Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with us!!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day Lovely Cheetahs!

Hmm, listens to the crickets chirp – “HEEELLLLLOOOOOO??!!??” Is there anybody here?? :p Hope everyone is well and not too rushed!

It’s so nice to have DH home again, except that he decided to become a cuddler in his absence so he hogged the bed all night. :p We just had a nice relaxing day chatting with the neighbors – all of whom where happy to see him. He’s such a blooming social butterfly! :+ I’m staring at my kettlebell workouts sadly. I so want to do one – or even a weight workout. I might try All Body Cardio today if I can hold the 8 pound weights comfortably. Those have a handle on them so I may be able to slip them on my hand and work something out. We’ll see. If that doesn’t work, I’ll do ASCII. I’ll figure something out. Hmm, wonder if I could do a push up. I could do a P90X C&B/ ASCII Mish Mosh. Okay, I’ll let you know what I do when I do it instead of speculating here. :p

Shelly – Did you make it to work okay last night in the snow? Glad your dad is understanding on the move. I’ve got my fingers crossed (the ones that I can) that Mom comes through, too. Actually, the fingernail is broken (not going to get it repaired right now, though – OUCH!!), but it’s not bruised. The bruising goes from the fat part of the finger tip down to almost my palm – but only on the back. Looks kind of like I was dying Easter eggs and decided to dip my finger into the blue and green dyes. :p I made DH Mac and Cheese (my low fat version) last night – figured he needed something plain after his trip to India – everything is spicy over there.

Wendy – I have that one and that workout does look tough! I’m interested in doing it when I can lift a real weight again! Sounds like a goodie!

Linda – I’m with you on the work thing! *sighs* I got AOS Providence from Anthony’s website – www.artofstrength.com – he ships same day if you order fairly early. They are expensive, but worth it. I guess kettlebells are still a niche market. :( Sounds like you got in a nice run yesterday!

Carole – The HLD workout was fun – I subbed when I had to. :p I’m so glad you ran pain free yesterday!!! Too cute about Sadie riding along in the bike basket – I’ll bet she loves it!! I’m sorry Chi Running didn’t work for you.

Kath – Welcome – you are also welcome to join in this group! We love new members!!

Dallas – Enjoy your recovery week! Sounds like you need it!!

Had a phone interview yesterday for a job with a company that is only 90 days old. It's a humanitarian organization that a former boss of mine help found. They want someone to start a client services department. I like the idea of the organization, but I do need to find out a little more about job stability, etc. I would also be working from home - which I'm not sure I'd like. I'd have to go to LA every once in a while - but I can do that as a day trip. But, it would be interesting. We'll see how it goes. It's more along the lines of what I really want to do. Anyway - Happy St Patrick's Day! Anyone planning on going out tonight?

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Good morning Cheethas!

Sorry I never made it back here y'day. I didnt' have time to re-do personals before we headed out to MIL's and ended feeling cr@ppy so by the time we got home I did nothing but lay around until it was time for bed. I got TTOM y'day and was suffering from a lack of sleep in addition so it was just a total YUCK day for me. Needless to say, I went to bed early last night. I feel better today. I hope it stays that way.

Christine: Glad DH made it home safely. Sorry about the bed hog thing. I hate bed hogs! LOL Interesting job offer you have to think about. Let us know what you decide!

Shelly: Hope work was quiet last night. Did the snow clear before you had to head out? Yes, DH found the older gentleman trying to pick up his wife quite amusing. LOL

Linda: Welcome home. Glad to have you back. You were missed.

Carole: Mint Condition is a circuit work out using mostly push ups and plyo moves to work your upper and lower body. Here's the quick run down of the exercises involved in the routine (some repeat): Plyo lunge, uneven pushups, shoulder work from plank position, walking lunge, plyo push up, squat thrust (burpee), shuffle push up, plyo squat, high knee run, hanging leg raise, straight legged levititation hold, regular push up. It's comprised of 6 combinations of 2-4 exercises that you run through and then repeat for 2-3 sets before you move on to the next combination. The routine calls for 10-15 reps of each exercise per set. It LOOKED tough but was even TOUGHER then that!

