Cathe's "Step N' Motion" video is back...

I see that Cathe's "Step N' Motion" video has been reproduced, after (sigh) all of these years.

I have kept my old VHS copy (it still works perfectly!), and have used it off and on, for (?), twenty years? It is videos like these that force me to keep a VHS player hooked up. I still like this video, and recommend the downloaded version to anybody. As I grow older, I have to make simplier, easier modifications, where once I did not have to.

Cathe: bring back "Steph N' Motion" II and III.

Is that the same Brenda in present day workouts? I looked very closely at the clip and it does look like her!
