Hello Cathe!
I have an instructor-to-instructor type of question...
Do you have your "own" workout on the days you teach BodyPUMP? Or does that "count" as your workout? Do you comsume more food on days that you would "double teach"? For example when you teach a BP class in the AM and if you taught another at night? I guess I'm asking to see what kind of rest periods you take (I know we're all different) but I seem to do better when I teach multiple classes back to back (e.g. BP, Step then BP again; or 2 cardio classes in a row) that I do when I teach Step/BP in the AM and again the the PM. Where is the fine-line of teaching group fitness (because you love to) and overtraining???
Thanks for your help!
Myra
