Hello Cath. Supp.s -
I hope everyone is doing well. Where is everyone? Murph?

Everyone said "hello" and went away!
I did pyramid upper body today, had to stop half way through the ab part at the end because I was late for work, but I got through it pretty well, using 5, 10, and 12 lb weights. I have some 8 lb ones, but I can't find one of them because we just moved, and we used one of them to hold the basement door open at the old house, it's in box limbo. I feel the tinglings of some serious soreness. I ate very clean today up until I ate a big slice of frozen pepperoni pizza just now, but I'll call it my splurge for the week- I ate better this past week than I have in years, and it felt great. I've started BFFM and I love it so far, I just have to read the rest of it this weekend. Anyone else starting BFFM? Nat, should we start a new thread under nutrition about BFFM, after we read it, of course? You could come up with the name this time, maybe people are grossed out by "Cathletic Supporters"? Anyway, have a good night, I am off to relax, work out done, yeah!

Hey there!

You sure do find some great smileys!!

Good job on your PUB today! For the first time in a number of weeks, I did not do my scheduled workout-or any workout for that matter! I'm just too tired and luckily tomorrow was a scheduled rest day so I can do my Muscle Endurance tomorrow a.m. Good job on your clean eating! I've done pretty well this week too - well since Tuesday I guess. It's been really cool up here the last couple of days - making me want soup. I'll have to find some clean recipes!

I like our name and we got a couple of comments on how funny it is...Maybe we should start a thread over there. I haven't read any yet though.

Talk to you tomorrow!

Hi

I like Cathletic Supporters, it sounds like a vital piece of equipment in a time machine. I had posted on the beginner's thread but was directed to this one :)

Today was my new to me Buns of Steel lower body toning (a 50 cent bargain at the library). I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was. I've been practicing yoga for a while (lots of horse stance and rapid breath of fire.) and the plie sequence was a hoot because it reminded me of all the ballet I had as a teen.

Lisa, whats BFFM?

Natalie- soup is fun and easy to make clean. If you don't mind the boxed chicken broth (low sodium organic.) This afternoon I sauteed some diced celery and zucchini in a little olive oil. Added shredded cabbage (just green) and then the broth. Let it simmer covered for about 30 minutes. Seasoned with salt, pepper, white pepper, ground ginger, cap of low sodium soy sauce (tablespoon?) and add a little sesame oil to your bowl if you like the flavor (teeaspoon.) Its very filling and tasty.
