Today i want to do a cc @ the park, i haven't done one in a while. Im so frustrated with myself right now

I haven't been very consistant with my eating this week. Im counting calories still but for some reason im so hungry all day(hunger pains,stomach growling and feeling famished) that i spoil it by the end of the day. Im not going over alot(except for tuesday night with applebee's) so it shouldn't cause too much damage with my weightloss so far. Ive just GOT to get a hold of it. Starting today
I know its hormonal, my period is due next week, this always happens at the end of the month... its just so frustrating
