Cheetah Check-In Tuesday July 25

Mattea--thanks for the pepper spray loan and the reversal thing there. It helps. She is truly insufferable.....and I will keep working on the mental floorwork to get my groove back. Thanks for the support!:D

Barbara: I am doing my 5k in Holmdel. You are in Jersey aren't you? What county? I live in Monmouth county. :)

Laurie: I already had some L/B doms this morning in my bum so I imagine my legs and rear end will be screaming at me something fierce tomorrow }( and to make matters worse I have to do GS Legs floor work tomorrow too! :eek: If my lower body starts yellin' I'm just gonna tell it that Mattea and Barb MADE me do it!:p :7 :7 :7

So girls...I'm currently trying to figure out how I am going to do this...I want to rotate all 3 Ripped work outs for my weight work but now I need to do some floor work too as well as my cardio. I don't have a clue how I'll fit it all in!? Considering the fact that the Ripped series is endurance based using lighter weights do you think it would be okay to work my legs 4x per week (3 times with the Ripped work outs and 1 time with Cathe's floorwork) or should I alternate out one Ripped l/b per week and do the floorwork in it's place??? I intend to keep a 6 day per week cardio schedule amidst all of this as well!}( HELP! :7
