job--I worry about her line of work though. It's funny she said last night that "it's not the bad people I chase that I can't handle, there are some co-workers who need to grow up " Few females jealous of her and her degree I guess. If you knew my daughter you would be saying right now--"How could they be intimidated by her" She is still set to take a Vermont thing as well the 14th of July. This way she has many choices :)

I hope Dallas and her family are doing ok.

I shall return :)

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Good morning ladies!

Ugh, Friday morning has hit hard this week :(. I was planning on an Imax so I got up, got some coffee, started to make my lunch for today, and then promptly poured myself right back into bed for an hour lol. Ahhhh, that hour did seem to do the trick but now I'm out of time for a workout. Oh well, I guess my ride-a-thon today will suffice.

Lorie - I hope you're sleeping right now. WTG on the free tivo! It's a good thing that you caught their error and called them on it. Tix??? I'll have to go back and read yesterday's thread...those are some good seats!

Cathy - LOL...I haven't really watched TV in more than a year so I completely missed the reference! Sorry about the internal alarm clock...I've got one of those, too ;). Enjoy your run and completely schedule-free day!

Kath - Sending some good luck {{{VIBES}}} to DD! Nice for DS (and you) that he was able to get his own car. That sounds like that will free you up a bit! Enjoy the run and shoulder burner!

Gonna go refill the java and catch up on yesterday's happenings. BRB!

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Darn rain has started--

So I think I'll run on TM. KInda hate doing that. Maybe I'll do the bike and perhaps get a run in later today. So many choices if only the weather would be nice :)

Wendi: Thanks for the good vibes. Yes very good for DS on his purchase. He saved his money and was able to buy what he wanted. Yes frees me up allot.

Time to get some fuel :)

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Lorie - Oh, nice score on the Coldplay tix...LOVE them!!!!

Carole - LOL about the pigpen comment! You sound like you're really looking forward to your P90X rotation! When do you start? Nice run yesterday!

Wendy - You definitely had a very encouraging TM run yesterday...WTG!!! See, I *wish* I could just have a bite or two to calm cravings but it doesn't work that way for me. If I so much as taste one bite of something like that I will eat the entire thing, no matter how much it is, and won't stop until it's gone. I find it so much easier to stay completely away from sugar and then, after about a week, the cravings simply disappear...call it detox, I guess. That's how I lost all the weight a few years back. I just need to get back to that place and I think my little "episode" the other day really did the trick.

Judy - That's wonderful that you'll ahve your neighbor do your DD's pic in the backyard! I hear ya about "bad swing habits"...it's happening with me with bowling right now :(. Maybe the little break is all you need. Did you hear about Tiger's knee injury...WOW !

Jackie - I hope your lingering shoulder pain clears up soon! Great workout yesterday!

I don't know what my plans are for this evening so you may not see me...we'll have to see how early I can get out of work. It's the last day to myself at the farm without the boss around so I plan on getting a lot done today cuz it certainly won't happen once he gets back tomorrow lol. Have a great Friday everyone!

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Kath - My goodness, where is all this rain you keep talking about??? I wish it would wander down our way :(. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it stops shortly and you can get out for that run.

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Good morning fabulous cheetahs! Looking forward to today... getting out Philly and driving out to the country for a looksee at a couple of good potential future homes. First things first... will head on down to the fitness room for a 5-6 mile TM run and then another CTX.... not sure which one.

Wendi- Sorry you weren't able to get in that run yesterday but I'd say banging out Gauntlet more then made up for it. Hey, you should get that tshirt of Cathy's! Hey, I'd say you needed that extra hour of sleep much more then a workout!

Carole- So how are you liking p90x+ so far? Better then the original?

Lorie- Glad you found the motiviation yest. for your workout and your hip didn't trouble you much.
How's it feeling today? Hope you got back to sleep today! Hey, good deal about the free TiVo!

Judy- Hope you don't get any golf withdrawals this week! well... it will give you a chance to get into more outdoor runs for a while anyway.

