Good Morning girls!

Today is a circuit or my own circuit on the TM...i never worked out yesterday but i did get the house clean and get laundry caught up;-)

bbl to report what i did,and boy do I need a good sweat fest!
 
Good Morning,

I stepped on the scale this morning and the 3lbs. I picked up last thursday are still holding on, but my workout habits last week were horrible. Tonite is high step circut and I am really excited to do this for the first time, it's something new to challenge me. I ate a salad last nite for supper and DH said he would stop and get something to eat on the way home so I can have salad again tonite.

Amelia-cleaning house and doing laundry is a workout especially if you have stairs.

Here is the latest update on the dog she has decided to start eating out of her dog dish again, I wander if dogs get winter depression, since the weather warmed up she has perked up. Have a good day everyone.
 
Hey girls,just popping into report my workout! I did a 30min Powerwalk around the neighborhood,then did about 20mins of LB lifting,then finished with some abbs! I kinda copied some of gs on the reps for lb!

Hey there everyone! I'm in a WO funk this week. Just no desire to do anything. I'm gonna see if I can try a spin class one day this week just for something different. May have to rearrange the schedule a bit.

Roxie, glad to hear that your dog has decided to eat. I have a skinny kitty that hasn't been eating much lately...at least of the commercial pet food. I know she's caught a rabbit, a couple of mice, and a bird or two, though so I don't think she's starving. She's a reformed feral cat, so I don't expect to get all the wild totally out of her. Her mother, though, has become a fat house cat :7

Hi everyone. This morning I did PLB up only. Was short on time, but what I noticed is that I have lost lower body endurance. Apparently I was not giving it my all when I was doing the S&H lower body tape for the past weeks (upper body is fine)and I now I need to build my endurance back up. Thought I was going to die. Just remembered that I only got 4 hours sleep last night so that could have something to do with endurance too. Either way, I plan on working harder.

Sounds like everyone is getting their workouts in. Keep up the good work.

Hey Challengers,

Yesterday every time I tried to check in something happened.
My WO yesterday was C&W abs x2,Imax2 1-7 and 10(I ran out of time and 10 is my favorite so I had to include it).
Today I did 4DS LB premix,L&G floor, and 4DS shoulders. I've been sticking to the eating challenge. My jeans are a bit looser(?sp).

Roxie: so glad to hear your dog is eating better.

AndreaH: I've never done a spin class they sound like fun.

Ameila: your plan on exercising and eating sounds good. Sometimes just relaxing about it helps.

Becca: I was going to do this months roation but I am still enjoying the 4DS. Although I looked at what I do for workouts and it kind of looks like this months roation but using the 4DS instead.

Shirl: I hope you made everyone sweat buckets}(
