Good morning, cheetahs, & happy Friday!!!

Posh—I’m glad you asked that question about the iPod…I was wondering that myself after reading a discussion on RW where folks were being discouraged to wear them—not because of the threat of DQing but because of the fact that the full experience would be missed. Most seem to think race organizers will *not* enforce—how could they, with 40,000-some runners? But I dunno. At this point, I am leaning AGAINST using mine…That is my exact plan—take it slow, finish, have fun! Slow cheetahs unite!! :)...Good to hear that Smokey is taking his meds, without issues. Continued healing vibes comin’ out to the big dog. :) Have fun @ the football game—hope you can stay dry.

I need to work late today, so I will most likely not work out.

Have a wonderful Friday!

Good Morning Cheetah Babes!

Re the headphone issues....Basically in almost every race that I can recall running in, headphones have been at the very least DISCOURAGED. When I ran my half mary in May they were NOT ALLOWED. I had them with me but wasn't going to use them....UNTIL I saw TONS of runners with them on. I promptly put them on and never heard a word about it from anyone. I can't see how they could even enforce this rule unless it was a VERY small race anyway....Just my 2 cents. Take it or leave it. :p

So my knee feels fine today. YAY! Definately hittin' the road after work! The run will be fun as I have some pretty intense DOMS in my booty from B&G yesterday!

Cathy: The restaraunt you suggested in NYC sounds awesome but they already have a plan mapped out for dinner. The one gal is the girlfriend of my DH's friend. The guy works for a company that supplies the linens (napkins, tablecloths, uniforms and the like) to restaraunts, bars, etc all over the area. As part of the agreement between his company and the restaraunts he serves, he is allowed to come in for dinner (or send in friends, family) and all that is paid out of pocket is the tip. The rest comes off the linen bill. That being said, he has hooked us up with what's supposed to be a great restaraunt in Little Italy. I'm looking forward to it...Definately the cheapest eating in town!;) You are no granny my dear. You work hard and need the rest. I am also sure that the mary training is wearing you down a bit. Once the race is complete I'll bet you start to get some energy back! :) I wish I had known you liked NYC, the shows, etc. We could've planned a trip in over the summer. Perhaps this spring? Maybe Wendi and Shelly will be able to join us too!:D

Karen: Thanks for your weigh in on the Philly marathon. I appreciate your thoughts. Yeah, I'll definately need to have the knee in check. There will be no hike in price to register at this point so I can wait until the bitter end if I want to. That being said, I am going to wait until after the 18 miler to see how the knee fairs. If it's okay then I will likely strongly consider it. I was thinking of running the half anyway. It'll be alot of fun as Shelly and Wendi will be there!:)

Linda: I didn't really think you had taken offense to what I had written but I just wanted to be sure. :) Hope your TM is still behaving for you.

Posh: Thanks re your input on the Phila marathon. I talked to DH about it last night. He knows a little bit about running and didn't seem to think I was nuts so that pushed me a bit more towards going for it. Now if Carole and Shelly give the idea a thumbs up that may just push me over the line!:D

Okay, I think I'm caught up. Off to do a little more coffee chugging and forum perusing before DS gets up.

BBL!

Gooooooooooood morning Cheetahville!

Well, that was a bit brighter than I'm feeling right now but that's okay;)....missed my Cheetah fix. I won't bore you guys with tons of details but...

1. We had a fabulous show! Monkey was stunning!!!!!! He could not have been any better and there was a lot of good buzz being overheard about him...always a good thing when the horse is for sale:D.

2. My goal for this show was to bring home a ribbon, any ribbon (they pin through 8th). Well, we were 11th, 9th, 9th, and 10th in our regular division...oh so close:). However, we qualified for this really cool evening final and we were 3RD!!!!!!!!!!! *Doing the happy dance*!!!!! We actually beat two horses that are, like, *famous*:D. Couldn't have been prouder of him during the victory gallop.

3. A big, big, big, BIG, time trainer and rider tried him yesterday for a client of theirs and he was positively lovely. Our fingers are crossed that they liked him enough to buy him. Unfortunately, he would be heading to the west coast so we wouldn't see him too much but I think he could really be famous out there...his kind of circuit.

