I am glad you enjoyed Cardio and Weights! I really like that one. It is a feel good workout. Someday try just the upperbody and no cardio, it is pretty tough. Good luck on your run tomorrow. I hope you can get the 5 miles in.:)

Laura - Ouch! I hope that doesn't happen, too! When are you going to start teaching the class?

Carole - I will try the Auto Lap tomorrow, then! I am anxious to see how it works. Last Sunday was the only time I got to use my Garmin :-( Have had to be on the treadmill ever since! You are lucky about the no gray! I am not really sure how much of mine is gray, cause I have been foiling it for so long....I guess I am afraid to find out :+

Susan - I love to add the kick butt workouts to a run! I had a lot of fun doing that this morning! I have had an ache in my cheek a lot lately, too. Wonder if it is because of taking a too long of a stride, all of sudden or something?

Cathy - I don't blame you for doing KP&C instead of going out in the cold. I hope it is not too cold here tomorrow. We will see ;-)
