Becca-High fives on doing all of Imax2,that one is a toughie. I ususaly run out of steam around the 8interval:+!

Andrea(I dream)LOL at you making stops at the pantry, when i was on WW'ers i did that alot! I went to bed kinda hungry but i inhaled water like a mad women so i would eat if i did wake up.Funny thing is,when i went to the bathroom last night my first thought was "im hungry"x( but i didn't eat anything(yay)

Andrea-I too can hardly wait for the spring weather to get here! Theres a nice park with a walking trail that i plan on going to after i drop DD off at school! Great job on BM2 yesterday!

Hey to everybody,i think that catches me up from yesterday! BBL:)

Hello folks,

no workout for me today. I'm too old to come from work and workout after a looooong day! AND this is a real shame because today, my eating has been pretty o.k.

Lori - I can't wait to see what your workout is today. Had a grin on my face too, when I read about your "accidental" weight workout! :) You are too cute! (Please realise I'm having a bit of fun with ya)

Amelia - I am glad i'm not the only one who has a pantry disorder! I don't know what the solution is!

Becca - 13 lbs! Huge effort well done! Now its time for IMAX 3!! Oh Yeah!

shirl - How was your clean portions eating today?

Roxie - Pets! They brake your heart, don't they? But the pain will be over and take comfort in that.

I have to go, times short, hope you all have a great day.

Andrea

Hi Challengers!

Sorry to post and run again, but I'm running late this morning. Is anyone planning to go to either Roadtrip? I'd like to go to the one in July; we'll see. I promise to be back later today and catch up with everyone. My eating went well yesterday despite eating soem dark chocolate chips. ;)

A friend in fitness,
Shirl

Good morning!

All that sweating from Imax2 must have done me some good, because I am down another pound this am! WOO HOO! 4 to go and I will be at my goal weight. My plan for today is a short TM run and then 4DS KB legs only.

Jean, DD's recital was last night. It was her first and she had a bit of stage fright, but she did great. She's only 3 so all those people looking at her kind of freaked her out a bit. I will post a pic later. She was quite cute. :) Did you go on the RT last year? Are you planning on July or August? I think I might be able to work in August, but I don't know. I told DH yesterday that Cathe emailed me and invited me to come visit her. :7 He said, "That's because you spend so much time and money on her website!" :p Could be!:+

Amelia, 75 mins on the TM?!?!? You go girl! I can't wait to hear how it goes for you.

Shirl, dark chocolate = health food

Andrea (idream), Imax3?!?!? Let me pick myself up off the floor.....I think I may wait a minute before I try that one. :7 What is your WO plan for tomorrow?

Alright, I will BBL to report WO. Have a great Tuesday Tax Day! (UGH!)

Good Morning,

Tonites workout will be KM in its entirty no timesaver. Last nite was MM upper body actually had to go up in wt on some exercises. Eating went fairly well yesterday kept busy at work so didn't think about food much. Everyone have a good day.

Andrea-we have had this dog since she was 4 wks old it is killing all of us to watch her suffer and to know after tomarrow she will no longer be here.

Hello everyone.

This morning was S & H Tris and Bis.

Roxie, so sorry about your dog. It is one of the hardest things to deal with. Just know that you gave her a good life and she in return gave you wonderful memories. It' been over a year since we had to put down our aussie and we still miss her. Have you read the "Rainbow Bridge"?

Becca, the recital sounds cute. What a fun age. Is she your youngest? I've done medical billng for years and you are right that it is easier(probably better hands on experience) by starting in a drs. office. Are you going to be doing it for you DH?

AndreaI, at least your eating was good even if you didn't get a work out in.

Shirl and whoever else asked, I hope to go on the road trip. I went in 05 and 07 and had a blast. Met some wonderful people. I feel kind of guilty trying for 08 since I've been twice, but since they are having two maybe it won't fill up so fast like last year. It sold out in 3 1/2 minutes last year.

hello to all who check in later.

Jean

Hi Everyone,

I had a busy weekend which went into Monday. Over the weekend I didn't work out but I raked for about 3 hours on Saturday and played baseball with DS(7yr) for about 1.5 hrs. His idea of baseball is he hits the ball and I chase him around the bases.:)

Mondays workout was Abs and HIS and the fist 2 step combo and blasts of LIS. This morning I did 4DS legs, calves, shoulders and L&G floor.
My eating was off part of last week and into the weekend. I am determined to stay on track this week!

Roxie: ((hugs)) to you and your family.

Becca: ^5s on your weight loss.

Amelia: I have a friend who does medical coding from home. She started in a hosipital and then worked from home. She has been doing it for about 15 yrs now.

Hi to Andrea, Shirl,Lori, Jean, and AndreaH and anyone else I may have missed.

Elaine

Good morning Challengers! Today I got up and did the 4DS LIS WO in its entirety (well I skipped the shoulder bonus burn w/ the band). Have I mentioned I HATE shoulders :p . ANYWAY, I promised myself I would do it and I DID (so there!). Andrea (idream) - I HAVE to get up and WO in the morning or it won't get done. Honestly I'd rather WO @ 9am than 5:30, but I get what I get LOL.

Becca, awesome job on Imax 2. I don't have that one yet. I'm starting to feel like adding a few more (except for that not wanting to WO indoors anymore).

Jean, lucky to have a lit path to run on. Our neighborhood is up in the foothills and we have no streetlights & no sidewalks. And a few "night creatures" - usually just coyotes, who will leave you alone, but we've occasionally had a bear or bobcat.

Amelia, great TM walk planned for today! I only do the TM @ the gym or when I travel. I have an elliptical @ home.

Hi Shirl, Lori, Roxie, and everyone else. Time for me to get to work. I'll try to stop back later. Have a great day!

Just a quick post.

Jean - Was your Aussie and Australian Shepherd? I bought my husband one for his 50th birthday last year. When she wa little she was cute! Typical annoying puppy things. Now that shes bigger, her "typical" puppy things, drive me CRAZY!! LOL. She is wonderful with the kids, and all she wants is to be "part of it all".

Andrea

Andrea, yes my aussie was an australian shepherd. She was a blue merle and was one of the best dogs we ever owned. She was 14 when we had to let her go. She was a typical one, great with us but protective around others and other dogs. We bought her a buddy when she was 7 and I don't think she ever forgave us.LOL She was like, "why did you get me a puppy, I like humans". We still have her buddy who is almost 8 years old. She is a black tri. She is in my avitar with our golden retriever puppy. The black tri is totally different from the blue merle. She tore up all kinds of stuff when she was a puppy. We would tell her "It's a good thing your cute, otherwise you would be gone".

What color is your'? They are such great dogs.