So, that's my news. I'm beyond exhausted right now...in fact I'm actually kind of shakey. Trying to get as much java in me as I can and then I'll head into work. Heehee, should be there by 8 but I'm thinking I'm gonna mosey in there around 10:cool:. Gonna go try to catch up on the den news....

BBIAB!

Good Morning Ladies!

Carole – I used to live in State College, PA – home of Penn State. Talk about tailgate parties! Wow! This will be fun. I am looking forward to it. Oh, that interval run sounds great! I may have to adapt that to the bike.

Linda – I love to do something different. Sounds like a good workout you got yesterday! Oh yeah, the temps in Napa in March are wonderful. And Carole’s right – no humidity. I do hope you can make it! It’ll be fun!

Karen – that is so cool your DH makes Sushi! We should get together – your DH will make Sushi and mine will cook Indian food! :p I love a good egg roll. Darn, you’re making me hungry!

Jackie – Glad the phone was pretty quiet yesterday! Customers can be SOOO annoying, but they do pay the bills. I’m so happy today is Friday!!

Wendy – I’m used to DH being very gregarious. I no longer get as embarrassed during social situations. But, there are times when killing him seems like a perfectly reasonable response. Ahhh, a solution to your marathon dilemma? So are you going to bite?

Cathy – interesting debate eh? Are you eating more before you run or are you using a belt or something the bounces? I get side stitches when I run with my camelback. When I take it off, the side stitches stop.

Posh – Hope Smokey is on the mend. So sweet of DH to be so upset about his dog, er ah horse. I don’t get the no headphones rules. Big Sur is like that. I’ve run both kinds of halves, and seriously, it doesn’t really make a difference in the other runners either. Ooh, the condo is in a nice location for a finish line – that’s even better!! :p

Wendi – nice to see you here again! Glad Monkey performed excellently! Especially with him being for sale! Oh wow!!! Glad he came in third! It’s gotta be tough to sell such a horse. I’d get so attached. Get some sleep and I hope you get a day off soon!

I ended up doing Hillacious instead of Zoot Challenge yesterday – it’s longer and tougher. But it felt good. Not sure what I’m going to do today. My inner thighs are no longer sore (man, that’s a tough place to be sore!), but this morning my knee are bothering me. We’ll see how they feel when I wake up. May have pushed it up those hills to hard. It’s supposed to rain tonight and into tomorrow (during the Walk N Wag – oh no!). It will be nice for the game on Sunday, though. :D I’m glad there is nothing going on tonight. I’m ready for a quiet day.

Hi Friends-

I am having a relaxing morning. Last night we had a dinner with a friend/patient who was a 'big save' This was his Thank-God-I-am-alive-dinner. There were 10 of us and it was a nice but a bit long for a work night. I think DH and I will have an early night at home.

Shelly- I missed your letter for m your wise Dad, but I went back to read it specifically. This is the gist of how DH and I discussed it also. I was initially opposed to the bailout, but then after some reading and discussion I understand how it is really necessary.

Wendy- Yea for your knee! So you have some decent choices for a marathon. I am staying tuned to see what you do! Oh have fun in NY and in Little Italy. Sometimes my brother travels there on business and he will take my DD to dinner. They have hit little Italy a time or two. yum! You could eat in Manhattan for lunch and dinner every day for the rest of your life and not eat at the same place twice!

Cathy- sorry about the long work day

Linda- The brownies went into the kids' lunch finally to remove temptation. I should have done that sooner though....

Christine- That CEO has it together. The only thing worse than standing on 3 inch heels is walking 3 miles in them. I managed to do that last Saturday night in NYC! ouchie!

Carole- Thanks for the encouragement with building up mileage. I have already run 12 miles this week and that is the longest I have done in a few months. I do not know if I should do a short 2-3 miler tomorrow or if that is pushing it.

Today is an easy day CTX shoulders and yoga class.

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy...Lake Placid is about an overgrown Alligator that attacks people...:D..my kind of movie!! it is funny as my sister and I seem to dress different for some races. She tends to get hot and I tend not to. I always tease her if she is wearing more than me! And sure enough she starts peeling off her clothes. Most of the stitch issue is just your way breathing (too short of breath's) or going out a bit faster than normal. Glad you had a nice run despite the stitches...

