Good Morning!
I hope everyone had a good night sleep and is well rested for working out today. MIS was pretty good, however, again I had to modify it by using 5-10 lb had weights instead of the 30-40 lb barbell, however, I still got a work out. Maybe I will ask for a barbell and ankle weights for Christmas My husband has a barbell, but it is a titch heavy for me. I was moaning about pushups and he said that he does 200 pushups/day. I didn't believe him and made him show me, and he does. Crazy that we've been married for ten years, and I never knew that. I have a modest husband. Nat, I hope you had some success with your cleaning. I studied in my dirty house. Today, I will do Low Impact Circuit or low impact step. Because I feel like I'm running in circles so to speak, without a plan, I made up a rotation during breaks yesterday- I put in a thread asking fitness freak what she thought about it, and I want to know what you guys think of it. Nat, I liked your rotation, but I don't have all the same DVDs. Please offer any suggestions/substitutions, if you think I need to purchase another video () etc. I hope all of your days go very well, and wish me luck on my test, after tomorrow I shouldn't be so neurotic.
Here's the Rotation:

Monday: Max Intensity Strength
Tuesday: Rhythmic Step
Wednesday: Low Impact Circuit