Kath: Yes, a few of us are planning on starting an NROL rotation at the beginning of May or thereabouts. We won't all be starting on the exact same date but with in days or perhaps a couple of weeks of one another. You are more then welcome to join us if you wish!

I think I'm going to go to the gym this morning for a run.

BBL!:)

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Morning!

Sorry, I never got back here last night. I started the day w/iCycle #28 with Buddy. I think Buddy fell off his bike and bumped his head. :+We were near the end of the workout at a resistance of 8 out of 10, and he says ok sprint. Umm, I was lucky I was turning the pedals at all at that point! :p I loved his style and will definitely use this workout and purchase any other iCycles that he produces. :) I still have YogaX to do after dropping DS off at preschool.

Kath ~ Welcome to the Cheetah check in! This is an awesome, supportive, funny group of girls! :)

Christine ~ Glad your dh is home! Well, it can't be too much of a recovery week as I felt like a slacker last week. At least, I got in all the weight and ab workouts that needed to be done last week. My cardio was less than stellar. Have fun deciding what to do today! :)

Wendy ~ Hope that yuck feeling stays away!!! You know I've lost a post, or I thought, and all I had to do was hit the back arrow, copy my original post, open a new window and paste it into the thread. Could that work for you? You have me very curious about Mint Condition! }(

Linda ~ How's your sister recovering? It's so hard not doing what you want to do. Hope she's remaining patient. Nice run!

Shelly ~ A blizzard!!! Well, I did buy small choc bunnies. ;-) Did you see I tried out Circus Circuit! }( That was awesome! Thanks for the recommendation. :)

Jackie ~ I wrote back to you, did you see? What's your plan this week? Glad your mom is doing better.

Carole ~ I think you and I need FB101. :+I get confused and frustrated on there too. LOL! How's the knee been?

Sunny ~ Congrats to your team! Anymore Wii playing with the kids? I played over the weekend w/DS. I have DOMS in my hand. :p ;-) I'm not very good at it. ha!

Wendi ~ Glad you got out of that horse show. ;-) How did you and your SO finish in the tourney?

Cathy ~ How's the NB going?

Hi Judy, Lorie, Lori, Posh and anyone else I may have missed!

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

More when I get into the office, but I wanted to thank Wendy for her idea of the workout in Muscle and Fitness Hers. I was able to do all of it (except the leg raises so I subbed some kettlebell abs). It is a kick butt workout. Wendy - you can add a little more leg workout if you do kettlebell style burpees (you can do it with a weight) - you put the weight between your feet, go back to the burpee position - do or do not do the pushup - your choice, come back and bring the weight with you, then do a squat, and put the weight down your next burpee. Its tough, but fun. This is more like the kb workouts I'm used to doing. I was so happy to get in some weight work!!! Thanks again Wendy!!

Christine...LOL about the social butterfly you married. Glad he got home safely. Hope you can get in a good workout. I am sad Chi didn't work too. I would check out the new company for stability too. I would not like going to LA myself (lived there too long!!). I don't think we are going out tonight, DH found THOSE pills yesterday,...:(

Wendy...WOW..that does look like a tough workout, no wonder you were tired later!

Dallas...that iCycle sounds fun! Yes, FB 101 might help! I do have fun playing there though, I think we could see a lot of green beer today!! The knee has been good. I will use my EXT today and that does not hurt anything.

I am going to do a CTX rotation this week along with freestyle legs. Today will be CTX sho and freestyle legs , abs and some EXT time, not sure if I will create a circuit or what. DH was being a butthead yesterday so it was nice today to http://s228.photobucket.com/albums/ee296/runninteach/th_0290.gif[/img] (thanks Cathy)...I LOVE mondays!!!

Have a great day...:)

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Another quiet day in the Cheetah den. Maybe everyone had too much green beer last night. ;) I just finished an hour of YogaX. I stopped right when Tony was hitting the floor. Actually that's my favorite part, but have to shower before preschool p/u. Boy, does that time go fast. Have to hit the grocery store on the way home.

After downloading some more iTrains over the weekend, I have just about filled up my Nano. Do you gals have two MP3's? I'm thinking that may be the only solution....one for music and one for the workouts. Costco sells iPods, I'll see what they have.

