Hey All –

Still slow here, so I get some computer time… :p The company is crazy busy – so busy that they don’t have time to train me – pain, I know…

Linda – when you get back from vacation I hope they’re there, too – meaning they’ll be in my hands as well!!! Enjoy Vegas Baby!!

Jess – glad to hear the party was great! Hope you’re feeling better!!

Carole – thanks – you’re right. I’m ready for a change right now, so this will do. Then I’ll get bored of circuits and want to lift again. Nice to have the options for both! Glad to hear you’re feeling a bit better!

Sunny – I was wondering! Glad you clarified that – let us know how it goes though!! Wish you lived closer – I’d take your classes!

Judy – got a note from Barb saying that she’s been very busy so she hasn’t been able to chat, but she does read the forums. *waves to Barb*

Jennifer – I’m so excited for Drill Max – I can see great gains being made with that one! Especially with running and speed! I’m stoked!

Elaine – good to see you!! Nice runs you have planned for this week – I’m impressed!! I need to get running again, too!

Laurie – thanks! Sounds about right – perking up at quitting time! Then it’s off to the high school football game. But I get to sleep IIINNN tomorrow! YEAH!!!

Shelly – I’m with you on that – but at least we’ll get an idea of which one we should try first!! 

Susan – no, not break from running, but a break from heavy lifting. I’ll sub running and cycling or elliptical for the all cardio days when I want. Running still does things for me that nothing else does. So, I’ll probably run 3 days a week.

Wendy – ENJOY your iPod!!! We love you when you’re chatty – and when you’re not!

Cathy – Circuits and cardio are supposed to be better for fat burning and weight loss – I’m hoping to not gain this holiday season (I’m not crazy enough to want to lose!) so, I’m going to try it for a month to see how that works.
 
Cathy: yup, I am running another half. A little insane, I know ;).

When I first started my TnT season this summer, I was planning to do just two: Maui and Nike, which would be about 5 weeks apart. But then I got this longing to do the San Jose Rock N' Roll half--it was the inaugural one, and it's my hometown, and... well, you get the idea :). So in a fit of insanity, I signed up for it after I finished Maui, and it's only now hitting me what a potentially stupid thing that was to do to commit to 3 of these things in 5 weeks LOL!

But as I said, this'll be my last one for a while :).

In 3 hours I will be in the same room as Mr. Bryan Yummy Pants Kest!!!!!!! I am so EXCITED!!!! I will try and get some pictures.
I will report tomorrow on my Bryan adventure. I bought a new pair of yoga pants and some cute new shirts just for him. I was going to get a pedicure, but ran out of time. I know I really need a life.

Hey Cheetah Chicas!:)

I am here to do some personals while my ipod is charging. I managed to get all of the stuff that was on my mp3 player on to my ipod w/o incident. Let's see if it's that easy to get NEW stuff on...I'm sure I'll find out this weekend!}(

First things first! The kickbox class at my gym! It was lots of fun! The choreo was very different from Cathe, but that's a good thing as variety is needed to keep me interested!:) It's not as intense as Cathe but it had me sweatin' and breathin' and smilin' so I'll take it!:+

Christine: LOL, a 2nd mtg for a jogging stoller...that's pretty funny! My Dh would have KILLED me! :p I guess ya get what ya pay for then...Aaaah well...What I have is fine. I will learn and adjust to the way it works. So now what are the chances that you will be up at some ridiculous hour tomorrow even though you are sleep-deprived and actually COULD sleep in!?! :7 :7 :7

Carole: Which Jari w/o do you have again? You must try it SOON and let me know how you like it!:)

Laurie: We had rain and some pretty nasty wind here today as well so you weren't alone w/the bad weather! Hope it's better for both of us tomorrow!

Shelly: Hope you enjoyed GSBSB!!! Pushing that jogging stroller yesterday took me back to the first attempts at running outdoors! YIKES!:eek: }( LOL

Susan: Have fun with Mr. YP! That's so cool that you get to take some classes with him! DROOL DROOL! }( :p :9 BTW, I did RttC today and then a kickbox class at my gym...since you had asked me what work out I was doing. :)

Cathy: So did you give in to your laziness or did you whoop it in the butt and work out anyway!?! }( }( .... I know...I would have opted for the nap too!:p LOL I have a friend who teaches deaf children. I've never really gotten to talking with her about her job but I can't imagine the entire new set of challenges that brings to the table! Teachers rock!:)

Okay, I'm done with personals for the evening and I'm getting sleepy...time to hit the couch for a bit before bed.

Oh, man! No, I didn't call the Dr.!! Bad girl, I know! I did take a 2 hr nap this afternoon though! I was exhausted & feeling crummy.

BUT, I did end up doing PUB while watching the Wild w/ Hannah. She gets the priviledge of staying up later on Friday nights now that she's older. I did it from memory, I've done it enough to know what exercises to do. It felt good to get a workout in, I needed to do something!!

I think I'll get up & do IMAX 2 tomorrow as long as I can drag myself outta bed! I miss my longer Saturday runs but I guess I'll have to wait til my knee is all better. :(

My dh, his brother, & his friend Jon are here playing X-Box games, big kids! ;-)

Well, I should head to bed.... I'll post more tomorrow!
