Good Morning!
Just getting up started! Going to workout shortly before I go to work!
Im going to try and go the whole week with no sweets...think I can do it? Im not to sure about myself..LOL But we will see what happens.
Roxie** I think what you are planning looks fine. If you have the time you could do a longer cardio or add a small one in on your weight training day.Thats if you are trying to lose weight. I certainly wouldn't ditch the weight training altogether but I would focus on cardio or upping the intensity of the ones I do do.
Alright, I have to get this workout started or I will never get to work on time!
