I also alternate which 3 exercises I do when doing full body.


Workout done and man am I fried. Ran a 7.0 mile for 20 min, then spin, then MM at home. I upped all weights by 5lbs and really felt it! I finished with ME abs w/ a 12 weight :)

Joanne, glad you like the mat. I could never do yoga without one.

Debbie, thanks for the mish-mosh idea! It looks great and I'm definitely going to try it the next time I do a total body. Today was leg day, so I did "Butts." Man, that is one heck of a workout and I've been feeling it all day. I'm going to do it once a week for as long as I can stand it and see what it does for my legs/butt. I'm also going to do Drill Max once a week for as long as I can stand that to keep up the old stamina. The rest will be PUB or other UB; short, intense cardio and yoga.

Wish I could join the rest of you with your chins, but I just don't want to risk the injury now that I've been back on track this long. I'm rooting for all of you, though!:)
 
Soooooooooooosan, I vote you do DM tomorrow!!! I know you didn't ask, but I did B&G followed the next day by DM last week. Gotta love it!!!! Baaawaahhaaaaa Baaawahhaaaa!!

I did BM2 cardio tonight. Still a little off with some of the moves. Oh well. I do really like the step routines!!
