Is there any information on the web site that tells you how many BPM is being used in the video tape for step. I would like to purchase some music from Musicflex but I am not sure how many bpm are used in the video tapes that i have.

Stepfit is about 126 to 134 BPM's. Step Heat Step Jam and Mega Step Blast are about 126 to 128 BPM's. Also, if you are buying step music from Musicflex, they have our signature step soundtrack which features the Step Jam and Powermax video music on it.

Also, all of the music companies have BPM listings in their catalogs as well as on their tapes. Generally a tape stepping at a moderate pace such as Step Jam will be in the 126 BPM range where as a tape stepping at a faster pace such as Step Fit will offer tapes in the 128 to 134 BPM range.
