Good morning, peeps. Hope everyone had a great weekend.
This morning was 40 minutes on elliptical. Have lots of work meetings this week-- will do my best to stay on top of workouts, giving myself grace as needed.
Sorry to be MIA. I could not workout over the weekend. I was under the weather. I feel a bit better today so I managed a workout blender of heavy weights for legs + heavy weights for back + 10 minutes of sydney cummings legs + my own stretch. I hope to feel up for a workout tomorrow. Great workouts ladies!
