FYI there are so many Cathe/CC fans on FB that I started a PP group. It's called... Cardio Coach Press Play Saturday (I know.. real original). I set it up as a closed group to keep out the riff raff . Unfortunately, I'm still unable to run due to a lack of a decent, warm place to do it! LOL! I will be with all of you in spirit doing my indoor cardio!

Hope 2010 will be a better year for everyone!

Don't know when I will get it done, but I'm in. I hope to hit the gym as usual on Saturday. I have gotten used to using a different piece of cardio equipment for each section!
