Good Morning Fine Ladies
Yesterdays workout ended up being a nice long run...17.5 miles which is....10.2 miles..in 95 mins
Not to bad
I just figuered that out.Thats a 9.3 mins mile.I also worked shoulders.
Todays workout is abs, bics and prehaps another outdoor run. We have a parent teacher meeting at 4 so I need to get everything done and out of the way before then.
I also took a turkey out of the freezer last night. Im going to cook it for supper but also for lots of sandwich meat and a pot of soup. Im not sure if I will atempt to make a pot of soup today or not.
My belly feels alot better today. I drank tons of water yesterday and I think that did the trick. I can still feel "something" but the bloating is gone.
