Hello girls!

I am sorry for my self absorbing post yesturday, I was very down in mouth about the eating. However, today was good. I had to work but I kept my eatring under control and I feel much better.

THANKYOU ALL for your words of encouragement, Much appreciated and YES I AM STILL WITH YOU! I am dusted off (bruised) but BACK!

Lori - will you stop with the bulky stuff! x( You may "think" and "feel" bulky, but don't forget muscle weighs more than fat AND you just might be paying too much attention to what the scales say. You look totally awesome, and I think you work so hard (to look fabbo) that you just need to take a good look at yourself and say, "Hey I look good. Not too bulky, not too lean, but I look good!" Because you do!;-) ( I saw your post over in the OD)

I start back working out tomorrow. My body has had enough rest.

Good Morning,

Last nite I to dusted myself off and did LIS on tap for tonite is LIC. I work at my other job today only reason Iam up early. Eating wasn't the greatest yesterday bosses bought us lunch Quiznos sammies not a big fan. Have a great day today.

Andrea-welcome back you can do this with the rest of us.

Any plans this weekend? I teach TK this morning and tomorrow's church and that's it! A quiet weekend and I love it. I'm going to do some scrapbooking today, maybe shopping later.

Andrea, No need to apologize. I fell off the wagon yesterday but I'm back today.

Roxie, Looks like quite a few of us are back on the wagon. Hope your day goes well.

Lori, You are beautiful - bulky shmulky.. What mirror you looking in girl?! You look very fit and trim. You probably should send a picture in to Oxygen magazine, you look that good!

Good Morning Challengers!

Today is gs s/b/b and some abb work then a interval on the treadmill

I wasn't impressed with the scale this morning,it hasn't moved hardly any? I DON'T CARE becasue my JEANS are Falling off my hips i can pull them off without unbuttoning them ...so scale smale,right!!!!

So thats one week over of nice eating,yay me My next challenge will start tommorrow and i will go another week of nice,clean eating!

I also wanted to share something special with you girls,Im SO VERY proud of my DD! She is 6,in kindergarten. She won the Carroll County Young Georgia Authors' Comptetition for kindergartener's! As a mother,im know im doing something right,now !

Hey Gals!

Thanks for your kind words. I can't help but feel bulky though when the sleeves of my shirt and getting tight and I have to undo the buttons;( Its not just in my mind, I feel it in my clothes.I did some research last night (going back in Catheland to Nov month) and I did a lot of running and little weights when i was at my leaness but I still had lots of muscle definition. Anyway...i think I know what I need to do now:)

Andrea** Sorry, did you say you were working out today? Im starting to forget stuff cause by the time I read post and start responding, chances are someone as been clinging off of me and someone else as been asking for lunch! Ugh! Anyway...hope you had a good day!

Roxie** Good job on the workout! Way to dust yourself off!

Shirl** Thanks again for the compliments! Not what i was fishing for, but hey, I will take them;)

Ameila** Again, congrats on the weightloss and DD!!!

I had a easy night at work last night, hoping for the same tonight!

I think I am running on the TM today and getting a good ab workout in!

Andrea, Glad you’re all dusted off and back on track. We all have those days.

Roxie, Glad you’re dusted off too. I’ve only tried 1 kind of Sammie from quiznos and it was OK. Have fun with LIC.

Amelia, sometimes you just have to ignore the scale. The jeans tell the truth. What great news on your DD’s accomplishment.

Lorie, although you feel bulky, I’m sure you look great. But like you said, you know what you like and you know what you were doing before so good luck with your new plan. As for remembering everyone, I don’t have anyone clinging on me and I still have to write down notes or I would forget most of it.

Today I got up and purchased the Choose Living Cardio Coach MP3. Once I finally got it downloaded and got it on my Ipod(I’m so technology challenged), I went outside and tried it. I jogged 60 minutes and boy are my legs sore. I had to modify it a little since I wasn’t on a TM but it was still a great workout.

Now we need to stop all this dusting off, because I found all of the dust in my house. I better get to cleaning it.

Hi everyone. Had a nice fast 45min walk this morning (still sore) and then lots of running along the sidelines @ DD's soccer game today. Food was OK, but only cuz I REFUSED to eat over being mad/upset/whatever. I just had one of those days where it's me against the world - I've been in a FUNK all day.

Andrea, I'll dust off and rejoin the REAL world tomorrow.

Shirl, what's a quiet weekend?

Lori, I missed your other posts, but it sounds like others have given great comments and that you have a handle on yourself now.

Amelia - WOOHOO to loose jeans and HOORAY for your DD!

OK, that's it for me today. I'll try to check in tomorrow. I need to do some UB...maybe I'll try to get 20-30min on the elliptical too. We'll see.