Jackie- I haven't purchased any iTrains in a while since they increased their prices so much but that Itri reverse thingy sounds intriguing!! Oh my... going for a heavy bag for boxing? I have fun with mine.... it's in storage now... I miss it (sigh)

Wendy- That's great news about your TM run yesterday!! I think you are on your way to getting
this problem beat.

Kath- Nice dual run/cycle workout yesterday!! I am always amazed when I hear about these women with multiple kids who accomplish so much... quite a motivating story! (Actually, I think you fit in this category!) Good luck to your DD today... sorry she is dealing with some spiteful co-workers but sounds like she is handling it well.

Cathy- Okay, I have to ask... do you find yourself yelling at your GPS in the car?? I think I'm on first name basis with mine! I find it amusing how there are big graduation ceremonies now for all grades!! There was nothing like that for me (back in the dark ages) Why do you have to work next week? I thought you were done. Have a great run!

Gloria - great job on that run yesterday!

Gotta go now. Hi to all who follow!

Shelly

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Wendi...I don't mind the internal clock, actually. Kind of ironic, isn't it, that LESS work is possible with the boss around? :p

Kath...I am working on a curriculum committee, several days spread out through the summer...Know what you mean about the TM. Congrats to DS on his new wheels. Sure DD will do well. She's smart to keep her options open.

Shelly...*lol* Yes, I curse out "Jill" all the time...My committee work starts next week, just for three days. Happy househunting! IA--the only graduation ceremony that seems necessary, IMO, is the one at the conclusion of HS.

Have to shake my head here about these MA girls with their pregnancy pact. One of them was impregnated by a 24 y/o homeless man. What is going on with girls these days???

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy..I think that is great you support your German fussball team...Enjoy your newly found freedom...:D...I read somewhere Dexter Season 3 starts this fall on Showtime...:D...LOL about that t-shirt!! Enjoy your run today (whenever your want to!)..Did I ever tell you what I renamed my sister's GPS? I saw that thing in MA about the pregnant girls pack...what the hell is the point there??

Lorie...that is not fun when your own barking dogs wake you! Congrats on getting a TIVO!! I love mine...:D

Shelly...I have only done 2 of the P90X+ workouts so far but I love them! I start the rotation next week. In the rotation for P90X+ they throw in some of the original P90X workouts, so I think it will make for a great rotation. I do believe KenpoX+ is by far better than the original Kenpo. Enjoy your run and CTX workout.

Gloria...I am also a fan of the Charlie Brown X-mas show...:)..I get real frustrated with the clutter around, I am slowly getting rid of it. With 4DS I liked the weight work the best. I never quite got the choreography for HIS! I think I did a Cathe rotation when her other new workouts came out: Butts&Guts, LIC, Drillmax,Bodymax2 collection. I know I subbed running for some of the cardio.

Jackie...glad to hear the shoulder pain is not intense. YogaX is for sure a long one...Sounds like a fun Itread instead of yoga..:)

Kath...I am on my 4th week of a modified P90X rotation (the recovery week) I start another rotation of P90X+ (for 90 days) this coming monday as I just got the X+ workouts last week. Good luck to your DD on the Border Patrol test.

I am doing P90X Core Syn and a 3-4 mile interval run.

Have a great day...:)

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Good Morning Girls. :)

I had considered getting up early and banging out my weight work out early (SWAT Ultimate Body Definition) so that I could hit the gym for a run but I remembered that I have a race in the morning so I don't want to over-do it. That being said, my SWAT work out will happen at nap time.

I know I kept saying I wanted KB dvd recs yet I just ordered another DVD without asking about it first! LOL I couldn't help myself. Cathy, I think you have this one. It sounded really good to me: Andrea Ducane's Kettlebell Goddess DVD.

I start Afterburn Stage 2 on Monday and still want to sub in one KB work out a week with that so I needed more options. The new Afterburn work outs sound really good. They are set up differently then stage 1. Sounds tough. I also have to do 4 HIIT work outs each week now and will be adding an additional interval to them now. }(

Alrighty, I'll be back a bit later for personals!

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Happy Friday Cheetahs!

