Down another lb today 120.6lbs which 120 is my goal so now I have to set another one and I have lost 3 inches in waist and 1 inch in hips and baby pooch. I got sick again last nite so that helped with the wt. I got up and did Zen Sculpt this morning,

Hi everyone. Sorry so MIA lately. We were on vacation and we didn't have internet in the room. What a pain. We went to Orlando for some Disney World fun. Then I finished it up by going to the Daytona Beach Road trip. Oh what a blast. If any of the traveling one get close to any of you, you should really try to go. It is so much fun and meeting all the other Cathe fans as well as Cathe is just the best. I need to win the lottery so I can go to all of them, LOL.

Today is a full body weight work, im thinking muscle max. The scale is up so ive got to flush out some water today.I plan on getting in alteast a gallon today. I want to see a loss this week.

I was having weird dreams last nite so I didn't sleep well so I didn't get up to workout, so tonight is KCMs 30min KB. I cancelled my pre-order for Shock Cardio last night just decided I didn't need it have to many workouts as it is. I am like you and need to do a flush I think I have a bladder infection so I am not drinking enough water haven't had one for years.

Amelia-what workout did you end up doing?

Amelia-I can't remember the name of it but it had Meg Ryan, Annette Bening, Debra Messing, Jada Pickett Smith, Cloris Lechman, Eva Mendes and Candice Bergen. It was really cute I will have to get the name of it for you. I need to keep getting up in the mornings so I won't have anything interupt or interfere with my workouts.

I've fallen off every wagon there is to fall off. Piled on the weight. Im still bootcamping away like mad and now I've decided to train to run a half marathon.

Roxie - You've lost lbs! Way to go. Is this due to the diet pills? Thats soo fantastic (the weight loss)

jean- You lucky thing. I'd love to take the kids off to disney land.

Amelia - Lets get on the wagon again.

Hey Andrea!! welcome back!! I too have fallen off the eating wagon, but have been working out.

Amelia: I am so envious of your calorie burn. I got a new HRM (polar F11) and my calorie burns are around 200-300.:( Good job!!

Roxie:good luck getting your WO in tonight.

Eating well I am preparing for a change come Nov. 1st. when I make some good changes in my diet that I can stick with. Wish me luck!

Roxie-mmmm, i bet i can find that movie on netflix,let me know if you think of the name of it. DH and I watched a movie last night. It was his pick...i movie about blood thirsty dragon:rolleyes: it was ok,atleast the lead charactor was a cutie:p and all the men were buff and wearing only loin clothes..LOL;)

Hi everyone. No workout this morning. As for the shingles, the rash is gone and I still ahve severe pain if I hit my elbow just right. I'm still really tired. Not sure it that is from the shingles or just trying to catch up from traveling. Yesterday, I did 30 minutes walk/jog with the dogs. I need to start getting back to some decent workouts. I did work out at the road trip, but that this with all the adrenal from the event itself. Plus I took it easy and didn't push myself.

Andrea, welcome back. Wow training for a 1/2 marathon, you go girl.

Didn't get up to workout which I really need to do so tonite will be Totally Tubular from Turbo Jam 35 min resistance tube workout.

Amelia-the name of the movie is The Women. and we watched another one last nite called Ghost Stories no it wasn't scary it to was cute.

Jean: Is it possible you have Posttherpetic(?sp) neuralgia? I guess that can happen after having shingles.

This morning I did GS b/sh/bi premix, disc 6 of STS just the bonus leg part. then I did CC#1 skipping the challenge (did this on the rebounder and using my high step for hills)

typing AM and Pm reminded me of a question my 8 year old asked the other day. He wanted to know what AM and Pm stood for. I could not remember the latin terms so I said AM means before midnight and PM was premidnight. He said why don't they just say "BM" for PM ( before Midnight). Well, that is already taken, I said.;)

my PM workout will be a walk on the treadmill for about 35-40 mins.

Elaine-Nice job on your workout! The reason im working out twice is because i had an unexpected cheat meal on tuesday...went over ALOT of calories and imburning them off...i may only do two days like that:confused: Cute story about am/pm. I can't remember what it stands for either...

Gosh, I am sorry to hear that you have been ill Roxie and Jeans got shingles. I don't know a thing about shingles so Im hoping that its not too serious. Roxie take care of yourself.

Hi Elaine, and Amelia you guys are working harder and harder. BM already taken? Great come back. LOL

I've only just started the half marathon training. I've kind of jump on the bandwagon. A lot of the guys and gals I work with are training for next years Melbourne marathon (this years was a couple of weeks ago) So, I thought ok I'll join in too.

Except, I would like to run in the Police Games which is in either Feb or March next year and just the half marathon. I think athat running for four hours plus is a bit out of my league, but we shall see what happens.

The only problem with running is that it makes me very very hungry! And nothing "healthy" really satisfies.:mad:

I can hardly move today, very serious doms, from training yesturday. Sprints up hills. Bis and Sholders.

Got to go, work awaits.

Good Morning girls, i woke up late this morning and the kids will miss the school bus, ugh, there eating breakfast right now and i will have to take them in a few:rolleyes:

Today i want to do a cc @ the park, i haven't done one in a while. Im so frustrated with myself right now:( I haven't been very consistant with my eating this week. Im counting calories still but for some reason im so hungry all day(hunger pains,stomach growling and feeling famished) that i spoil it by the end of the day. Im not going over alot(except for tuesday night with applebee's) so it shouldn't cause too much damage with my weightloss so far. Ive just GOT to get a hold of it. Starting today:)

I know its hormonal, my period is due next week, this always happens at the end of the month... its just so frustrating:( the rest of the month i feel satisfied and full...

Andrea-YOU ROCK, running makes me hungry too..are you taking a multivitamins? Protien shakes help too...
