CCPP today......calling all Barracudas!

Wow, how fun was that!!!

CC-PP flew by and I couldn't wait to get to the Vol8 Ch3 challenge. Congrats to all you "Audacious" Cuda's out there -- You know you got better!!! Thanks Coach. :p Deb, Michele, Gayle, Shelley, Allie, Melissa, Shannon and the rest of the Cathe's Girls & Sean's Girls - I could feel your energy - today was a strong day, set a PR and am ready to plan next month's }(

Jim when I got to your message for the Cathe Girls just before the stretch segment, I welled up and was teary & sweaty but felt so full of LIFE and Energy -- THANK YOU BOTH so very much. :+

...and b/c the July RT is only a month away I had my hair french braided & wore my RT 2007 t-shirt and definetly had my game face on ;-)

CYNTHIA!!! OMG I LOVE the pictures! You look AWESOME in your Cathe RT t-shirt! And what can I say about a Cathe classic -- love the sumo squats! (I'm sooooooooo envious of you road trippers ;) )
 
CCPP - completed! I decided to participate at the last minute as my sister caved on spin class. I didn't know we were doing a CC #8 add on. I feel like I missed out a little. :(

Just gotta say, I love CC and Coach Sean and I feel blessed to be included as a "Cathe Girl."
 
Done. Finished. Invigorated! I did the treadmill for Press Play, Arc Trainer for Vol8 Challenge 3, and cool down on the bike for 1.5 miles (used cool down from 8 b/c it is my fave, and then used cool down from PP). So much fun - we are a bunch of awesome chics ;). ...and Jim and Sean are a couple of very awesome dudes :)

Ohhhhh, I'm sorry, but look at it this way -- there's NO WAY you can miss out with the Press Play workout! You were still bound to the rest of us through this incredible vibe. ;-)

We'll be doing it again on the last Saturday of July (during the RT), so be on the look out for a thread a day or two before. If there's any, um , modifications to the original workout (and I happen to know there is an evil genius working on one as I type :p ) that's where it will be announced.