I’m back! And will be contributing to the personals once again! I have been reading them, but have not had time to contribute.

Lorie – Sorry your doggies barking woke you! Jimmy was thrilled to see me again, and slept right beside me all night long. Enjoy your free TiVO! That’s totally cool! Enjoy it! Hope you’re feeling better. Enjoy your yoga!

Cathy – Oh, I’m up early most of the time. Although I’ll bet by the time mid summer rolls around, you’ll be sleeping in a bit. :+ Enjoy your run! And really enjoy your relaxed schedule! I’ll bet it feels great! That’s horrible about those girls! I sometimes think they want something that will love them, and then when they get the baby the realize that they aren’t just cute and loving – they require WORK! Poor babies (both the girls and the babies).

Kath – Enjoy your 5 miles. How exciting that DS bought a new car! Around here a Toyota Prius comes with a premium – you have to pay $2000-$5000 over sticker. Amazing. Good luck to DD as well! Women can be so freaking petty. That’s one of the reasons I love this group – there is no pettiness or cattiness.

Wendi – I think your ride-a-thon will work! :+ Glad the extra sleep worked! I’ll keep my fingers crossed that it rains for you! I do know it’s hot here, so in about 3 weeks you’ll get another heat wave. Ick. Hope you have a great evening!

Shelly – Oh, enjoy your day in the country! How exciting to be looking at potential homes! How is life in the bachelorette pad? How’s the work going? Do you like it?

Carole – I’m thinking of doing a revised P90X+ rotation. In fact I’m thinking I should do a recovery week next week, then start. Enjoy CS and your run! Clutter drives me nuts. My friend is in the middle of starting a new business selling children’s clothes and books that have been lovingly used. She has clothes EVERYWHERE! Normally she keeps a very clean house, and I understand, but I felt kind of antsy – as if I wanted to dig in and start cleaning. I’m glad I only spent one night. :p But I did enjoy being with her and her family

Judy – oh I so enjoyed Boston! Have fun with NROLW 3A!

Wendy – Enjoy your SWAT workout! I like the KB Goddess. It’s not a difficult tape, but there is a good mix of workouts for the price.

Nice to be home again, although I have to admit that I really enjoyed Bahstan! Yesterday we did some work from Sherry’s home, then went to Marblehead and had a nice lunch on the harbor (or hahbah – I love the accent). Then walked around the shops. We ended up driving along the ocean to the airport. The day before we hit Quincy Market and I got all of my “2008 NBA Championship” shirts and some gifts for the girls. It was fun. Today is get back on the ole diet time, and do P90X TB+ and AC+, then do a ride on my new bike! :p Have a fabulous Friday all!

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Hey Cheetahs.......Mornin'

I walked 1-1/2 hours last night and then bartended for 6 - whew my feeties were tired last night. :) Today is a rest day, but I didn't get all my lower body in yesterday so I'm going to do lower body and abs today sometime. It's a beautiful day and I don't have to work, so I'm brainstorm some fun activity with the family.

Lorie - I hope you get back to sleep, nite nite. ;-)

Cathy - Yeah for you and no schedule - FREEDOM -

Kath - Good luck to your DD on her test. Let us know how she does.

You girls are cracking me up with you talking to your GPS, I have these pictures in my head of all of you and it's cracking me up this morning. :7

GREAT workouts everyone - WOW - we are all kicking it up and doing great!!! Keep going......

Marcia.

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Hey Cheetahs!

Christine- I also adore the Boston accent! What a great time to visit Boston~ during a championship! That is cute that Jimmy slept next to you :)

Marcia- wow I'll bet you burned major calories yesterday!

Cathy- enjoy the lack of papers to grade! Today was DD17 last exam... finally. She meets with her guidance counselor today to make sure her senior schedule is just right. (She is an International Baccalaureate Candidate)

Kath- Did it rain during your run? While DS is a avid hockey player, he is not likely to be drafted by anyone OHL or NHL. We do have some friends & team mates who have been drafted in both leagues. He will continue on and see how far he can get.

