change of pace

I just decided to do a total change of pace in working out. I just ordered the sqeeze, the barre method, and 3 jeri love videos. i'm ready to change it up from cathe. i don't want to build more muscle and i want to see how my body responds to workouts like this. i can't wait to try them. i even paid for 1 day shipping! what has your results or opinions been on these workouts?

It's always a good idea to change your routine from time to time. It keeps the body guessing, from getting bored, prevents injury and helps with muscles by using them in various ways.

Enjoy all your wonderful exercises. I have the ones you've talked about and more. They help a great deal for changing your routines. It's just nice for a change of pace for your body and your mind. But get back to Cathe when you can, cause her workouts are far better than anyones out there.

I have 2 of Jari's workouts. Am not a big fan but will dust off S&L occasionally. I *love* Squeeze. I tend to do my own mish-moshes of it as add-ons. Really enjoy the lower body and ab work on that one.

When I want to change it up I reach for yoga workouts. I also bought Jules Benson Step & Core which I really like. I have to say that if I am doing strength it is going to be Cathe. I had 3 of the jari Love's and traded them. I liked them at first but then quickly tired of them. I also had Squeeze but sold it. Again if I wanted that "type" of workout I would just rather do yoga. That said--Good luck and I hope you enjoy your new workouts. There is no question that changing it up is good. Been thinking about getting out my old WHFNs.
 
I love, love, love, the "Squeeze" and am seeing results!

The old WHFN's are deceptive in their effectivness. Pump and MetaBoost are my favorites. MetaBoost gives me a "slow" sweat and Pump is just fun.