Wendy..I have had a few black toenails myself until I finally figured out what shoes would prevent that! I will 1st say you can just blow me off if you want to. BUT, I think the mary in Philly would not be a good idea for you. 1.Training for an 18 miler and a mary are 2 different things, and you don't get in enough weekly miles training for an 18 miler as you would for a mary IMO. 2. I think it would be better to get in "2" more 20 milers besides the 18 for mary training. 3. You already have this knee pain. 4. You said the other day you didn't think you really wanted to do a full mary. 5. If you had a few more HM's under your belt in the past year, I might think different. I say all of this for one reason, I do not want you to get injured!! Now if you plan on walking a lot of the marathon in Nov, then you could very well get through it without getting injured.

Wendi...sounds like the show went really well!! I can see how you would be exhausted after all of it.

Christine...Aha, so you have been to some tailgate parties!...:D...I am sure you could do that 4&4 on the bike. Sorry your knees are a bit sore. Hopefully that will get better during the day.

Judy..the rule I use for building up weekly mileage is not to go more than 10-15% more weekly. So if you were at say 12 miles a week then the next week do not go over 13.2-13.8 weekly miles the next week. Hope that makes sense...:)..Enjoy CTX sho and yoga.

Linda...I run in the 70's & 80's all summer, as the morning temps get that high. But usually it is not bad. The good thing about San Diego is you would get an ocean breeze...:)..I would not laugh at you for doing the Austin workout, but commend you for tolerating her voice for that long!...:D..Good job with the 5 miles after.

Karen...Hope your last long run goes well today.

Jackie...when is the half you will be doing? Hope your weight stays down as you train. Good job doing the 3 miles and 4DS bi's & tri's.

Posh...I have never run with headphones myself. Now if you did go ahead and wear the iPod for Chicago and they caught you and took it away, would you get it back? Would they pull you out of the marathon? I think it will be great to consult together during Napa training...:)...I do hope your friends hip heals up after the marathon. So she will be in Chicago? My sister and I have always done long runs every weekend consistently through mary training. It has been nice feeling strong running again.

I am doing some upper body work today and then a 4 mile interval run..

Have a great day...:)

Hiya ladies!

Okay, so lots going on this week...wacked out TM, tubes of lube, protesting body parts, goal weights being reached (woohoo!), beaver deceivers...fun reading!

So I'll jump in with personals starting today or else we'd have a novel on our hands here that would crash the boards lol:p.

Cathy - I still have to check out Run, Fat Boy...been waiting for that one to comeout on DVD. Hope you're feeling up to snuff today! Sorry to hear you're body has been "irritable" lately. Um, in answer to your question last week...I had originally planned on equine vet until I learned that I'd basically be in school for 10 years:eek:...besides, I complain about my hours now???? Uggh, I would NOT want to be on call 24/7:confused:. Too bad, though, cuz I find it fascinating. So happy to see that you're considering another mary:).

Wendy - Sorry to hear about the wonky knee this week...glad it feels better today. Hope the run goes well...good idea to get those legs and booty moving after B&G:p. I'd definitely be up for a NYC GTG!!!! LOVE the city. Just tell me when:D.

Christine - LOVE the Beaver story...too funny! When I get home tonight I will definitely head over and give a donation. Sending "NO RAIN" vibes your way for tomorrow. Yeah, I was like a proud mama Weds night:D...actually welled up a bit.

Judy - Oh, gosh, glad to hear your friend is okay. Must have been a nice evening. So, I take it the foot is still feeling good. I hope you do get a chance to get a little more golf in...this is such a beautiful time of year!

Posh - Yeah, they always do the western blot (blood test) first...although sooooooo many horses end up with false positives, even if they're asymptomatic. It just means they've been exposed to the bacteria...happens with lyme titers, too. That's the protocol though...and the cheaper option:). So glad to hear about the neg test result...keep me posted!

Carole - Huge congrats on hitting your goal, lady! Enjoy your interval run and UB today!

Okay, so you guys certainly aren't obligated but, if you're interested, here is the link to some of Monkey's pics....sorry you have to jump through some hoops....can't give a direct link to each pic....

I suppose I sould wander into work at some point this morning;):(. I'll talk to ya ladies tonight! Have a great day!

Good morning!

