CC download question...

I just purchased Cardio Coach #5, 7, 8. I put it in my Dell laptop and it doesn't read it?!?!?! Any suggestions? I emailed Sean and he got right back to me and is looking into what the problem could be, but I'm hoping since there are so many CC fans that somebody else has had this problem and knows something else I could try.

It's almost like the CD is too thick or something, I put in tons of other CD's and they read fine to download.

Any suggestions??

Oh my, I have no idea what the problem could be. I have all of the workouts on CD and this has never happened to me. Have you tried to play them in a regular or portable CD player? Do you have to have CD's? Maybe Sean could send you the download instead? Let us know what happens -- gee, I'm really sorry for your trouble.

I did try playing it in my stereo and it skipped a lot at the end of #5. I sure hope they can come up with a solution for me, I LOVE CC's.
