Hey, ladies. BBL for personals but wanted to start us off with another question.
Thanks SO MUCH for your help with the hydration question. I'm really so thrilled that I decided to check in with you all because you are a wealth of wonderful information.
So. . . here's my next question for this educated crowd.
I feel very knowledgeable about clean and healthy eating in general--in fact I've grown up knowing them. (Shelly, another benefit of having an RN for a Mom!)
But with that in mind, how do you all tweak a normal healthy diet to fuel yourselves for endurance training?
I saw Brighton post in OD that she includes a few more carbs. Any other diet tweaks you do to fuel yourselves when you train? I'm not just talking pre/post workout. I mean in general.
