Hi everyone.

Hope everyone had a great weekend. Well I'm proud to report I finally got some nice workouts in. Of course they were scheduled though because I was at the Cathe Road. It was a blast. If you ever get the chance to go to one. I would highly recommend it. I got to see some old friends and make some new ones.

Amelia congrats on the loss and the lower measurements. You are rocking it. I think I discovered something recently through facebook. I'm friends with someone that had been added through mutual Cathe FB friends and she often posts pictures of her daughter. Well I finally looked at her profile and I think it is your sister. Does your niece's name start with a "G"? If so I have been seeing pictures of her on facebook and didn't even know it was your niece. She is adorable. If your niece's name does not start with a "G" then never mind and I have mistaken her mom for your sister.

Roxie, what do you have in store for this week? You're doing great on your workouts. It always amazes me how you can get caught up. For me when I miss a workout it just makes the rotation last longer, LOL.

Tonite I am doing CLX Lean Phase 1 and I still need to do some abs.

Jean-if I didn't catchup then I would give up thinking I have already screwed up so I will start over next week. I am seeing changes in my body but not losing any wt. or inches things are shifting. I hope the RT motivated you to keep up with your workouts.

Jean-forgot to mention we DH and I went for a 9 mile bike ride last night.

Roxie, congrats on seeing changes in your body. Your consistency is paying off.

This morning I got to go for a jog. It was hard and slow going so I only did a mile and came home and pulled out my jump rope. I over 1000 jumps (rope has a counter on it). Total workout time 30 minutes.(better than nothing). I know I'm going to feel the effects of the jump rope tomorrow.

I ended up taking a rest day yesterday, my Niece pretty much wore me out:confused: Besides, i skipped my last rest day and did yoga so I was due one.

Today is yesterdays workout, a Full body.

Jean-My Niece does start with a "G" and you probably are friends with my sister...Madalyn (Mattie,not sure what she goes by on there) And thank you, she as spoiled as she is adorable:eek: How Cool that you were on the RT! I've heard it is so much fun, i couldn't imagine meeting Cathe & Crew...i would be totally star struck:eek: I wish i could go one year...maybe one day:)

Hey girls it's been a long time.

For two weeks I had no computer. I was going to the library to catch up on email . Finally we got the virus cleared up,but my user id is not wrking. I have to use DH's id to log onto the internet. Then yesterday our modem decided it needed to be reset. Urg! one thing after another around here.

I have been doing a couch to 5K using the podrunner downloads. I am on week4. I've had to repeat weeks 2 and 3 a few times. My foot is doing great. I took 2 weeks off and I am using an orthotic. I will eventually have a custom one made. I am going to run a 5K either the last weekend of Sept. or the first weekend of Oct. I am waiting for the begining of Sept to see where I am on my training.

I still lift twice a week.

Roxie: excellent on things shifting. What a feeling.

Amelia: I didn't read any posts about your wt loss, but Congrats on getting things moving!!

Jean:How exciting another RT. Someday I'll get there!

Amelia-enjoy LM its one of my favorites but I usually do just the steps and skip the blasts that way its shorter.
 
Hey Girls! Its crazy right now at my house!! DDs little friend from down the street just left, she came over to visit and swim. I was outside talking to her mother for a little while and we both remembered we have open house in an hour so we laughed and parted ways. Now im getting ready to take the kids to open house...i just need to remember to breath:confused:

Hi everyone. No official workouts yesterday or today. Yesterday morning was spent trying to get my dog out from under the shed, then filling in the hole and setting up a chicken wire barrier(all in the dark at 5 in the morning). I worked late last night so no workout. This morning my workout is whirl wind cleaning before work. DD's wedding shower is Saturday and we have company that will be staying with us and using the spare room which has been used for storage. Hormones are on a rampage which is not helping with the stress. Of course a workout might have helped with the stress, but I can't seem to fit it in. Maybe I can get one in tomorrow morning.

DH fixed the car yesterday:) He started doing some research online and discovered it could be something as simple as some loose wires touching the motor and burning and IT WAS:eek: ( Im crossing my fingers that its fixed and stays fixed) That saved us about 300 bucks;) So anyways the most important thing is that IM PRE-ORDERING sometime this month:D My FIRST pre-order and im so excited!!! yipee!!!

Didn't get a workout in last night had unexpected car trouble. We went out to eat with DD and her DH and then went to Kmart came out and the car was dead had to call kids to come and get us so we could get some tools to change the battery took the entire night so tonite is CLX Lean Phase 2 if I am not watching the twins and I will go for a walk before I go home.

Amelia-glad you got your car fixed and yeah on the preorder don't know if I want these workouts.

Jean-I remember what it was like before DD got married you need to remember to take some time to breathe.

My baby boy just got on the bus:( i couldn't hardly sleep last night, he on the other hand feel asleep on the couch about 8:30. He was fine this morning and ready for school. I took about a gazillion pictures. I just wish i could get on the bus with him and ride with him to school...my baby:(

Lately I have been so tired. Just no energy? I took a rest day Monday and im seriously thinking about just doing yoga today but i know the cardio will help with my weight loss. The rotation calls for a full body weight work..yeah right, that ain't happening:confused: I got a yoga workout in the mail yesterday from netflix, thinking about doing it this morning.

Roxie-So sorry to hear about the car trouble, im all to familiar with that:confused:

Its so cloudy out this morning,ugh.

Its TOM for me, came a few days early. I was going to wait until after my weigh in on Sunday to do a full body (always up a lb after heavy lifting) but now i see no sense in putting it off. Today will be MIS.

Ugh, i was looking forward to my weigh in this week too...stinkin TOM:p it always ruins everything;)
