Hi everyone,

It is absolutly pouring with rain here!!! :) :) Thank you God! I'm hoping it continues! We are on tank water and have had to buy water thwice in the past two months! Which is quite ridiculous for this time of year.

So, due to the rain, it was an indoors day all day today, me and the two girls (hubby went off to work). Me and the two girls in doors all day with rain outside and it was cold. Just me and two girls indoors! yeah I guess you can tell, I did it tuff! They were good most of the day until my workout time! Then all hell breaks out! They are the sweetest little possums, that can turn into terminators!:) Terminating on each other!
I love them to death but BOY!

Workout today was upper body MM got as far as tris had to pull the pin there due to all the terminating. Prior to MM I completed a cardio session.

Hey girls!

Today is a PW although i have thought about doing a circuit like LIC,i haven't done step in a very long time! Kinda miss it but that is the challenge that im in,no step! I don't think one day of step will hurt though? What do you girls think?

Well,thats TWO days of healthy eating in the books and the scale has dropped 4lbs since wednesday morning....darn water weight! I just hope my wagon wreck last week didn't do any damage! Can you guys believe that i made brownies yesterday for my kids and didn't even have or want a lick? Its funny how i can turn off an on the desire to eat sweets? I did have me some no pudge brownies with whip cream though

Andrea-LOL, my kids also turn into terminators once i start working out! They know that mommie is occupied so its time to start the war between them,LOL! Man i really want to purchase some new weight workouts, like MM and supersets/push pull. those are the next two workouts on my list! High fives on your AWESOME workout today,you go girl:)

Becca-Is your birthday today? I thought it was june 1st...am i right? Whats on tabs for today(besides having birthday parties with cake,yummy :9 )

Shirl-So how was the ball room dancing last night? That sounds fun,i don't think my DH would do anything like that though:-( hes too much of a country boy! But i for one would LOVE TO!

Roxie-CONGRATS ON THE 3LB LOSS! YAY! Awesome job! How was High STep circuit? Can you believe that i have all three high step and have yet to do them? What in the heck is wrong with me?LOL:+ Eversince getting my TM im just focused on powerwalking:)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BECCA! Enjoy the festivities today!

Well, I teach TK this morning, the boys have baseball and then we're making a cake and cupcakes for my 40th bday tomorrow. That is the end of one of my challenges which I accomplished. :) I decided to extend the wt. loss/ fat loss challenge due to falling off the wagon and barely getting back on so many times. The end of that challenge is in 6 weeks.

Hey shirl,my new challenge which was i guess about 5weeks ago was to cut out step and see how if it makes a difference in my inches or weight! My main cardio is powerwalking right now! Remember my iches lost on the 7th? its paid off....im not sure how long i want to continue it though,i don't think one day of step every now and then will hurt anything?

Good Morning,

I didn't workout last nite it was a crazy day at work in a 5hr period I set up 3 new oxygen pts. Fit 2 people with diabetic shoes and did a mastectomy customer I was wore out when I got home. Today is 30mins on TM then upper and lower body and abs.

Shirl- I enjoy High Step Circut trying to decide if I want High Step Challenge. It really makes me sweat.

Amelia-High 5's on the not eating brownies I couldn't do it.

Andrea-cage those terminators up next time. I'm so glad my kids are adults now. My oldest DD and her DH move in 2wks from now for 5 days going to be interesting.

Becca-if it is your b-day enjoy.

Sorry if I missed anyone time to workout.

Amelia, Ballroom dancing was fun; we laugh alot. My DH suggested taking this class. I guess he's desparate for some alone time. ;)

I decided on HSC ,it was the first time i did it and wow thats a tough workout! I got as far as the fourth circuit then called it quits! Whats with all the leg presses:+? I got in about 50mins worth...it was nice seeing Cathe agian;-) fun stuff....


Roxie-What is it that you do agian? Have fun with your workout today!

Hi everyone. Shirl, thanks so much for asking about me. I'm feeling pretty good, though still kind of wheezy. I think it's at the manageable point right now, though. I'm planning either a walk w/ DS tomorrow while DD is @ church or some easy time on the elliptical to get back into the groove.

I'll be on travel again Wed & Thurs this week, so trying to get some solid WO on Mon & Tues. I will at least do weights - cardio depends on how it goes tomorrow. Does being on your feet all day for a tradeshow (that's Wed & Thurs) count as exercise?

Andrea, I'm w/ you - my babies turn into monsters when I WO. It wasn't so bad until I moved the elliptical away from the main part of the house. I've been known to send them to their rooms for the duration of my WO...

Hi Amelia, Roxie, Jean, and everyone else.

I think I'm going to sign off and finish reading my Shape magazine. I may try their bikini body diet for a few weeks (go figure it looks a lot like what I SHOULD be eating on WW). I guess the deal is having the meals written down for me so I don't have to think :7
