So Lisa, what workout did you decide on yesterday?

Julie - Hope your asthma is better!

Murph and Wondergirl - Did you guys swim? How was it?

I forgot to post last night that I did Cardio and Weights. Today I'm doing Pyramid Lower Body and a 30 min. run. Yippee! I'm actually not that excited because PLB is one of those that I have DVR'd and so I have to carry my weights upstairs - we don't have a cable box downstairs. ugh. That's a workout in itself!

Good Morning!
I chickened out and did an ab workout (Bender Ball). Today, however, I will do body fusion, when everyone is awake, then I won't feel guilty for waking them up with my clomping feet. So what kind of "rotation" are you doing? I have heard a lot about pyramid and how good it is- I have total body sculpt, which is not that hard. I have max intensity strength, which is a little too hard, as well as power hour, which I haven't tried. It probably doesn't matter, I should just do something instead of talking about it :). After my boards, I am going to try to revamp the eating. Exercise has never been that hard for me to accomplish in terms of motivation. It's the eating that kills me. In order for me to eat healthily, I have to put together a 3 meal/2 snack menu of foods that I like that is exactly the same, so I don't have to put thought into it, and screw it up. I have 6 hours of board review video (out of 45) and 235 questions (out of 2000) left to do and then I will go over questions I missed until the day before the test. That's a bummer that you have to go upstairs, our DVR is downstairs, and not upstairs, so there is no watching non kid shows that I taped until the kiddies are in bed :D.

I'm doing the Lower Body Solution rotation that Cathe put on the forum August of 07. I only have one week left of it. It has been hard. I like the pyramids but I have only DVR'd them so I'm sure I'm missing some of the exercises. I like to just try them out on TV before ordering. Of course, all of her videos are great so I don't know why I bother. I always end up ordering anyway.

Let me know how body fusion is. I don't have that one. I'm recording Power Hour this week. I'm anxious to see that one - a lot of people seem to really like it.

I'm with you on the whole eating vs. exercising battle. I'm way better at commiting to exercise than eating. It's so hard! Plus when I'm exercising more, I feel like I'm constantly hungry! I don't know. I need to come up with a solution for this. To be honest, I'm hoping that I will start seeing some really good results from working out hard and I can just stick to my 75% clean eating. Maybe I'm dreaming. I can remember back in the day though, I didn't eat clean at all and I had some good muscle definition. I realize I was 10 years younger but we can all hope right?

All I can say is "holy crap" about the number of questions and amount of information you must be absorbing! You go!

Lisa & Nat, the eating is way easier for me than the exeercise. Just the opposite for you two. I can get so demotivated about the excericsing but the eating is a whole lot easier for me. How do you do it? Stay motivated that is. I can say that for me my excerise motivation or lack there of helps with the eating because I am constantly thinking if I don't put it on I don't have to take it off. Wow now I am really hungry!

Thanks for the well wishes! I think I am going to workout today!! I still am having a difficult time moving air but maybe a stretch would be okay and some weights. Do any of you ladies have butts and gutts? I need some serious excercies for my butt. GS is firming my legs but my butt not so much.

Hey girls!

Well, I made it through my run this morning even though it was really, really hot and humid and I had to take my daughter so I was pushing the running stroller! Gee whiz, no wonder I had to come home and take a nap! :p

After nap time, hubby took daughter out to run errands so I got my Pyramid Lower Body in. I like that workout but it's kind of a pain to change weights so often and so quickly. It's an effective workout though and I really like the floor work portion.

Julie - Were you able to workout today? I have butts and gutts. It's TOUGH! I still haven't made it completely through any of the premixes. Well, I make it through the program, just can't do all of the reps they do. I'm getting closer though. I highly recommend that one!

Eating hasn't been so great today. Giving myself a treat day, kind of. Not going nuts with eating bad but not eating clean!

Hello All,
I hope everyone is having a great day. I did bodyfusion and had to sit out the last round of lunges. It was really fun though. I'll get there. I have reviewed all of the rotation schedules, including the lower body one, Nat, and they all look good, but I haven't been able to cull a rotation out of it that includes the videos I have. I just started this, though, so I'm sure I'll figure it out. I watched 4 hours of board review video this afternoon. My 8 year old son sat through skin malignancies and dermatology because there were gross pictures. I told him this is why we wear sunscreen. I watched the STD one last night after the kids had gone to bed, but had to keep stopping it because they kept coming downstairs for various reasons, and I didn't want them to see screen full o' diseased genitalia. I will save that for when they are teenagers :). Eating was OK today, luckily my appetite has decreased with the working out so far.

Julie- well done for still managing to exercise even though you can't move air! I hope you are feeling much better soon.

Tomorrow I will do power hour, and it will probably kick my arse,