Posh – LOL….okay, I will get that out of my head and stop staying it! Thanks for the vote of confidence! I ran my ½ last year without my iPod. I was pretty mad, though, because almost everyone else had brought and used theirs. So….this year, I am running the same race for my marathon as I did for my half….and I am taking it. If I see everyone else using it, I will use mine. But Patty talks the entire time we are running, so I probably wouldn’t even notice not having it! ;)

Cathy – I know exactly what you mean! She definitely makes me cringe….but I tried to block that out and I actually enjoyed the workout. It is her voice that does it to me. Good job on your 4 ½ miles! Sorry about the side stitches. Last week when I was running, it seems like I kept a side stitch and just couldn’t get rid of it. It is strange how sometimes you get ‘em…and sometimes you go the same pace as before, but you don’t get ‘em??

Wendy – I am glad your knee is feeling good! Ouch! Running with DOMS in the booty is just no fun! ;) Good job on the workout last night!

Wendi – Yay! That is wonderful about “Monkey”! Congratulations!!! 3rd! That is wonderful! If “Monkey” isn’t already famous, he may very well be soon! :) That is awesome. I’ll bet you have some conflicting thoughts on whether you want the person to buy him, since you are probably attached to him!

Christine – Great job on the Hillacious workout! Oh no! I hope it doesn’t rain during the Walk and Wag! I really do want to do Napa. I got the okay from DH….I just have to see if I can do the training that soon….and also if I can take off from work in March, as we have a couple of trips in January and February that we have to take. But I really, really, am going to try! The trips that we “have” to take are trips that the company is sending us on. I hope your knees are okay today!

Judy – Oh my! That is really nice of your guys to take your friend/ patient to dinner after his recovery! I am glad you enjoyed it. I know what you mean about being out late on a work night, though! Glad you are enjoying your relaxing morning! Enjoy CTX and the yoga! LOL….you did better than I would have! I would have ate some brownies!

Carole – I ran in the 70’s and 80’s this past summer. But we have that horrible humidity :) If I am doing a marathon, I would like for the temps to be no higher than 70’s or low 80’s and “no” humidity! The Distance Run that I did (the 15 miler) was so hot and humid that I swore I did not want to do any more “races” in those conditions! But….the ocean breeze and no humidity would make a big difference, I am sure! LOL….I can’t stand “the voice” either! But I did manage to get past it! I see all of your points on Wendy’s marathon. They are all very good points! Enjoy your upper body and run today!

This morning I ran 6 miles and did a pilates workout. LOL….yep….Denise Austin’s Hit the Spot Pilates. It has something that you can just use the music with “no Denise” :) But….I listened to her. It was actually a really good pilates workout. I have always “hated” doing pilates…..but I am trying to introduce it into my weeks instead of heavy weights until after the marathon.

Wendi- Oh my! Monkey is absolutely gorgeous! Just beautiful! Is that you riding, or does someone else actually do that? I Loved your recap of our topics from the past few days! :)

Linda - Wow, you actually listened to Denise ?!?!...LOL;). Glad you had a great workout! Oh nooooo, that most definitely is NOT me! That's the pro that has been showing him for us this year. Yeah, well, on the one hand it's unfortunate that he has to go as I *do* enjoy this horse...he's got kind of a quirky personality and it's been fun (and rather rewarding) trying to figure him out. LOL, we laugh about the fact that I'm his mother, his personal trainer, his pit crew and his shrink...it's up to me to keep him in his "happy place":p. However, it *is* that good of a horse and it should be out there showing and winning and the owners just don't have the kind of money necessary to campaign him properly (we're talking $$$$$$ to show each week). I really want to see him get the recognition that he deserves.

Good morning cheetahs! I had only one night off (yesterday), so after napping and a 5 mile run only had enought time for errands, getting new tires on my Honda, and back home again. I did get in HSTA cardio plus upper body also. Anyway, no time for any cheetahchatting:( It's back to work tonight for a stretch. So far it's going well and I do enjoy my new job:) I got out for an 8 mile run this morning but it felt pretty hard and I had to go slow, just too much going on the last week I guess... oh well, I'll bounce back!

Cathy- A HUGE TGIF for you I'm sure! Sorry it will be a long day for you but at least the weekend is almost here!

