Hi, I have been thinking about doing a rotation Cathe made. I am looking for weight loss as well as added muscle. I would consider myself an advanced exerciser. I typically do 5 days of week of cardio (either Cathe -step, kickbox, imax's, bootcamp,etc - walking or running, Kimberly Spreens kickboxings, or tubo jam). Then I try to do a lower body workout one day, upper body another and then a total body a third. My cardio and weights time varies from 30 minutes to an hour each. I am looking to lose some weight and I know my diet is a big part of why I am not losing. But I thought if I try a rotation Cathe made then it might be some extra motivation and help me lose weight (as well as what I need to get my diet in order)!! If you can let me know what has worked for you guys,
