Morning to all,

Todays workout (I think I already posted it on yesturdays thread) was bis and tris and PUB abs.

My eating today was AWFUL!! Meals were good it was the snacking (and heaps of it) in between meals that I goofed big time!

:-(

Ahh well whats done is done and I can't change it now, Right?

I am one of those people that HAS TO WEAR A WATCH! I am naked without one. So, we've just changed over daylight savings time, and I can't work my watch to change it back!! ;( I've lost the instruction booklet and its driving me nuts! Glad to share that little piece of ever soooo important piece of "my life" with you all. :) :D

Good Morning!

Everything here is going good. I actually got outside for a run yesterday and my legs are sooo sore! Every yr that happens to me. Running outside must be sooo different in so many ways! Today is suppose to be my rest day but with the nice weather, I may get outside for another run.
Scale is down 1.6 lbs from last monday.Not bad but I usually lose weight faster then that. But on the other side, I have been lifting heavt everyday this week AND I took my bf% which gave me 2 readings, one was 9.8% and the other 11%. Im not sure how accurate that is. I grabbed as much fat as I could but that seems low unless you are a professional body builder or competitor.

Anyway...hope everyone as a good day!

Today is suppose to be a rest day but after my cheat day yesterday(that was suppose to be a cheat meal,LOL) I will do a 30min powerwalk and a 30min run interval! I just love doing my TM cardio because I can close the door to my bedroom and 'close out the world' so to speak:)

Today is a new challenge for me! It will last a week. I wrote it in my journal and I will tell you guys too!
First, To go all week without a cheat!
Second,squeeze in some extra cardio's and do my abbs atleast three times!
third, STAY OFF the scale until my WI day on saturday!

Here is my workout schedule for this week!

Sunday-Treadmill(60min)
monday-gs legs/ PUB abbs
Tuesday-Imax2,try to do all of it
wednsday-GS ub(back,shoulders,biceps)abbs
Thursday-Treadmill(60)
Friday-gs legs/abbs
saturday-Treadmill(60min),gs ub(chest&triceps)(aslo my WI/free day)
sunday-rest

So,the only hard day is on saturday and my DH will be home with the kids so i can concentrate. My main foucus is to go easy on myself,i think i got burned out on my last 12 week challenge :-(.

Im sorry this is so long you guys...I will bbl with personals!
 
Good Morning Everyone,

Today is TM and stretch day for me. Last week was horrible diet and exercise wise. I think I only ended up exercising 2 days the whole week. Only worked abs one day. This week is a refocus week for me. No more excuses I need to get up and workout to many things happen in the evening. Have a good day everyone.
 
Hi Andrea, Lorie, Amelia and Roxie and all who stop by later.

Only have a minute to post, but I just wanted to report that I got in a workout both yesterday and today. Maybe I can finally get back to consistency. Yesterday ended up being 4 miles total. 3/4 of it jogging and 1/4 walking mixed with sprints. Today was a steady 2 mile jog.

Lorie, so glad you got to run outside. I just love it. Wow nice reading on the BF. Do use one of those Accumeasure calipers or something else?

Andrea, try going on line and do a search on the brand of watch you have. Sometimes they have the instruction books on line.

Amelia, good luck with your new challenge.

Roxie, great attitude about refocusing. I seem to do a lot of starting over or I could use some refocusing too.

This week's mini challenge for me will to see the scale move in the right direction. So I let you know on Friday how I did.

Hi everyone! FINALLY got in my leg WO for the week (as a part of ME). All my muscles are SHAKING so I should be REALLY sore tomorrow. Might make cardio fun (NOT), but oh well.

Lori, I find running outside to be more difficult than the TM also. But I also like running outside better :)

Andrea, hope you figure out your watch. I always forget too.

I've got to run. Need to shower, etc. before heading out to our band concert this afternoon. Then Costco to pick up all the things I forgot yesterday :p.

Just wanted to report my workout is done and I have stretche. I decided to repeat week 3 of my rotation, it looks something like this:

Monday-MM
Tuesday-LIC cardio timesaver
Wed-Total Body Sculpt
Thur-TM for 30 min
Fri-LIC
Sat-LIS
Sun-Total Body Stretching #3

I just won LowMax on EBay so I need to fiqure it in a rotation somewhere.

Lori-what do you think 2 days of wts. and the other days cardio, will that help me lose more wt?
 
Roxie, for what it's worth I like to do 2 days of weights and at least 3 cardio in any given week. Even if I don't LOSE weight, I look more defined and thus thinner - and then I feel better about myself.

I'm planning cardio for tomorrow since I'm a bit off my original plan due to the missed leg WO earlier this week. No biggie - all the WO will get done, just maybe not in the order on the schedule LOL. I think I'm going to do CF all step premix. Although Roxie, you're making me think about LowMax. I should put that in later this week for sure :). For weights this work, I'm not sure - I might do weights from 4DS this week. I should probably do B&G and kill my legs though }( . Only problem w/ that is I can barely walk the next day.

OK, it's time for me to get ready for bed. I'll see y'all tomorrow!
