This a late answer to your question, but I think yoga is an excellent substitute for a stretch any time. Once I started taking yoga, the poses basically *became* my post-workout stretch. NO, I didn’t do KPC & B&G in their entirety – I think I posted that I did premixes of each. How’s Joey feeling this morning?

I wound up not having to return to my friend’s house to help him with round two – because you-know-who was over there, and my friend thought it would be “weird” for both of us.
