G'morning.
I posted kinda late last night about my weekend and my work outs.
Today I will be doing Ripped but U/B only + my running class tonight. This will be day #4 IN A ROW that I will be running-I planned my days all wrong-UGH!....My body is already beginning to yell at me a bit so I don't want to push it even farther by doing l/b weight work at this point!
Carole: I read about John. That is great! Any positive progress is worth getting excited about!:+ Hopefully John will see it that way as well and it will help to keep his spirits up a bit.