Christine ~ Sounds like you got in a great workout. Now I'm trying to visualize what your DD's friend looks like. :D Dr. Seuss character??? LOL!

Carole ~ Oh boy, enjoy your peaceful day today w/o your DH. ;-) Yeah, I like my EXT esp when I'm felling crickety. LOL!

OK, better get moving!

Oh, Hi Kristi! How's your leg?

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Wendy – Sorry you were feeling yucky. That’s never fun! Hope today is much better for you. I’m so glad you did that workout and posted about it. I never would have thought to do it, but it was perfect for today! And YES it’s even tougher than it looked. I was about crying on the 3rd round and those crazy shuffle pushups! It hurt so good!

Dallas – she looks like Jo Jo. The kid in the striped sweater. She’s a bit of an individualist. :p I haven’t used any of Buddy’s workouts for iCycle. I will when I get my bike trainer back! No green beer last night. I will bring some into the office today, though. :p

Carole – So sorry DH found the pills, again. I HATE that! Isn’t it nice when they leave when they’re like that? Sounds like a nice workout you have on tap. It’s a day to do what we want, isn’t it?

I’m feeling good now after that workout, and I’m even thinking of creating my own circuit for Wednesday. I’ll post it for opinions if I do.

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Good morning Cheetahs!

Christine - Glad DH made it home safely. You were up early. I forgot it was St. Patty's Day. Good luck with whatever you decide to do with the new job prospect. I think working from home would be ok from time to time but don't think I would want to do it on a continuing basis. Now, maybe if I were self-employed it would be a different story. How is DD?

Shelly - I'm so sorry that your mom hasn't responded to your email yet. Maybe she wants to hear you tell her that you're moving. Still hope she does ok with the news. It was pretty exhausting staying at the hospital for long hours and then trying to work. Mom is definitely happy to be home. Did the snow stay around?

Wendy - Funny about the guy trying to pick you up. See there, you're an eye catcher. That Mint Conditions workout sounds like it gave you a run for your money. How're you feeling today?

Linda - Hope the first day at work isn't too bad today. Enjoy the time with the in-laws.

Carole - I went to visit mom and came home and vegged the rest of the day. I really needed that time too. A couple of more days and she'll be back to 100%. Of course, she loves all of the attention. So happy to hear you ran pain free yesterday. Enjoy your day without DH. Peace and quiet. Yes!!

Kath - Congratulations on your progress since January!

Dallas - Is Buddy a new instructor? Glad you enjoyed the iCycle. I haven't been on Yahoo. Will check later. I'm doing the Gym Styles again this week. I need to get my butt in gear and prepare for some 5K races. I need to get outside and run some more. I have a 30 gig Zen and it holds all of my iTrain workouts. I have a smaller one now that I use when I run outside.

I did GS Chest & Triceps 32 minute premix and Core Max #3. I used the PP for the first 16 push ups and I added in 25 assisted wide arm pull ups. I should be back on track with my workouts this week.

Hope you're having an absolutely sensational Monday!

Jackie

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Good Afternoon Cheetahs!

I'm back from my run. I did ITread 26/30 minutes. I thought I had never done it before. Never once during the work out did it even seem familiar. I ran my butt off and ended up with a 9:34 average pace which I was very happy with. When I went to log my work out into the online log I use I realized that I did this work out back in January, probably when I first got it. I had no idea!!! LOL Shows you how many ITreads I have...I can't keep 'em straight! LOL

Dallas: Who is Buddy? A new trainer over at ITrain?? I've never heard of him but I'm not an ICycler so that might be why. I have done the back arrow thing and been able to salvage posts in the past but it's a 50/50 shot as to wether it will work or not. This morning I did my personals in Note Pad just incase! ;)
As far as the nano thing goes...I had the same problem. I had a 1 gig nano and quickly filled it up with Itrain work outs. The music went bye-bye. I had to use my DH's ipod if I wanted music and mine for the work outs. I thought about buying another small nano (2 gig) and transferring my work outs onto it and saving my 1 gig for music. What I did in the end was get an 8 gig for Christmas that I can hold music and work outs on and we are going to load up my old one with music and it will have a permanent home in a small Ipod music player I bought DH for his B'day...think the Bose system but ALOT cheaper! LOL

