Monday: 1 hour of cardio
Tuesday: 1 hour of cardio
Wednesday: Strength tape (such as MIS/PH)
Thursday: 1 hour of cardio
Friday: 1 hour of cardio
Saturday: Strength tape (such as MIS/PH)
Sunday: REST

Aim for 4 cardio sessions and 2 weights sessions per week, with one rest day. :)