Shelly- Good luck finding your special home!

Carole- IA with the clutter! Yesterday I got going on our garage and I'm headed out there in a minute to get rid of more cobwebs and wash some walls etc.

Wendy- What is your race tomorrow? Good Luck :)

Wendi- I am amazed that Tiger could compete and win under such stress. He is noted for his ability to have incredible mental focus, but this is almost immortal. It reminds me of the little American gymnast who competed on a broken foot in the Olympics.

I completed the NROL4W 3A workout and added on 30 minutes HIIT on the bike. It was a tough one but, tomorrow and Saturday are forced rest days.

Have a good Friday everyone!!!!

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Good morning Cheetahs!

Cathy - Glad you enjoyed your CAB. That's nice that your principal is allowing input from the students. Yeah, my budget is on a budget now. Can't fight that internal clock! I shook my head at those MA girls too.

Gloria - I guess minor repairs are much cheaper than a brand spanking new car. Mechanic school! Hey, now that's an idea. Glad you had a nice talk with DH.

Lorie - What's up with the dogs? Don't they know better? :) Hope you can make up for the lost sleep. iTread #29 iTri Reverse starts off with about a 10 minute cycle. Then it's about 13-15 minutes of climbing and running comes last. Usually running comes first. At least the legs are good and warm by the time you get to Grace. Cold stay away!! x( Sweet deal with the tivo. I have DVR in my bedroom and great room. Enjoy!

Kath - Good luck to DD! Like the comment about her work.

Wendi - Sounds like you needed the extra rest today. Enjoy the last day without the boss. Vacation will be over. :)

Shelly - Hope you find that perfect home today. I haven't purchased an iTrain since the price increase either. Think the price is just too much. I'll wait for free credits. Does your heavy bag hang from the ceiling or free standing? Yes too many graduations and they send out invitations too.

Carole - Don't think I did KenpoX but a couple of times. I love KenpoX+. It's just so much more fun even though Tony explains that KenpoX was more about form. It just didn't get my HR up where I wanted it. Enjoy CS and your run.

Wendy - Looking forward to your review of the SWAT weight workout. How long is your race tomorrow? Good luck! I was just reading in article in Fitness Mag about subbing DB for KB. Wondered how that would work.

Christine - Glad you had a safe trip back! Back to the old grindstone, huh? Bet Jimmy was glad to see you! Gotta love those different accents. When we have a convention, we all kid each other about the accents. Sounds like you had a wonderful time.

Marcia - Long day yesterday! Enjoy your rest day!

Judy - Nice workout! Enjoy your forced rest days.

I did half of UB+ and ARX this morning. Instead of doing pull ups, I did lat rows. Shoulder felt fine but I didn't want to push my luck. I'll decide Sunday if I'll do the P90X week of the rotation.

Have a fantastic day!

Jackie

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Afternoon, cheetahs~ :) :) :)

Enjoyed a 4-mile run in absolutely **BEAUTIFUL** weather. Even held a sub-9:00 pace there for awhile. :7

Carole º Do tell what you've renamed your sis's GPS? *lol*...I dunno--they are some sick girls. Maybe it's the X+ talk, but I am feeling myself drifting from TT...just prefer working out with a DVD, I think.

Wendy º yes, I do have that one.

Christine º glad you're back home safe...Sleeping in for me would be 7-ish :), but that would be nice on mornings I don't have to run. At the moment, we have zero humidity, so a mid-day run was possible today, but unfortunately, that will not last. How was it breakin' in the new wheels?

Marcia º hope you're enjoying some fun downtime with the fam.

Judy º you bet your bippy I'm enjoying it! :7 :7 :7 You made me smile with your forced rest days. I am the black sheep cheetah who never has to "force" a rest day. :p :7 hee hee

Jackie º ha on the budget on a budget! I hear you.

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Afternoon Girls :)

Christine: I so have to agree with what you said. I don't tolerate petty stuff. Glad you made it home safe. Too cute Jimmy missed ya :) Nothing like a wagging tail greeting :)

Jackie: Probably best to take it slow on the shoulder huh?