Christine: Oh I'm so glad you enjoyed Mint Condition. Killer, ey!? Did you do 2 or 3 sets of each exercise?? I did 2 and thought I'd die! LOL Thanks for the tip but until I cave on the kettlebells I will have to find other ways to intensify the leg work. I am thinking using weights for the walking lunges will certainly help!}( I am also going to try to ab routine that they have in there. I was going to do it y'day but the mint condition w/o has ab work in it so I didn't bother. I'm going to give it a shot soon though!:)

Carole: The smiley you used to illustrate your DH heading out to work this morning was PRICELESS! Thanks for the laugh! I've felt that way about my DH on more then one occassion and TBH, it's not even because we've had a fight! I just want him out of the house for a while so I can have some peace and quiet! LOL :p

Jackie: Great work out today! I'm feeling good today. Thanks for asking! I got enough sleep and TTOM isn't wreaking havoc on me today either. YAY! Yes, the Mint Condition work out is definately a challenge!!! }(

Well, time to grab some lunch! BBIAB!:)

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Wendy - good job on the run! I've been training more endurance based, so I did it 3 times but I was beat at the end. I did change up the last set of walking lunges and squat thrusts for tacticle lunges with the kettlebell, and reqular squats (20 instead of ten) for the last two rounds. The squat thrust I mentioned can be done with a standard dummbell - you'd just have to reach a little further.

Jackie - Wow - that was some workout you did! Good job. I'm usually up at about 4:30 every morning. I was just startled that no one had started the thread, but I think our resident early birds are super busy. There are other cons around this job - and the big one is that it's revenue is based on disposable income, and I don't think many people will have that soon - I think we're headed for a recession.

I'm going to attempt this on Wednesday:

Kettlebell/Body Weight Circuit
2 set - one minute rest between rounds, 2 minutes between sets

Round 1 # of reps

Squat Jumps 1 minute
Side Lunges w/ clean 15 each side
Standard Pushups 15
Rows 15 each side
Triple Crush 15
Russian Twist 15 full

Round two

Plyo lunges 1 minute
Squats w/clean 15 each side
Chest press 15
Heavy Pants 15
See Saw Press 15
Partial Get Ups 15 each side

Round Three

Jump Switch 1 minute
Tactile lunges 15 each side
Military Push Ups 15
Weighted Back bends 15
Decline Push ups 15
Windmills 10 each side

Round Four

Burpee Squat 15
Lying Pull over 15
Chin ups (with band) 25
Alternating Jackknife 15 each side

Round five

Squat/ leap 1 minute
Walking Lunges 15 each side
Hindu (Dive bomber) push ups 15
Super Plank 1 minute

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Thank you so much for the warm welcome :) :) You girls are a friendly bunch :)

Christine: I think your dog is beautiful. Congrats on the new possible maybe job :)

Wendy: Thank you too for the welcome. Your son is a cutie. Are you going to follow NROLFW by the book? How are you all going to figure out your macros? Will you use a software to help figure that out?

Dallas: Thank you too for the welcome.

Everyone is starting in May? Maybe I'll start then also. I finish my 12 week challenge on Sunday. I logged some numbers into smartcoach and think I'll start training for a half. Think I should go with 12 weeks or 16 weeks? Any suggestions would be appreciated :)

I logged 12miles today at the gym's track. I did pretty good. I finished :) BTW I run like a girl :) :) ;-)

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Dallas...I didn't have green beer last night....at least it didn't look green...:D...God job with YogaX, I think the last hour of that one is my favorite. Thanks, so far my day has been peaceful...

Christine...yes, I will have to try and HIDE those pills better!! I just hope he doesn't show up here for lunch...I did some housework this morning and am putting my workout off til later, so far enjoying the day. Even though I don't know what some of those exercises are that circuit looks good!

Wendy...that was a good pace for your run. IA and I can also feel the same way wanting him to go, without there being a fight. I just get more done here when he is gone somewhere.

