I just put this together and thought I'd share it with others since I'm always interested in what other people are doing! My goal for this rotation is to basically build a great new body by losing fat, building muscle, and increasing my endurance! My overall idea behind it was to build the muscle and then at the end of the 16 weeks lean it out by doing more endurance style work. Let me know what you think!
