*Challengers* *spooky halloween* wk of 10/26

Tonite will be slo-robics. My wt. is where I want it to be I just seem to be picking wimpy workouts right now haven't lifted anything heavier than 3lbs. this month.

Amelia-I hate when my schedule gets off and you have to try and catch up. Try to save some calories for the end of the day so you won't be hungry before you go to bed.
 
Hey girls, i feel so much better, i just finished 4DS low impact circuit! 60mins/burned 530!

I thinking about doing a 4ds rotation...i need to go see if i can find one.

Roxie-I think i will save 100 calories for a later snack. Im going to try and stay away from carbs though...just protien. Congrats on your weightloss!

Hi Jean,Andrea and Roxie!

I was feeling under the weather this morning when I got up, so no WO for me. I did walk the puppy for a 1.6 mi. fast walk. I saw a very large back end of a deer. There have been a few black bear sightings around my neighborhood. That definitly makes me a bit ansty.

I have a vegetable barley soup in the crock pot and it smells great! It won't be done for awhile though.

Ive got MIC on tabs for today(wish me luck:confused:)ive never done it before.

Weight back down this morning,which makes me very happy! I'll be glad when my hunger goes away,i was hungry all day yesterday:( I wonder if my hunger has anything to do with the fact that I ran out of vitamins last week and haven't had any since? I just thought of that. Maybe i will drink a protein shake today for my evening snack and see if it helps? I will have to mix it with water,don't have any fatfree milk.:rolleyes:

Time for a november ticker...my goal for october was 5lbs and i met that...didn't meet that 8lb one though...oh well, IM satisfied with 5 :) November will be a 5lb goal too.

Elaine-mmmmm,barely soup sounds good! I think will have veggies soup today or tomorrow...haven't had it in a while. I hope your feeling better today. Scary about the black bears...

Today is Slo-Robics didn't do it last nite DH and I went out for supper and then I had been so cold all day we snuggled in a blanket until bed time. Then tonite DH is going to watch a football game that I really don't care to watch so I will do a circuit of some kind.

Amelia-I was thinking of doing 4ds to but I don't like the HIT step so I would need to find something to replace it.

Forgot to mention ate like crap yesterday I mean churches chicken for lunch and carlos for supper and I lost another lb. 119.

Hey girls, well..i did half of MIC its a monster! I did the hi/lo then some of the step and i was done after that. It was about 35 min and 320cals burned.

Roxie-I don't like the HIS on 4ds either, i haven't learned it yet anyways...will probably replace it with some form of cardio...WTG on your weightloss girl...

Today is a rest day for me,im starting that 4ds rotation tomorrow. Ive got to get DH to take my measurements soon...

I can't believe the sun is shining this morning. The kids went trick or treating yesterday, it rained all day but kinda drizzled while they were out,which i was thankful for. They had fun..