Jackie...I am sure your Mom deserves the attention...:).. Glad to ear she is still improving. Good job with the GS and Coremax workouts. And more push-ups and pull-ups!!!

Kath...I must have missed your post yesterday...Welcome! I am not doing the NROL rotation but will be curious to see how the other cheetahs do. Will this be your 1st half? 12 or 16 weeks would both be good. I'd suggest 16 if it is your 1st and you have not done a lot of distance. You did 12 miles around the track...WOO HOO!!!

Off to eat some Vegetable taco soup, then laundry and then my workout...:)

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Christine: I googled kettlebell burpees b/c I couldn't visualize what you meant. Now I get it. I will try it with a DB! Thanks! :) Your circuit looks kick-arse! Have fun!}(

Kath: I am probably not going to get into the eating portion of NROL4W. I eat pretty clean as it is so I'll just keep it up. I keep a food log but don't track the nutrition info. I just don't have the patience for that these days. I have the fitday program on my computer but it's still quite time consuming. I may try some of the recipes from the book though. They seemed pretty good!:9 As far as the exercise goes, I am going to do the weights as is but will have to play with the cardio a bit. I will be starting training at some point during the rotation for an 18 mile race I plan on doing in October. Time spent on cardio will obviously increase once my training begins. Prior to that I am going to try to keep my cardio to no more then 2 hours total per week. I also want to keep yoga in my routine 1 time per week.

Carole: I just ate but the veggie taco soup you are having sounds great! If I was more of a motivated cook I would ask for the recipe but I know how I am....I'll probably never actually make it no matter how good my intentions are! LOL Enjoy your work out. Phooey on the laundry-I'm doing it too.

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Hello & happy St. Pat’s!

Some quick personals before I get workin’.

Christine :: good to have DH back…did MIL recover? I may have missed an update with my hit-or-miss posting of late…hmmm, interesting job possibility. You seem to get many recruiting offers! Nope, no plans to go out tonight. You?

Wendy :: sorry to hear TTOM hit you hard. I really like M&F Hers and need to pick up the newest issue. They are sometimes hard to find.

Dallas :: it is going! Thanks for asking. I’m determined to make the deadline. I still have my old iPod Mini but don’t use it. My Nano is close to getting full, too. I will likely upgrade to the 8g eventually.

Carole :: had to smile at the smiley. Mondays off are good to you, aren’t they? :7

Jackie :: glad your mom is recovering on schedule. It’s about that time of year when I will be getting out there and hitting the bricks, too. The EXT generally replaced my running this winter, and I’m curious to see what kind of an impact that will have.

Kath :: welcome!! I’m not doing NROL4W, either, but like Carole, I’m curious to see how it works out for the cheetahs who’ll be using it. As mentioned, it’s great to have new members join us. :)

I did not get to try AOS Providence yesterday evening…wouldn’t you know it—a migraine came on in the late afternoon, so that cut my work and everything else short. Can a girl get a break here or what??? :7 :7 :7 It is actually getting comical, this black cloud http://www.randomthread.com/forum/images/smilies/blackcloud.gif that’s doggin’ me. *lol* Anyway, I doubt I will do any workouts before Friday -- only because there is so much to do for NB before we break for spring.

On that note, I better put the blinders on and get to it. Have a gn!

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Happy St. Patty's Day Cheetahs!

Sorry I never got back here last night (late night at work) and I had to rush out the door a little earlier than usual this morning, too. This morning I did 4DS HIS, CST premix and KPC abs. I *almost* went for a short run when I got home a couple of minutes ago (the foot was feeling pretty good today) but my gas tank is definitely running on empty so I'm going to listen to my body and just go to sleep here in a few minutes. I haven't gotten my usual amount of sleep over the past two weeks and it's catching up with me.

The tournament results have not been posted YET....arggggg x(. I hope DSO and I got something. I've been on pins and needles all day...

Christine - Some of those exercises don't sound so nice }(. Looks like a toughie! So glad to hear the bedhog is home safe and sound :p. What did he have to say about your finger? Oooh, I hope that job opportunity pans out for you!