Wendy- Well, shiver me timbers! If I had any idea you were open to the idea of doing the philly marathon i would have been pushing you to do it long ago. Actually why I was so willing to run the LBI 18 miler with you was not only for the experience but also it fits perfectly with my training schedule for the Philly Marathon Nov 23rd. I do share Carole's concern tho about your totaly weekly mileage commitment and the fact that you have had a knee issue lately. There is plenty of time to get in the necessary long runs leading up to Philly. My schedule is as follows:
This is only the long runs mind you!
Oct 12- LBI 18 miler
Oct 19- 20 miles
Oct 26- 12 miles
Nov 2 20 miles
Nov 9 - 12 miles
Nov 16 8 miles
Nov 23- PHILLY Marathon!
It would be a wonderful experience and I'd be thrilled to join you. What I would suggest is to hold off deciding until after you've completed the 18 miler and see how you feel about doing a 20 miler again pretty soon, how is the knee holding out, etc. Work out a realistic training schedule including 3 weekday runs and really ask yourself if you can commit to it.
That's my 2 cents cutie pie. There is no time limit in Philly either so you certainly can walk quite a bit of it and you'll be fine. Like Carole says, no matter how long it takes it still adds up to 26.2!!!! Either way you decide you'll get to that full mary eventually and I'll support you 1000%, along with all the other cheetahs!
Re: NYC trip... fantastic idea!!! NYC actually scares me I have to admit.
You think after living in Philadelphia for months it wouldn't but still.....
It would be great to experience it with some cheetahpals!

Wendi- CONGRATULATIONS!!:eek::eek::eek: Awesome accomplishment for you and Monkey!! Love the pics too, thanks for sharing! I do hope you have some time now to rest!!!

Christine- Our bikin cheetah! Hillacious is my favorite name of those Spinervals workouts:p What is this Walk N Wag?? I'll have to go back some to check on that... is it a huge dog walking event?

Judy- Glad you appreciated my Dad's comments. I felt the same way about the bailout initially. Hope you have a good CTX/Yoga day.

Carole- It's great to hear about you running strong:D:D:D:D and we all appreciate the sage advice from SuperCarole:) Have a great interval run today!

Posh- Great news about Smokey and i certainly continue to pray that he recovers well. Re: the headphone issue I think Cathy got it down right in that the races discourage runners from using them largely because it really does limit the experience. I hardly ever use them in a race, especially the big ones. There just is no need IMHO... so much to take in anyway!

Linda- Okay, so spill it.... is Denise Austin really that perky and cutsie in her workout vids?

Jackie- Planning on a long run this weekend? Bet you're glad it's Friday too!!

I think I'm about caught up cheetahs! Time to get some errands and cleaning done before lunch and napping.

tata

Shelly - Good job on your workout yesterday and your 8 mile run today! Hope you have a good stretch with your job this week, after your day off! Will you get more than one day off next week? Yes, Denise is very, very perky and "cutsie". She kind of talks to "us" like we are children. It is almost like fingernails on a chalkboard :( But, the pilates was a good workout :)

Speaking of New York....has anyone considered the More Marathon in NYC? I believe it is in April?

Fly by post for me today since we are taking a half day of school today. All the girls and dh and I are going to the eye doctor today. Long visit but I like getting us all done at once.So we should be scooting out of here shortly. As for my long run today, it was pretty good. Nothing like the other day. I got in 12 miles with no problems at all. I'm pretty happy. It felt so good to be done knowing you did all the work and the end it almost near. Dh walked out this moring and gave me the thumbs up. At that point I was at mile 11.5 so it was perfect timing. Anyway pretty much won't be around to much this weekend. We are taking the girls to Longwood Gardens tomorrow for the fall color and a bit of school thrown in as well. Have a great day all of you.

Thanks for your input everyone! :)

I really appreciate everyone's input on the philly marathon idea.

Okay, I have pretty much decided Philly is out. There are too many risk factors involved as was pointed out to me. (thank you!) For a more experienced long distance runner the plan is an excellent one (Go Shelly!) but I think for me it could be a HUGE mistake and make my first marathon experience unforgettable in a bad way and I don't want that. I wanted to do it this way because I figured I could side-step another full course of race training since that is what I dread in regards to doing a full mary but taking the "easy way out" is not always the best way so I will pass I think. During my 6 week "rest period" from training I will make my final decision on the OD mary in March and take things from there.

