Does anyone have any info on websites or recipes that are good for Celiac. My friends daugher was just diagnosed with Celiac at 6. The doctor said they are glad to have caught it early. She and her daugher are vegetarians which being gluten free she is having difficutly finding food. I told her i would post to this list because someone may be able to help with any good ideas or websites to help her out. Thanks a bucnh. Karen

There are lots of great food blogs out there written by celiacs, the most famous being Shauna James' [a href="http://glutenfreegirl.blogspot.com/"]Gluten-Free Girl[/a]. Tonnes of fab recipes and some handy links on the sidebar. It's really quite inspiring stuff! She is always experimenting with gluten-free alternatives and is very creative. Lots of yummy baked goods too! Hope that helps
