::: CHEETAHS ::: Hump Day

Hey Cheetahs - I just finished Turbo Kick and did standing core work from Tracy's Core DVD. I'm feeling great and going to make some stir fry with extra veggies and relax with my Oxygen mag. :)

Jackie - Yes, a new superintendent is taking his place, but not until July 1 !! Which means our office will be pretty easy going for a few weeks. Yippee......

Gloria - Yeah for you and only a small problem with your car. I get so nervous taking mine in for an oil change, I'm always afraid there will be tons more wrong and more moolah needed.

Cathy - I didn't think you were year around, but I wasn't sure. ;-)

Cathy: I really liked the SWAT work out. It was alot of body weight exercises and quick cardio bursts. Only a little dumbell work but like I said, I added weights to the leg work so that's always an option. There are only a few exercises done with weights for upper body (shoulders, bi's and tri's) but he does so many rounds of push ups, burpees and mountain climbers that the upper body certainly gets a work out even w/o the weight work. I am not shy about admitting I made a bad choice when it comes to buying work outs. This was not a mistake at all IMO. :) Keep in mind though that I am never concerned with the set, the music or the way the cast looks. If it works me good then that's all I care about!}(
