Good morning chatty cheetahs! So much wonderful positive energy here today! I finished with a 4 mile run, after a bit I'll do YogaX.
I was intending to do it yesterday but ended up doing legs and back instead. I must say I was a tad disappointed in p90x legs&back. The back portion was good but the legs just wasn't too challenging. It was fun however. There are so many innovative moves.
Thomasina- you sure are one busy lady. I felt tired just reading your post! Thank you for your story about the PF Chang marathon. The sheer size of it does make me nervous! I'm used to much smaller races.
Barb- I had major DOMS with the Chest& Back but so far with nothing else. I sure am having a fun time with these workouts though! You're right. Tony Horton is a hoot! I have some mental flexibility issues also. (Got to stick to the SCHEDULE no matter what!) I think I've been improving though lately. I think alot of runners deal with a little OCD.
Hi Jess- Very smart decision not to go on the country roads when it's foggy! I saw your pic in the Family Circle- you look great! Why don't you start in with the GS upper body tapes? You can save GSLegs for after your long run (Although I think GS Legs is the best one. But they are all great.
Wendy- Have a great time with C&W today. Feel free to vent here about your house selling woes.
Carole- You're doing a 5-6 mile run today and your 50k is Saturday? Wow, I wouldn't have the confidence to do that!!!! you truly are a SuperCarole! We will all be thinking of you, that's for sure! Is there a website for your race we can check on?
Christine- I absolutely love Gauntlet! Good substitute. I'm not into the walking lunges thing myself also. I absolutely LOVE the name of your stuffed cheetah! PLEASE post a pic of you with SuperCarole the cheetah at your race! PLEASE?
Hi Elaine- Best of luck to you, Christine and Amy on Sunday! I think it is so awesome you all are coming together for this!!!!
Time for some yoga!
