Cathe's Pyramid Workout at the Gym

Hi all. Tell me if this is acceptable.....or maybe I should be asking Cathe herself.

I got my daughter a gym membership for Christmas, where I have a lifetime membership. We have been going, but I am definitely not happy with the routine they have set up for me. I was thinking of doing Cathe's upper body pyramid rotation at the gym. Do you think if I wrote down the exercises/sequence and did it on the days I'm there that it would be o.k.?!?!?

I wanted to double check before I did this.

Thanks!!!

Kim

Absolutely! Plus, you'll feel like you are still working out with Cathe! :7

i have even thought about taking my portable dvd player to the Y..i dont care what some of the others would think..i would be getting a better workout than them!!!! esp...something like PLB, where if i wanted to go HEAVY, i could use the smith machine!!

Hmmmm......not a bad idea!! I bought my daughter one for Christmas. I'll have to keep that thought in the back of my head!!

This is exactly what I do when I'm on travel and have to use the hotel gym. I take my DVDs with me (I do KPC or MIC hi-low in my hotel room), preview the strength moves, and then write down the exercises and poundage and take the paper with me.

I thought of taking my DVD player with me, but was afraid it could get damaged.
