Hello! I've been a lurker here for a while!
I would like to ask those of you who run and use Cathe's (and other advanced level workouts) dvds how you rotate your workouts. Right now I'm training for a 5K after taking a break from running for a few months. I want to continue using my dvds at home for cardio and weights, but I'm not sure how to work running in again without over doing it. Any suggestions? I already work out 5-6 days a week for about 45 minutes to an hour. I don't mind spending up to an hour and a half if needed. Thanks in advance for your input!
