Chalene's Get on the Ball

Does anyone have these workouts? Anything that you can tell me about them? Are they beginner, intermediate or advanced?
 
I have all of Chalene's workouts and really like her so I'm probably biased. I hesitated to reply to your first posting because I wasn't sure my definition of intermediate, advance lines up with others here on the forum.

Anyway, here's my two cents.

Total Body Blast is almost an hour long and is a circuit workout that alternates cardio, sculpting and core moves. I like the variety of the workout and found it to be intermediate. The sculpting are 'light weights' endurance since you are just using the ball but it's surprising how heavy that ball can feel after holding on to it for an hour.

Kickin Core is half cardio and half core work with the ball. The cardio is a lot like other turbo jam moves but modified to use the ball. I think this is intermediate too but just 45 minutes long so not as challenging as total body blast.
 
I have all of Chalene's workouts as well and enjoy them. The 'Get on the Ball' workouts were good but they were not my favourites of the TJ series and I think I only did them a few times and then completely forgot about them.

Cindi1 already gave a great description so I'll just add that I also felt they were more intermediate workouts. I personally found the other TJ workouts were much better and more challenging.