Judy: I was asking if he was watching who would go to what team--not if he would be drafted. I knew he was a hockey fan and player as well. Thats so great that you know so many people who have made it in the OHL and NHL.

I don't know who runs the yahoo group but I need to speak to someone about it privately. Maybe it's Lorie who I should message.

I'm enjoying a quiet afternoon for now. But it is friday and who knows what the evening will bring.

Oh I did get a 5miler in after lunch. Did some ciruits this morning.

BBL maybe :)

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

It's a beautiful day in Michigan Cheetahs!

Lorie: Sorry about the barking dogs! What were they all riled up about? Looks like you and I have very similar schedules. I hope your not coming down with something! Excellent about the free tivo! Hope you got in a nice yoga session!

Cathy: On the weekends I will get up at 4ish, go to the bathroom and go right back to bed until 7 or so. Thanks for the advice on the rotation idea. I will give that one a try again someday. I do not like that it beat me last time! LOL! Glad you enjoyed a nice run outside. Any plans for this evening or just vegging around the house?

Kath: Good luck to your DD on the next exam. IA that some girls can be catty sometimes. I saw it a lot when I taught middle school. We are free of rain for a little while. Thank goodness!! I was getting quite tired of it. Great run and getting in those circuits this morning!

Wendi: Glad you opted for extra sleep. Sounds like you needed it. Your riding should suffice! :)

Shelly: I quit buying from Itread when they raised the prices too. It's a bit ridiculous I think. I even had 5 credits I hadn't used because they weren't coming up with anything I wanted. I checked the site yesterday and now they are gone!!!! I am thinking of trying cardio coach. They are kind of expensive, but have heard some great things about them. The problem is that my 4G ipod is already full! IA about the graduations all the time. I have always thought it was not appropriate for our 5th graders. They are only going to middle school! Great workouts from you as always! :)

Carole: Thanks for the rotation information! I may be trying one again once summer school is over next Friday. Hope your interval run was nice!

Wendy: Glad you got in your SWAT workout. GOOD LUCK at the 5K tomorrow! :)

Christine: So sweet about Jimmy. Ellie will sometimes crawl into bed to snuggle. Somtimes I pick her up and hold her like a baby and pet her. She likes that! How are the new wheels? How fun for you! New toys are always a joy! Sounds like the trip was nice and rejuvinating for you!

Marcia: You worked your tush off yesterday. Hope you can get in that lower body today if you have time. Enjoy the family time! :)

Judy: Have a great weekend, even though the rest days are "forced." LOL!

Jackie: I read what you mentioned to someone about Itread. I have not purchased from them since they have raised the prices either. They haven't been coming out with anything I am interested. You are right about the cars. Good idea to be careful with the shoulder. Any exciting plans this weekend?

We walked this morning. I came home from school and slept for two hours! WOW! Guess I needed that! Summer school is starting a half hour earlier than the normal school day does. I am having to get my butt in gear a little quicker in the mornings. Only one more week though. I think I will leave it at that today and do some tough workouts tomorrow and Sunday. I have been missing the Gauntlet lately. Maybe that on one of the days. The choreography is doable for me, although I am still not perfect at it. Take care everyone!!! :)

RE: ^^^CHEETAHS^^^TGIF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

Hi Girls.

I'll have to do personals in a bit but I wanted to come back and post a quick review of today's work out.

SWAT: Ultimate Body Definition (weight work out)

The jury is still out on this one. I like the idea but the instructor seems to rush through it. He doesn't give you much, if any at all to switch weights (the cast does the entire work out with the same *probably* 5# DB set)so that irritated me as I had to keep pausing or replaying parts of the work out. He also talks alot and ends up losing the rep or timing count of the exercises quite often.
The work out tackles upper body first and then lower body. All exercises are done on a slow count and then sped up for several reps to exhaust the muscle. Push ups are done for the chest and bicycle crunches are done for the abs.
I felt the work out. No problem there. I just think he really needed to slow down on this one and it would be MUCH better.

K, time for a shower! BBS!
