Morning to all,
Todays workout (I think I already posted it on yesturdays thread) was bis and tris and PUB abs.
My eating today was AWFUL!! Meals were good it was the snacking (and heaps of it) in between meals that I goofed big time!
:-(
Ahh well whats done is done and I can't change it now, Right?
I am one of those people that HAS TO WEAR A WATCH! I am naked without one. So, we've just changed over daylight savings time, and I can't work my watch to change it back!! ;( I've lost the instruction booklet and its driving me nuts! Glad to share that little piece of ever soooo important piece of "my life" with you all.
