Woke up totally trashed this morning. Flaming sore throat & big head cold. Ugggggh. Great start to a new program, right?
Thankfully workouts won't start until tomorrow. I'm going to try and get out for a walk or some light yoga but that'll be it today.

The testing went well-- I was in the "good" range for everything (cardio fitness, sit-ups, wall sit) except push-ups.
I was in the "average" category (but only 1 away from "above average!"
) but I kinda figured that would be the case. She has you doing full body push-ups, no exceptions, and I've always been a wuss and gone for the girl push-ups. So this will be a good thing, I think. And, to answer your other questions-- yep, it's a book program, and it actually only lasts for 30 days. (I guess sort of the book equivalent to 30DS?) She has an entire menu plan laid out for you and different circuit workouts for you to follow each day (well, 4 out of 7 days, and then you supply 1-2 additional workouts per week). It's pretty thorough! Anyway, yep, you can get it on Amazon-- I think it's even under $10 right now.
But I picked it mostly because this little competition we're doing is only 6 weeks, so I wanted a shorter program. I will keep you posted on how it goes.
Well, I'm off to get a little bit of exercise, a little bit of food... and then I'm hitting the sack EARLY!!!
