Yes, every exercise is individually chaptered. There are a few exercises where we use chapter markers, but don't include the chapter in the menu. For example in the Lift it Hit it upper body workouts we will show "Bench Press" as a chapter in the menu which will take you to set #1, but you can also quickly go to set #2 and #3 by clicking your next button on your remote. We do this so that the menu doesn't have too many selections which would slow you down, but still gives you the ability to quickly skip to the next set if you want to.