Wendy - That workout does sound brutal...WTG! Glad you're feeling better today and that the yuckies are gone. Too funny about the iTread today! BTW funny story about the guy that tried to pick you up!

Dallas - Great workout yesterday...lol about Buddy bumping his head! I'll bet today's yoga felt great after that killer }(.

Carole - So glad to hear that you may have gotten to the bottom of all your injuries. That basket for Sadie sounds too cute! Nice that you had the day to yoursefl today....AAAAHHHHH!

Jackie - So glad to hear mom is improving! Great workout today...so are you liking those PP??? I couldn't help but think of them today while my wrists were screaming at me during push ups this morning.

Kath - WELCOME!!! Um, if girls run 12 miles I want to run like a girl, too :p lol! Seriously, WTG on the run today! I'm not doing the NROLFW either, but am interested to hear what everyone has to say about it. I can't wait to get *back* to running as I've been sidelined for the past couple of months with a nagging foot issue...soon though :). BTW, I love the quote in your siggy.

Cathy - Oh, hon, I wish I could send that black cloud on its way! Your drive and determination to get your boards done is truly incredible! I'm sorry about the migraine last night. I *know* you will get through this and shine.

Shelly - Thank you so much for the sweet words...*blushing*! You're too much! I hope everything is okay between you and mom...{{{HUGS}}}! I have to agree with whoever said that they couldn't picture you as anything but understanding and accepting. I hope work (since giving notice) has been okay...must be tough. Feel free to vent, unload, whatever you need to do, here...that's what we're here for!

Kristi - How's the knee? I hope all is well with you.

Linda - So nice to have you back...welcome home! Hmmm, never been to Vegas but am planning on a bowling tournament there with DSO next year. I would love to take a run down the strip with him...that would be fun!

Hi Posh, Judy, Lorie and Lori!

As promised, it's 6:00 and I'm going to bed NOW! Hasta manana!

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

hi ladies,

late check in for me as it's been a very long day. today's workout was my Turbulence training workout of the day, followed by a 20 min iclimb.

i will check back in tomorrow for personals however i want to say HELLO and welcome to Kath!!!

kath- i am beginning nwol4w in may. please join us!

have a great night ladies:D

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Happy St. Patty's Day!

Wendi - I hope you and your DSO win something!!! Hope you get a good night's sleep! Glad your foot is better!

Cathy - I am sorry about your migraine! Hope you are feeling on 100% tomorrow!

Christine - Thanks! I will check that website out! I wish you luck on the job prospect! That sounds great!

Wendy - Good job on your run! Sounds like you did great! LOL...I know what you mean about not being able to keep straight the ones you have done....or not. My year subscription was up this month....but I don't think I want to pay $150.00 for 30 minute workouts. If they still had some hour ones....maybe....but not 30 minute ones. grrr. Okay...rant over. :+

Dallas - It sounds like you had a great workout! I have not tried any of the iCycles! I have used iclimb on my spinning bike...but haven't tried the Cycle ones! Sounds great!

Carole - I love your DH icon! I am sorry he is being a butt again! Sounds like you have a good workout plan! I really like CTX weights!

Jackie - That sounds like a good workout! Hope your mom is still on the uphill climb! Thanks, I did enjoy my visit with my in-laws!

Kath- Welcome! I am not sure if/when I am going to start a rotation of NROWLFW. I have the book, but I don't want to slack off on my running at the moment ....so maybe I will later! :) It looks and sounds really interesting...but my focus is trying to add mileage, lately. LOL....that could change at any minute, though! ;-)

I took today off from working out. Hopefully, I will feel like getting up in the morning and working out. It is hard to get back into the swing of things after being out of town!

Hi to everyone that checks in later or I may have missed !

Have a good evening!

Linda

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Cathy: Sorry about the migraine and the missed work out y'day. Hope you get lots accomplished today! I got my copy of M&F Hers at Barnes and Noble, btw.

Wendi: Can't wait to hear how you did in the tourny. I am the same way with race results! They can't be posted fast enough for me! LOL So are you gonna go buy M&F Hers now so you can try that work out? }(

RE: Cheetahs Monday - May the Luck of the Irish be with...

Sunny - Hey there! I hope you have a good evening! Good workout!