Shelly: I never intended to do a full Marathon before 2009 until the girl at the gym suggested it to me the other day. I signed up for LBI as a stepping stone but always intended to do my first full the following spring or fall. If I wasn't such a weenie I would have signed up for Chicago with Cathy but I just wasn't ready to commit and didn't want to regret my decision. I'm still considering the Philly half though since you and Wendi will be there. Yes, NYC scares me too but I always have a good time when I go! :)

Carole: Thanks for being the "bearer of bad news". I needed to know if I was biting off more then I can chew. It seemed like a good idea but at the same time seemed too easy if you know what I mean. Oh well, there's still the OD mary at the end of March if I want to go for it! It all depends on how I feel after my 6 weeks of "playtime".:)

So I posted a description of my knee pain on my other check-in and was told it sounds like a tendon strain from knee to calf. I was warned that it could tear and take a LONG time to heal if I'm not careful. That being said, even though my knee feels good today, I am going to nixx the run and take my rest day today. I can give the run a shot tmrw morning instead.

Wendy- I completely understand. You know I will be there with you for the OD if you decide on that. I'm going to wait to make up my mind on that until Feb since I will only pay a $10 increase from that point. I know what you mean though. YOu get an idea which sounds great but your not so sure. You did the right thing by talking about it and getting all the info you needed to make a decision for you. I think you are one smart cookie. If it makes you feel any better I will be doing the same thing and keeping up but laying low for 6 weeks and then onto a marthon. I will be cyber training with you:eek::eek:

Now I really have to get to the eye doctors.

Wendi...Thanks re: hitting my weight goal! I will for sure take a look at Monkey...:)

Linda...I have been lucky so far as none of my marathons were very hot/humid (I was always in Calif!!) I have run one in rain and wind though and that is no fun at all. I would only imagine Austin's workouts are good ones as she is popular. I am glad they are working out for you. I don't really hate Pilates, I just never find time for it!

Shelly...so glad to know you are enjoying your new job. You have gotten in some good running and workouts. I am sure once in awhile you need a slow run...:)..I have no doubt you will bounce back. Hey, I got in 5 running days this week!!

Karen...good job on the 12 miles!! Have a great day at Longwood Gardens tomorrow.

Wendy...I hope I didn't come across to "harsh" this morning. I so wanted your 1st marathon experience to be a good one and I did not think the one in Nov would be like that for you. I am glad you feel the same way. Besides, I bet there are more marathons after March too and I bet Miss Shelly would be happy to join you...:D..See how you feel after your 18 also. Have you checked with anyone from the Gym about your knee issue? I am glad you will be careful with it.

Thanks cheetahs for all the rain vibes!!! It is raining...:D
1.gif

I went to see my nephew John and he seems to be doing well. He will have to stay of his butt for 6 weeks, so no sitting. I am always amazed by his sense of humor and good mood when I see him. He has been through so much. I visited a bit with Mom too. She got a new crazy roommate. She talks to herself, like whole conversations!! Got home and DH was doing maintenance on the woodstove, so maybe a warm fire later...:D

Hi Cheetahs!

Karen - Congratulations to middle DD on getting to be prez! That is just too cute and you have fun with it.

Cathy - Bet you look cute in your grandma shoes. :D

Posh - Did the meds kick in for Smokey yet? I'm definitely using the Cheetah meeting idea. Too funny. :D Good luck to the football team.

Wendy - Glad the knee is feeling better. Good idea to decide on the full marathon after your 18 miler and recovery time. Can't have you all banged up and beat up now, can we?

Wendi - Glad Monkey put on a good show. Congratulations on coming in 3rd! He's quite a handsome horse.

Christine - Debate was very, very interesting. Glad some of the soreness has subsided. Hope the knee is ok. Walk n Wag sounds too cute. Hope the rain holds off. Enjoy your quiet evening.

Judy - Enjoy your easy day?

Carole - I remember Lake Placid. Remember Betty White quite well. My half is Dec. 6. I think it draws about 10,000 runners. Just hope it's not cold if I decide to run. Glad John is doin well and in good spirits.

Linda - Great job on the run and pilates. Denise can be proud that we enjoy some of her workouts.

Shelly - I owned a Honda about 10 years ago. Loved that car too. Good job on your runs! I have an 8 mile run on my schedule tomorrow. Will see how it goes.

I did iClimb #6 20 minutes, 4DS Shoulders, Calves and Abs and Yoga Zone Yoga for Abs.

Going to have a snack and try to get in bed early tonight since I stayed up too late last night.

Have a good night.
